• Login before creating events
• Event Name
• Date and time
• Host and host number
• Calendar to choose date

2.Enable user to create flyer
• Provide users with generic flyer templates
• Allow users to upload their own flyer backgrounds
• Allow users to drag and drop event information to different areas on the flyers
• Preview available throughout outing creation process
• Advertisement

3. List of possible places to go / events to have
• Art, theater, restaurants, bars, karaoke, lounges, movies, restaurants, Broadway shows, etc…
• Sub-grouping restaurants by type
• Business with promotions/discounts listed at the top of outing type page
• After selection is made, auto-fill the information

4. Business information and user input
• Reviews from users including a rating system (Five stars)
• Location • Hours of operation and
availability in real time for necessary events.
Ex: tickets left • Link to website of the
business (opens in new frame within our window)
• Also, auto-filled onto flyer

5. Recommend other hot spots based on most recent event location chosen
• May need geolocation

6. Adding multiple events
• Allow creator to chose multiple events for one outing
• First event information shown on the flyer with the option to add another event which opens the chose event page and adds another event section to the flyer

7. Finalize
• Review page before confirming the creation of the outing
• Allow the user to customize flyer layout (drag and drop feature)
• Remove events, etc..
• Print flyers

8. Selecting people to invite
• Email invite to friends
• Database of friends (Name and Email)
• Manually input emails, import Emails from email provider contact list
Ex: Gmail, Yahoo, etc..
• Invite link sent to friends via Email

9. Invitees
• Receive a link to the flyer
• Option to select attending, maybe attending or not attending
• List of people who have been invited, and their response to the invitation (Names, but not email address)

10. Search engine
• Allow the user to find the local hotpots base on their location

• Locations target market: students, 21+,21 under, etc
• Pictures of people invited to the event
• Ticket options: adults, children, etc..
