a.Giai on thnh lp, xy dng, sn xut v chin u t 1961-1975:

Nh my nhit in Ung B c khi cng xy dng ngy 19/5/1961 vo dp k nim sinh nht ln th 71 ca Ch tch H Ch Minh. Cng trnh do ng, Chnh ph v nhn dn Lin X anh em gip xy dng vi ch trng ban u xy dng hai t vi tng cng sut t l 48MW.

b.Giai on m rng sn xut t III & IV v pht huy hiu sut l my, duy tr sn xut n nh 1976-2000:

T nm 2000 n nay, Nh my in Ung B c nhiu bc pht trin quan trng. Nm 2000, Chnh ph quyt nh u t D n Nh my nhit in Ung B m rng 1 cng sut 300MW, n 26/5/2002 chnh thc khi cng gi thu EPC ca D n do Tng cng ty lp my Vit Nam lm tng thu v n 19/5/2003 hp ng EPC bt u c hiu lc. T ngy 27/11/2009, Cng ty nhit in Ung B tip qun, vn hnh t my m rng 1-300MW. Nm 2006, Tp on in lc Vit Nam quyt nh u t D n Ung B m rng 2-300MW. Ngy 23/5/2008 gi thu EPC D n Ung B m rng 2-330MW do tng thu Chengda Trung Quc c khi cng. Cng ty nhit in Ung B thc hin qun l d n ng thi chun b ngun nhn lc vn hnh t my. Theo d kin, n thng 5/2011, Nh thu Chengda s bn giao thng mi cho Ch u t. Nhit in Ung B s thnh t hp 3 Nh my vi tng cng sut pht in l 740MW.

V t chc qun l, t ban u thnh lp nm 1961, Cng ty mang tn Nh my in Ung B. n nm 2005, Nh my nhit in Ung B i tn thnh Cng ty nhit in Ung B hch ton c lp trc thuc Tp on in lc Vit Nam. Thng 7/2010, Cng ty chuyn i m hnh sn xut v qun l thnh Cng ty TNHH MTV Nhit in Ung B trc thuc Tp on in lc Vit Nam. T ngy 1/1/2013 Nh my Nhit in Ung B c nng cp Thnh Tng Cng ty pht in 1. Tng din tch ca nh my l 320.342m2 trong 111.300m2 l dnh cho nh my nhit in Ung B m rng 1 v cc khu vc thi cng.

Nh my kt ni vi li in ti sn phn phi 220/110KV v u vi trm bin p Bch ng-Trng Bch. Ngun nguyn liu chnh cho nh my l than cm 5, than cm 6 c ly t m Vng Danh, du FO c vn chuyn bng tu i qua sng Ung cp cho nh my ti trm bm du t ti Ung B.1.2 C cu t chc ca cng ty

+Cc Ph Gim c: Gim c do Ch tch cng ty b nhim trn c s chp thun ca EVN gip Gim c Cng ty thc hin nhim v theo s phn cng v y quyn ca Gim c Cng ty.

+K ton trng: do Ch tch Cng ty b nhim trn c s chp thun ca EVN gip Gim c t chc v thc hin cng tc ti chnh, k ton, thng k ca Cng ty.

d.B my gip vic (Vn phng v cc Phng chc nng, cc Phn xng sn xut): c chc nng tham mu, gip vic cho Ch tch, Gim c Cng ty trong qun l, iu hnh cng vic. B my gip vic ca Cng ty bao gm:Khi vn phng v phng t chc:

1. Vn phng: Cng tc qun l hnh chnh: i ngoi, tng hp, thi ua khen thng, tuyn truyn, qun tr, i sng, y t, mm non.

2. Phng T chc- Lao ng: Cng tc t chc nhn s, cn b, cng tc o to, nh mc v lao ng tin lng, thc hin ch chnh sch i vi ngi lao ng.

3. Phng K hoch: Cng tc k hoch sn xut v kinh doanh.

4. Phng K thut: Qun l k thut, K thut an ton, An ton- Bo h lao ng, Qun l Mi trng v Cng ngh- Thng tin.

5. Phng Ti chnh- K ton: Cng tc Ti chnh- K ton- Thng k.

6. Phng Vt t: Qun l v cung ng vt t, nhin liu.

7. Phng Bo v: Bo v trt t, bo v sn xut trong Cng ty, cng tc phng chng chy n- trc cu ha, cng tc thanh tra, qun s t v.

8. Phng Kinh t- Gim st QLDA UBMR2

9. Phng K thut- Gim st QLDA UBMR2

10. Phng Tng hp CBSX UBMR2

Cc phn xng trc tip sn xut in:

11. Phn xng Nhin liu: T chc tip nhn, qun l v cung cp than.

12. Phn xng Ha: Qun l- x l nc, th nghim nc, than, du.

13. Phn xng L- My 1: Qun l, vn hnh cc l, my 110MW.

14. Phn xng L- My 2: Qun l, vn hnh NM 300MW (UBMR1).

15. Phn xng L- My 3: Qun l, vn hnh NM 330MW (UBMR2).

QUY TRNH CNG NGH CA NH MY NHIT IN UBMR 1-300MW

2.1 Gii thiu chung v nh my in nc ta th cc nh my in vn cung cp mt lng in khng nh cho mng in quc gia. i vi cc nh my in hin nay th nhin liu chnh c s dng l than v kh thin nhin.

Nguyn l sn sut in ca nh my in l chuyn ha nhit nng t t chy cc loi nhin liu trong l hi thnh c nng quay Turbine, chuyn c nng thnh nng lng in trong my pht in. Nhit nng c dn n Turbine qua mt mi trng dn nhit l hi nc. Hi nc ch l mi trng truyn ti nhit nng i, nhng hi vn phi m bo cht lng ( nh phi p sut) trc khi i vo Turbine sinh cng. Nhit nng cung cp cng nhiu th nng lng in pht ra cng ln v ngc li. in p pht ra t u cc my pht in s c a qua h thng trm bin p nng ln cp in p thch hp trc khi ha vo li in quc gia. Phn loi cc nh my in

2.2 Quy trnh cng ngh sn xut in nng ca nh my nhit in UBMR1-300MW

(1) Kho nhin liu dng d tr v pha trn than trc khi cp ln l.(2) H thng cung cp nhin liu cho l. Thit k h thng bng ti cung cp cho l, hai h thng ny lm vic c lp k c phn cung cp in m bo lun lun cung cp than cho l trong trng hp s c bng ti hoc s c mt in.(3) H thng nghin than: c thit k kiu l hi t than trc tip ( khng c than bt trung gian). Mi l bao gm 4 my nghin than bng bi, than cp vo my nghin qua my cp than nguyn v n c sp nng bi gi cp 1va sau dc thi thng vo l.

(4) L hi ca dy truyn l l hi kiu tun hon t nhin, c kt cu xung quanh l cc gin ng sinh hi, trong l than c t chy sinh nhit trao i vi nc ngng trong cc gin ng sinh hi to ra hi bo ha tch t trong bao hi, sau hi ny c ua qua cc phn ly dng xyclon v c a qua cc gin qu nhit to ra hi qu nhit kh c nhit v p sut yu cu ca Turbine.(5) Turbine c thit k gm 3 cp p lc. Hi t l c vo Turbine cao p, sau khi gin n sinh cng cao p n li c a qua gin qu nhit trung gian nng nhit ng p, sau c a vo Turbine trung p v sang Turbine h p v bnh ngng. (7) Bm tun hon: dng cung cp nc lm mt t sng cho bnh ngng, nc lm mt u ra bnh ngng mt phn cung cp cho h thng x l nc, cn li ra knh thi ra sng.

(8) Bm ngng: Bm ngng dng cung cp nc ngng cho kh kh.(9) H thng gia nhit h p: dng nng nhit nc ngng trc khi vo kh kh.

(10) Bnh kh kh: s nhn hi trch t Turbine trung p gia nhit nc ngng ti trng thi gn bo ha tch kh khng ngng.

(11) Bm cp: dng cung cp nc cho bao hi.

(12) H thng gia nhit cao: dng nng nhit nc cp.

(13) B hm: b hm c tc dng nhn nhit trong khi thot sau cc gin qu nhit nng nhit nc cp gn bng nc trong nhit bao hi

(14) B sy khng kh kiu quay: b sy khng kh kiu quay dng sy khng kh t cc qut gi trc khi vo l.(15) Qut gi cp 1: dng cung cp gi i sy than v vn chuyn than vo l.

(16) Qut gi chnh: cung cp gi cho qut gi cp 1 v cung cp oxi cho l.

(17) Qut khi: dng ht khi thot ca l v duy tr chn khng bung la.

Nguyn l hot ng

T kho nhin liu (than, du, vi), qua h thng cung cp nhin liu (2) c a v l (3). Nhin liu than t kho nhin liu (1) qua h thng cung cp nhin liu (2), sau c a vo h thng nghin than (3). Ti y than c sy bi gi nng cp 1 t qut gi cp 1(15), qua b sy khng kh (14) v thi trc tip vo l (4).Nc c x l ha hc, qua b hm (13) a vo bao hi ca l. Trong l xy ra phn ng chy to ra nhit nng. Khi thot ra c nhit cao c qua cc dn qu nhit, qua b hm v b sy khng kh tn dng nhit sau thot ra ngoi ng khi nh qut khi (17).

Trong bnh ngng hi nc ng thnh nc nh h thng nc lm mt tun hon ly t sng.Trong bnh ngng(6), nc ngng c qua cc bnh gia nhit h (9) sau c a n bnh kh kh (!0) nh bm ngng (8). Nc sau khi c kh kh s c bm cp (11) bm qua cc bnh gia nhit cao(12), qua b hm sau a vo bao hi. Ngi ta dng hi trch t Turbine cung cp cho cc bnh gia nhit cao, gia nhit h v bnh kh kh.

2.3 Cc h thng v thit b chnh trong nh my- L hi v cc thit b ph

- H thng in nh my.

- H thng o lng iu khin.

- Turbine my pht v cc thit b ph

- H thng x l v vn chuyn than.

- H thng x l v vn chuyn vi.

- H thng x l v vn chuyn tro x.

- H thng cp nc v x l nc.

- H thng du t.

- H thng nc thi.

2.4 H thng iu khin v gim st t ng chnh ca nh my Nh my c trang b mt h thng iu khin v gim st tch hp (ICMS) thc hin cc chc nng: iu khin v gim st qu trnh vnh hnh ca l hi tua bin v cc thit b ph, iu khin phi hp l hi tua bin, bo v l hi tua bin my phtiu khin v gim st cc h thng ph tr thuc phn cn bng nh my

Cu trc ca h thng iu khin v gim st tch hp bao gm cc trm iu khin c b tr phn tn da trn c s cc b iu khin loi vi x l do hng ABB cp v cc h thng iu khin c lp v s dng b iu khin logic kh trnh

H thng iu khin gim st (ICMS-intergrated control monitoring system) h thng ny bao gm: -H thng iu khin gim st khi t my c gi l (UCMS- unit control monitoring system)

-H thng iu khin gim st phn chung ca nh my c gi l (SCMS-station control monitor system)

Cc h thng hot ng c lp vi khi t my c iu khin v gim st c lp hon ton t cc t iu khin c lp s dng b iu khin logic kh trnh PLC c th nh sau h thng x l nc v kh khong v x l nc thi ,h thng cp than ,h thng x l tro x ,h thng x l hidro trm kh nn, h thng thi bi l.

Ton b vic iu khin v gim st qu trnh vn hnh nh my c thc hin t phng iu khin chnh t ti nh iu khin trung tm .Trong phng iu khin chnh ny c b tr cc thit b chnh sau:

-5 trm lm vic vn hnh vi mn hnh i iu khin v gim st cc h thng thit b thuc khi t my.

-2 trm lm vic vn hnh vi mn hnh i iu khin v gim st qu trnh vn hnh cc h thng thuc phn chung ca nh my dng thit b chnh khi h thng iu khin h thng. -H thng truyn hnh mch kn theo di ngn la bung t v qu trnh vn hnh cc h thng.

Hin nay nh my ang pht cng sut 280MW pht in ln li ca EVN

Ngoi h thng iu khi nr DCS ca t my, cc h thng phc tr khc nh h thng cung cp than, h thng x l nc nc thi, h thng sn xut kh Hydro, h thng thi x c iu khin bng h thng iu khin PLC S7400 ca Siemen. Cc h thng iu khin PLC s iu khin qu trnh ca cc h thng, sau h thng iu khin PLC s c kt ni truyn thng ln h thng iu khin DCS thng qua truyn thng Modbus.
