With six authentically designed hospitality villages - the only concept of its kind worldwide - your
stay at Balesin Island Club is sure to be unique. Having taken inspiration from the most famous
and exclusive international vacation spots such as Mykonos, Costa Smeralda, St. Tropez, Bali,

A One of a Kind Experience
Each village will have its own beautifully landscaped pool as well as a specialty restaurant
which will offer a variety of culinary delights based on the theme of the village. All the villas
will be tastefully designed and decorated, allowing for panoramic vistas of the ocean and
woodlands.
Mykonos - Greek Islands
A vision in white and blue, Mykonos draws you in with its white washed houses, blue windows and
doors, narrow, winding streets, chapels, quaint restaurants and cafés. The village is a stunning
example of unique Cycladic cubic architecture set around a picturesque fishing bay. It is no surprise
that this island ranks among the best known and most desirable vacation spots worldwide. Which
is why we have chosen Mykonos as the inspiration for this village. Thirty destination villas built
in the Mykonos style of architecture will rise on Balesin Island, giving you a taste of Greece in the
Philippines, complete with a Greek café, should you have a craving for souvlaki.
St. Tropez - South of France
St. Tropez remains the favorite destination of high society; lovers of the sea; and history, art and heritage
iconic yachts along the quai and famed terrace cafés bustle with a steady stream of promenading
tourists, beautiful people, and slow-cruising luxury cars. Known as a playground for the rich and
Hollywood elite alike, St. Tropez is surrounded by seemingly endless white sandy beaches and enjoys
a gorgeous sunny climate. St. Tropez chic combined with our impeccable service makes a stay at
this village truly unforgettable. Thirty destination villas designed to give you an authentic feel of the
South of France and a crêperie make this part of Balesin Island your private French Riviera.
Costa Smeralda - Sardinia, Italy
When Jacques Couelle, member of the Costa Smeralda Consortium and one of the most celebrated
architects of the sixties, built the hotel Cala di Volpe in the most beautiful bay of the whole coastal
area, he created a new architectonic style which was then dubbed the "neo Sardininan" style. To
this day, all the projects and structures that are built on the coast are designed in such a way that
all developments blend and enhance the natural scenery and not mar it in any way. This continuous
harmony between sea, sand and sky will also be duplicated in this village with thirty destination
villas and an Italian café designed in the architectural style and ambiance of the Costa Smeralda.
Bali - Indonesia
Also known as the Land of the Gods, Bali is a mystical place that enchants through the sheer
natural beauty of its majestic volcanoes, beautiful white-sand beaches and lush terraced rice
fields that elicit a sense of wonder and peace with nature. This harmony with nature is embodied
in Balinese architecture, which strives to blend in with the surroundings through the indigenous
materials used as well as the design itself. The thirty destination villas of the Bali Village in Balesin
materials and elements reinterpreted by means of tropical landscape settings, generous open
spaces, swimming pools, water features, and courtyards with wooden decks.
Phuket - Thailand
Phuket is sometimes referred to as the “Pearl of the South”, a name justified by an abundance of
powdery white beaches, limestone cliffs, and crystalline, blue-green waters. The island itself offers
many different vistas to discover and enjoy – an experience that we will replicate in Balesin Island.
Phuket Village, located on the southernmost part of the island, will have villas that are overlooking
rugged cliffs above the sea, as well as villas fronted by a white sand beach. To complete the entire
experience, there will also be a café serving authentic Thai cuisine.
Balesin - Philippines
The Philippines is the second-largest archipelago in the world with over 7,000 beautiful tropical
islands. It is no wonder then that the country has a wealth of natural beauty and boasts some
of the best beaches and diving to be found anywhere in the world. Reflecting this, the thirty
destination villas of the Balesin Village will be conveniently located near the clubhouse, spa, and
the aquatic sports center. This will indeed be your home away from home, featuring the best of
everything the Philippines has to offer, including Philippine cuisine and indigenous architecture
with a modern touch.
