While most of Sunday showed sunny clear skies, there was a ten-minute gap that produced a wind storm. For some residents in Haywood County, the storm did little to cool off the weather, but did more in damage. Sheds, roof parts, trees and even children’s playground equipment were thrown around yards. These photos were taken on Carney Road near the Hillville-Koko area.
