Audi SportTT Cup
A synonym for success.Sportiness is in the genes of the Audi brand – and Audi Sport has
been a synonym for successful motorsport since 1981.
Currently at the top of the list are the factory-backed commitments
with the Audi R18 e-tron quattro and the Audi RS 5 DTM. With the
Audi R8 LMS ultra Audi Sport customer racing has one of the most
successful GT3 race cars in its portfolio – specifically developed foruse by customer teams and sold more than 120 times to date.
The Audi Sport TT Cup, from 2015 on, oers an attractive
opportunity to enter the world of Audi Sport and to be in close touch
with ‘big’ racing. At the same time, it closes the gap between GT
racing and the oering of the Audi driving experience, which allows
customers with sporting ambitions to drive Audi Sport models at the
limit and to even acquire a racing license.

Lightweight. The Audi TT cup is a lightweight tipping the scales at 1,125
kilograms and extremely agile. The production body of the third-
generation TT with its intelligent combination design of aluminum
and steel is so light that it can be adopted for racing nearly
unchanged. The bodyshell of the new race sports car consists of
aluminum and carbon fiber.
The 228 kW (310 hp) two-liter four-cylinder TFSI and the six-speed
S tronic are taken over nearly unchanged from the production models.
A push-to-pass function delivers a short-term power boost of 22 kW
(30 hp). An electronically adjustable limited-slip dierential provides
optimal traction on the front axle.
The safety seat and the fire extinguishing system make the Audi TT
cup a genuine race car just like the sophisticated aerodynamics with a
front splitter and rear wing with a long rearward projection. The LEDheadlights of the Audi TT give the race car a distinctive face as well.
In terms of safety, quality and reliability quattro GmbH applies the
same high standards to the Audi TT cup as to the successful Audi R8
LMS ultra GT3 race car.
