A Message from our Board Chairman
A Message from our Executive Director
On behalf of all of us at the Chester County
Food Bank, I want to express our gratitude
to the donors and volunteers who made
it possible for us to have another very
successful year. Thanks to your support,
we were able to make great strides in our
growing program, nutrition education
program, and mission to feed the hungry.
We work every day to tap into the energy that
is building around this work without losing
our humility, culture and the original intent
of the work. We have changes for the coming
year to increase our output while focusing on
our sustainability. Many thanks for helping
our dreams come true.

Since our inception in 2009, the Chester County Food Bank has faced new challenges
regarding the rise of hunger in our community. The Food Bank has met those challenges
by adapting our programs to have the greatest benefit for those we serve, 2013 was no
exception. An even greater focus on providing healthy food became
the key element in our program development.
Implementation of our programs was accom-
plished by building on our many community
partnerships. As we move forward, the Food
Bank now stands ready to build on its accom-
plishments and move to a new level of providing
food access, agricultural programs and nutrition
education.
