Proposed Working of Complete AMR System
Data concentrator is installed on the transformer to collect data from Three Phase Whole Current & Single Phase static meters through PLCC. This data is then transmitted to HOST SERVER STATION through GPRS network
Industrial Meters directly transfer data over the GPRS network to the HOST SERVER STATION
Industrial meters are also installed on transformers to monitor energy supplied through each transformer. This energy is then compared with Sum of Energies of individual meters installed on the same transformer for monitoring of line losses and theft.
