FINDINGS
● There is no significant difference in the awareness on thesubject of existent of E-waste in college students of professional andnon-professional streams. All the students are having awareness ofexistent of e-waste.● There is significant difference in the awareness on thesubject of Risk of E-waste in college students of professional streamwith their non-professional counterparts. The students ofprofessional stream are having more awareness of Risk of e-wastethan the students of non-professional stream.● There is no significant difference in the awareness on thesubject of E-waste management in college students of professionaland non-professional streams. All the students are unaware ofproper e-waste management.

CONCLUSION
On the behalf of the results of the study it is state that theawareness on the subject of the risk and management of e-wasteare extremely low and urgent measures are required to considerthis issue.
Being a responsible citizen we should play a role in e-wastemanagement as donating electronics items for reuse, which extendsthe lives of valuable products and keep them out of the wastemanagement system for a long time.
When buying electronic products, always try for those thatare made with less toxic constituents, use recycled content, areenergy efficient, and are designed for easy upgrading ordisassembly.
