Research - An Industry Approach" in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Tirupati and Industry Institution Interaction Cell, Sree Vidyanikethan College of Pharmacy, during 23-25th July 2020.
Day-1:
Dr. S.Vijayaraj, Organizing secretary of the webinar welcomed the participants for the 3 days national webinar and briefed the objective of the national webinar. Dr. Anna
Balaji, Principal and Convener, Vice President, IPA Tirupati Chapter inaugurated the session. Dr. S. Mohanalakshmi, Vice Principal, SVCP addressed the participants and
highlighted the need of the webinar. Mr. P.Rajavel, coordinator of the webinar introduced the speaker to the participants. Dr. A. Manikanta Kumar, Assistant General Manager, Aurobindo Training and Development Centre, Aurobindo Pharma Limited,
Hyderabad was the resource person for the session -1. He enlightened the delegates about various quality control practices carried out in pharmaceutical industry and clarified
various queries from participants. Dr. B. Poornima, Assistant Professor thanked the speaker. Dr. A. Manikanta Kumar, the speaker of the day was virtually felicitated with e-certificate of appreciation.

Dr. S. Vijayaraj welcomed the participants for day 2 of the webinar. Dr. B. Poornima introduced the speaker to the delegates. Mr. K.V. Raghava Reddy, Corporate HR Head
– Formulations Business, Hetero Labs, Ltd., Hyderabad was the resource person for the day. Mr. Raghav Reddy enthralled the participants with his success mantras for the
students to be absorbed in to the corporate world from the campus atmosphere. The session concluded by thanking and virtual felicitation of the speaker by Dr. Anna Balaji, Principal.

Day-3:
Dr. R. Shanmugam welcomed the participants for day 3 of the national webinar. Mr. M. Krishna Mohan, Senior Manager, Human Resource Department, Biocon Ltd,
Hyderabad was the resource person for the day. The speaker discussed how to bridge the gap between industry requirements and institute preparedness. He explained the
prerequisites for a candidate to be recruited in an industry. The session concluded with virtual felicitation of the speaker with e certificate of appreciation by the Principal. Dr. S.Vijayaraj proposed the vote of thanks.

The 3 days national webinar received an overwhelming registration of 775 and more than
500 participants all over India viewed the sessions through YouTube streaming. Feedback was taken for all the three sessions from the participants. The feedback reflected the success of the 3 days national webinar which was well received and appreciated by the
