I. Definition of the Problem
Goal:
Find a solution for delivering and conducting sports program surveys in the field.
I. Definition of the Problem
Requirements:
Produce large amounts of detailed data which proves the success and value of the sports programs and meets the requirements of external entities that provide funding for Mathews-Dickey, such as United Way.
I. Definition of the Problem
Expectations:
Increase data collection and member feedback, use data to create trends and measure programming success. This also includes an increase in overall funding by using collected data to backup appeals for funding.
II. Systems Description
Mathews-Dickey has been around a while, has a lot of kids in sports, but now to continue receiving funding, it has to meet the digital standards of competitors and donors by collecting data on all its children. Unfortunately, it is near impossible since 3000 kids are outdoors the entire time at MD. Additionally, the current data infrastructure has a lot of room for improvement.
III. Questionnaires
Two Types of Users
Administrator Questions Questions designed to gain current operational knowledge
from an internal point of view
Will help to answer if the Survey Squad solution is viable
Participant Questions To obtain participant feedback on the new system.
IV. Proposed Solution
Scope To help Mathews-Dickey Boys' & Girls' Club
integrate, optimize, and expand electronic data collection technology for the purpose of improving their organization's system and programs. Outcome analysis would also be conducted to make data driven decision for organizational health.

Political
KidTrax is already set up and many more related procedures (such as training, scanners, ID cards) are already in the works and approved by the board. This solution is an extension of what is already there, therefore we assume a reduced risk of stakeholder disapproval.
