Solar Markets DoubledAgain in 2010The photovoltaic branch is booming
with annual growth rates of about
30%. Production capacity for solar
silicon, solar cells and solar modules
has increased tremendously in recent
years due to modern assembly
technologies. The large scale series
production alone, however, cannot
insure the competitive ability of
photo voltaic. Innovations in
manufacturing processes and new
concepts for material and energy
savings are needed.

Dear Investor,Solar energy alone is a thing of the past;
printed solar cells with an expanded
degree of efficiency are now the state of
the art. Dynamic Solar Systems, Inc.
supports a team of photovoltaic developers
whose goal is to drastically reduce the
production cost of solar cells. Driven by
the scientific realization that, with-
out the long term use of solar
power, our planet cannot
be provided with
sustainable
warmth
and energy, we have been able to develop a
high-tech paste for use in the silk-screen
printing of efficient solar cells. With this
development we have been able to put the
most difficult part of our journey behind
us. Our “homework” has been done and
the printing paste is ready for use as a
photovoltaic coating for a variety of
different products. In addition to the
paste, which is our main product, we are
currently working with various manu-
facturers of production machines in order
to offer complete solutions for the
manufacture of efficient and cost-effective
solar-thermal-cells. We are now ready for
the next step. We’re convinced that, due to
your investment, In 2011 we’ll be able to
put our own manufacturing facility
into operation for the mass
production of solar cells.
Per hour, then, our
printing paste can be applied to about
400m2 of surface area. Our goal is to
install an efficient assembly line that,
with a full work load, can pay for itself
within a short period of time. The first
production lines are being planned for
Germany and Italy. To meet the worldwide
demand we are continuing negotiations
with suitable license partners.
With the information contained in this
brochure I hope I’m able to give you a good
overview of our projects and our company.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with
any questions which might arise.

The products from Dynamic Solar Systems,
Inc. have unique competitive advantages in
the solar market. In addition to the pro-
duction of the printing paste, which is
used in a silk-screen printing process for
the manufacture of solar cells, the company
generates further revenues with the design
and sale of complete assembly lines.
Market developmentAccording to the energy-market
researchers from „solarbuzz“ the
photo voltaic market will experience a
further doubling in size by the end
of 2010. The solar industry remains on
course to install more than 15
gigawatts of new power output in
2010. Experts from “IMS Research”
are convinced that the new con-
struction will even exceed the 16
gigawatt level. In any case, Germany
will retain its leading position in the
world market. The photovoltaic branch
has shown above average growth in
the Federal Republic.

Partners are being sought worldwide on
a licensing basis for a wide range of
products from sound-retarding walls to
laptops. Each license partner will also be
trained in production and sales. Due to the
innovative printing paste and the extremely
low-cost production process, the price per
finished 1 kw module lies at the bottom
end of the market segment.
Printing directly on a foil or directly on a
product opens up completely new horizons.
The solar coating can be bent over 90
degrees in every direction and can even
be applied to corrugated surfaces. Cells
manufactured with the paste function well
at all temperatures with
minimum output loss and easily
adjust to the expansion or contraction of
the product surface due to heat or cold.
The surface is non-reflecting which allows
coated products to be used near sensitive
areas such as highways and railroad tracks.
Correctly positioning the module in
relation to the sun increases the efficiency
but even if the angle is borderline a good
output can still be achieved. Cooling the
cell is not required and a stable energy
output is guaranteed up to 120° C.

A new approach. The basic problem to date with all solar
cells that have been employed to generate
energy has been that more energy is re-
quired for the production of the cells than
the same cell will generate over the next
20 years.
DSS has made it its goal to resolve this
often quoted contradiction between ecology
and economy by the innovative and intense
use of cost-efficient manufacturing techno-
logies. The expanding international eco-
nomy and the increasing scarcity of fossil
fuels will continue to cause rising energy
prices. The climate change, which has been
primarily cause by the emissions from
fossil energy sources, requires a general
change in thinking and an increased
environmental awareness. It is therefore
urgently necessary and well worthwhile to
continually offer an increasing number of
environmentally neutral solutions.
A completely new directionDynamic Solar Systems has been committed
to the so-called “fully-printed” solar cell
right from the beginning. Printed thin-
film solar cells are made in a completely
different manufacturing process than the
conventional silicon discs. Dynamic Solar
Systems, Inc. was able to overcome techno-
logical hurdles in 2010 which will enable
the company to begin serial production of
the printed solar cells.
Fully printed By using a modified silk-screen printing
technique, which has been used for deca-
des in the graphics industry, solar cells
can be produced by applying a layering
process which demonstrate a high degree
of efficiency. This can take place using
standardised printing machines with few
modifications; no completely new manu-
facturing processes have to be developed.
The technology can be integrated into
existing production facilities at any time.

The solar marketin GermanyAround 60% of the global demand in
2010 came from Germany. The expan-
sion was fuelled by cuts in the feed-in
tariff within the framework of the Re-
newable-Energy-Law. The world-wide
sales volume of the manufacturers
rose accordingly. 3,82 gigawatts were
installed alone in the second quarter.
Italy, the second strongest market,
was close behind Germany with a
growth rate of 127%.

The business modelDynamic Solar Systems, Inc. has developed
a unique business model to quickly bring
the “printed solar cell” on to the world
market after technical certification in
Germany, whereby the costs for the in-
dividual product approvals (solar roofing
tiles, façade coverings, sound-reduction
walls and plastic panels) as well as the
manufacturing facilities are to be paid for
by the solar manufacturers and not DSS.
The company has already signed agree-
ments with various contractual partners
and will accompany them through the pro-
duct certification process. Once completed
the product then becomes the responsibi-
lity of the partner. Dynamic Solar Systems,
Inc. will deliver the printing paste for the
coatings and the know-how for production.
This results in a win-win situation and a
common interest in the optimization of the
solar end product. There are further
agreements whereby Dynamic Solar
Systems, Inc. participates in the sales of
the final products on a percentage
basis. Use of the solar technology
allows unlimited access to markets
worldwide which, up to now, have not
been served by the classic solar
industry. Facade surfaces can be
covered with panels, and roofs with
directly-coated roofing tiles that
serve as energy sources; laptops or
other electrical devices have more
functionality and longer stand-by
times.

The solar marketin the USAAnalysts in the USA predicted a market
volume of 1.243 Megawatts Peak for
2010 of which 609 Megawatts Peak
would be attributed to California
alone. To date, however, the extensive
subvention program for photovoltaic
in California remains an exception.
Other US states must follow in order
to make long term use of the available
potential.

Everything is a solar cellThe various layers of a solar cell can be
applied to flat surfaces and, by use of an
adhesive transfer film, to all objects and
construction materials. The potential is
there for covering everything from house
facades and sound-retarding walls along
railroad tracks and highways to laptops,
mobile phones and numerous other
applications. Unlimited markets are now
available to Dynamic Solar Systems, Inc.
which, to date, have not been covered by
the classic solar producers due to their
technical limitations. The electrical output
of the planned second layer will result in
further energy efficiencies that are not
possible with other conventional cells.
The manufacturing process developed by
Dynamic Solar Systems, Inc. will amortized
the cost of the assembly line in a relatively
short period of time because of the greatly
reduced production costs in comparison to
conventional manufacturing processes.
Due to the reduced costs, which are
achieved for the most part by converting
the production process to a cost-efficient
mass-produced silk screen printing proce-
dure, it is possible to produce an annual
output of several megawatts with an
assembly line that is relatively inexpensive
in comparison with conventional
manufacturing technologies.
Solar cells for everybodyThe direction is clear: highly efficient
solar cells should be produced in large
numbers with an innovative manufacturing
technology which would open up markets
that have not been tapped by the competi-
tion. New applications can now be
developed for areas which, up to now,
have avoided solar technologies due
to the high costs involved.

New top marketsAnalysts see the emerging and
developing countries as the new top
markets for the solar branch in the
near future. Here is a market with
over two billion people who still have
no access to the power grid. Solar
electrification could make an
important contribution in the
battle against poverty.

Dynamic Solar Systems has access to new
market potential: There are over 100
million square meters of existing sound
and sight barriers along highways and
railroad tracks. Through agreements with
the leading European manufacturer in the
area of sound-retarding barriers along
highways, Dynamic Solar Systems, Inc. has
potential access, using conservative
estimates, to 20 million square meters
in the years ahead.
Dynamic Solar Systems, Inc. can fully
employ its technological advantage here.
Unused existing surfaces can be put to use
by directly covering the underlying panels;
expensive support structures or free
standing scaffolding is not required. The
cost savings are obvious – no support
structures or holding mechanisms, simply
direct printing on acryl or composite
panels. Here, Dynamic Solar Systems, Inc.
enters into direct cooperation agreements
with the construction-materials
manufacturers and integrates its
production technologies
in the work flow of
its partners.
The way to the futureInnovative technologies with a
reduced demand for silicon: The
experts agree – the mass markets of
the future are only suitable for
silicon-saving production technologies
such as thin-film photovoltaic. These
cells, which are produced in a printing
process, are characterised by the fact
that less materials are employed and
by use of the enormous potential for
cost savings.

The first steps have been takenDynamic Solar Systems, Inc. has developed a
completely new manufacturing and value-
added system and is primarily active as a
producer and supplier of printing paste for
solar cells. At present licensed partners are
being sought world-wide for the production
and sale of a variety of products which
incorporate the printed solar cells. Licensing
agreements for three countries have already
been negotiated and secured with Letters of
Intent. (LOI) The advantages of the Dynamic
Solar Systems, Inc. products are summarized
as follows:
Inorganic chemistryThe use of inorganic chemistry makes the
production of the paste independent of
future price developments on the commo-
dities markets. New materials and develop-
ments in the chemical field can be in-
corporated at any time. Individual colour
combinations are possible to make the
solar cells blend in with a variety of
surroundings.
Printable products will becomesolar cells and energy sourcesAll flat surfaces can be printed directly
with the paste and curved surfaces can be
covered with a pre-printed adhesive
transfer foil.
Simple and adaptable manu-facturing processThe three printed layers, with two inter-
mediate drying stages, can be applied to
the product surface by using a modified
silk-screen printing process. This system
can be integrated at any time into an
existing assembly line.
Increased energy yieldThe integrated transfer layer can result in
an increased output of energy. This
characteristic distinguishes products
manufactured with the DSS paste from
the currently available silicon-based solar
cells.
