WASTE MANAGEMENT FOR PARKS 101
1. Place typical garbage cans around park.
2. Add waste from hundreds of park visitors. For example, packaging, uneaten sandwiches, broken toys, melted ice cream cones, bottles, cans, yesterday’s newspaper, apple cores.
3. Insert flies, bees, wasps, ants and other insects.
4. Mix in sea gulls, squirrels and mice.
5. Let bins sit until full, or ripe (evident by unruly odours).
6. Put on gloves. Pick up litter. Empty bins by hand.
