Georgia EPD’s air monitor-ing network consists of 60stations located throughoutthe state. EPD uses the airmonitoring data to track if airquality standards are beingmet, to assist in enforcementactions, to determine theimprovement or decline ofair quality, to trace the extentof allowable industrialexpansion and to provide airpollution information to thepublic.
