THE DISPLACED THRESHOLD EVALUATION IS BASED ON THE REQUIREMENTS OF AC150/5300-13A, paragraph 303 b (2) FOR THRESHOLD LOCATION WHENOBSTRUCTIONS TO THE FAR PART 77 APPROACH SURFACE EXIST:
