Infrastructure works – Building a better City

Stormwater Drainage Works: $760,000 Major projects include: • Alderley Square • Market City

Bridge and Jetty Renewal: $421,000 Major projects include: • Metcalfe Road – Waterproof Membrane Replacement • Shelly Beach Jetty Renewal

City Centre Development: $4.85M in 2019-2020 Completion of four major projects within the City Centre: • Cecil Ave West - ($9.47M across 2018-2019 and 2019-2020) • Wharf St Basin - ($2.57M across 2018-2019 and 2019-2020) • Lake St Urban Stream - ($1.10M) • Southern Link Road Stage 2 - ($1.62M)

Next projects: • Planning and design for Next Phase Cecil Ave East, ‘Station’ Square • Laneways to support development.

The City Centre project is funded through the quarantine of area rates, grants and loan funding - $2.5M in 2019-2020.

Bentley Regeneration: $650,000 Major projects include: • Hillview Park Upgrade • Completion of Sill Park Upgrade ($416k from FY1819)

Design works for: • Dumond Park • Warwick Park • Wyong Park.

Burrendah Park Precinct Works Year Two: $834,000 Supporting the Willetton Basketball Stadium Expansion: • Plaza and Skate Park design • Plaza utility services connections • Forecourt construction • Southern car park construction • Willetton Bowling Club Fence
