FIRST TIME MANAGER | If the team has not previously created a profile in the system, please click the link below to get
started and then refer to page 2 of the instructions:

CHANGED TEAM MANAGERS | If a team profile has been created in the past but there is a new team manager. New
managers create a user account using the link below and then contact Ryan Loy at [email protected] to change

RETURNING TEAM MANAGER | If you set up the team profile previously, log in here and refer to page 9 of these

Rollover: Team profiles from the previous seasonal year are archived. Archived teams must be rolled over into the
current seasonal year. If you have not rolled over your team information for the current season (you received an
email in early September 2016 from US Youth Soccer), log in and click the blue arrow next to last season’s team in
the archived section to make any updates and move the team into the current season. YOU DO NOT NEED TO
CREATE A NEW TEAM PROFILE.

Set up a new account:
NOTE: Under ‘Quick Links’ you can
access your Member Home Page at any
time.

Your account is registered; now click “Setup Team Info” to add your team to the system. You can update any
information on the user account, such as email address, by clicking ‘Manage Account’ at the top of the screen.
From this page, you will be able to manage all of your teams. Click “Add a New Team” to add a team to the
system.

Team Registration
Here you will add in your team, coaching staff, media and team background information. If you are missing any
information that isn’t required, you can come back and edit/save your information.
NOTE: After you select your State
Association, the region will automatically
populate. Add your basic info and check the
“National League” event type.
You can also add your team photo and club
logo – used on the team web page and more.
Click the buttons at the bottom to continue.

This will constitute the team’s four bench passes.

related to your event

available on your US Youth Soccer team web page. The web page includes the team logo, photo and roster with

Media Information – This section is helpful to US Youth Soccer Communications in promoting the team, event,
etc. with local, regional and national media outlets. This information will help us direct media to interesting and
relevant storylines about National League players, coaches, clubs and so on.
NOTE: Very helpful for local, regional and
national media to be included in
outbound news releases from US Youth
Soccer and credentialed media.

My Teams Home Page
You can click the ‘pencil’ icon to edit any information on your team profile.
Click the ‘roster’ icon to edit players to your roster.
Click Roster
Here you can add players, view players, view player profiles, print your roster, print your player profile, etc.
(First and Last names must match what is on the State Roster)
Click ‘add a player’ to set your team’s player pool.
If you attempt to add a player to the player pool who is already entered in the system, you will be flagged and
asked to add that player using the ‘Find A Player’ tool.

OPTIONAL: After your team is set up, you can apply for the National League ‘event’ by following these steps:
Click on the calendar icon to advance to the My Team Events page.
Find and click the Upcoming Events button, which will show you a list of all available upcoming events.
Click on Apply for Event for the upcoming event that applies to your team. This will let the event/league admin
know to add your team to the event (Once the button is clicked it will change to “Applied”).

STEP TWO
Once your player pool is complete, you will wait for a confirmation email from US Youth Soccer to finalize the
process and your team’s placement in the event. After receiving this email, you will log in and finalize your team,
including your Event Roster by moving players from your player pool to your event roster.
Note – after you are invited to an event, you can also log in to your team profile and go to the ‘schedule’ icon (red
calendar icon) to confirm for an event.

Once you log in, go to My Teams. Here you will see the ‘schedule’ button for your team.
Click on the schedule icon to go to My Team Events.
Then you will click on the blue roster icon to move players from your team roster into the event roster.
Here you will use the arrows to move players from your Team Roster to your Event Roster. Then click update
roster.

In the next screen, you will be able to confirm your players’ positions and jersey numbers. Then save roster details
and go back to my team events.
Now you have completed your event specific information and you can click Confirm for your event.

Once the schedule is complete, when you click on the red schedule icon next to your team you will be able to view
the games your team is scheduled in for the event here.
After you are confirmed, you are prepared for the event and no further action through the event management
system is needed. Please check throughout the year that your team’s profile is up to date.
