2015-2016 Afternoon Dismissal Pick-Up Pass
Dear Parents and Guardians:
In order to facilitate the operation of the car pool lane, parents that pick-up their children through the car pool lane will be asked to display a sign on their rear view mirror (the "Afternoon Dismissal Pick-Up Pass"). This will allow the personnel working the line to call for the children in a timely manner. If you are a parent or guardian that picks up their child or children at school via the car pool lane, we ask that you please �ll out the enclosed “car” pool pass.
Please fill in legibly, using a thick black DRY ERASE marker to help the volunteers and sta� identify students quickly.
Please display on the rear view mirror whenever picking up your child or children.
We are also looking to �nd volunteers willing to help facilitate the movement of cars and children during pickup. If you are a registered volunteer and can spare a half hour one day per week to help during the pick up times, please contact the PTA at [email protected].
