and transforming a vision into action.
Excellence
Altria Group, Inc. 2010
About the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate AchieversNow in its fourth year, the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate AchieversTM (HACR YHCA) Program
was created to recognize young executives in Corporate America who have shown leadership
qualities at their respective companies along with a proven commitment to the Hispanic
community. The annual program recognizes between 25-30 young Hispanics at Fortune
500 and/or HACR corporate member companies who participate in an intensive three-day
leadership development, education and training conference.
The executives are recognized by their companies and by national Hispanic community leaders
who comprise HACRs Board of Directors. Individually and collectively, they are leading the way
in establishing a new standard of excellence in Corporate America.
HACR understands that a companys success will be increasingly assisted by their own in-
house Hispanic talent. The HACR YHCA program is instrumental in not only helping companies
identify their high potential leaders but equally as important in recognizing those leaders at the
national level, further elevating the power of Hispanic inclusion.
