Eat crackers or dry toast in the morning when you first wake up. Before you lift your head up from the pillow, just eat something and then get up slowly.
Have a small meal for about 4-6 times a day and minimize fluid consumption with meals; rather, drink small amounts of fluids (juices, milk, etc) frequently between meals and try not to keep your stomach empty, to maintain the blood sugar levels constant.
Maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamin B6, protein, and carbohydrates (beans, fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy products, and nuts).
Avoid foods high in salt and fat.
Increase ginger products such as ginger soda, ginger tea, because ginger is effective in controlling morning sickness.

Eating a high protein snack before going to bed at night will help a lot.
Eat crunchy and salty foods.
Sniffing a fresh lemon peel will make you feel better.
Drinking wheat germ dissolved in warm milk; a few teaspoons every hour will do wonders too.
Drink peppermint, red raspberry leaf, squaw vine and spearmint tea.
If you are vomiting a bit too much, try to limit your diet to one single food that you know you are able tolerate. Then add one additional food per day if you can tolerate them.
Get a massage with warm chamomile oil.
Chew on gum.
Try to get regular but gentle exercises.
Give in to your favorite food cravings.
Plenty of fresh air is a must.
Try tart flavors; sour pickles, lemonade, etc.
Be away from strong odors and smoky or stuffy rooms.
