SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Prepares surfaces for refinishing by sanding, scraping, filling cracks and taping sheet rock; works from
ground or floor level, from ladders, and from stationary and swing stages.
Applies paint with brush, roller and sprayer; hangs wallpaper and vinyl and acoustical wall covering
materials; glazes, refinishes and antiques woodwork; and mixes stains and paints.
Determines method, materials, and equipment needed to complete job assignments.
Cleans and maintains brushes, rollers, sprayers and other tools and Scaffold equipment.
Helicopter Assist.
Provides technical knowledge, expertise and supervision for erecting, dismantling and scaffolding
construction and housekeeping Services for all Offshore and Onshore Facilities.
To ensure the scaffolding procedure, specification standards are included and followed in the execution of
scaffolding erecting, construction and dismantling.
To inspect scaffold structures prior to use. Provide inspection programs for all scaffold structures to ensure
that minimum safety requirement are met.
To ensure all scaffold material are good condition and free from defects. Scaffolds have attached indicating
(Tag) safe or not to be used.
Plans and supervises the daily of scaffolding activities for all planned and reactive work scopes.
Supervises and directs personnel in his area of responsibility to provide an efficient maintenance service to
operations.
Responsible for the support of Company and Client HSEQ policies and programs.
Recommends and participates in training programs for Westfields offshore Ghana.
Identifies and mitigates risks or hazards involved in the work scope prior to work commencing.
Ensure the team is working under the correct valid permits and the associated paper work is in place prior to
work commencing.
Be actively involved in the onsite daily tool box talk confirm that the team understand what the work scope
involves and be aware if there any changes to the work or worksite.
Ensure all equipment has been fully safety checked, function test of plant equipment prior to use
As a minimum do not start work until satisfied all of the above is in place
