trainers on the proper procedures in PARS Mailflows and Processing.
Each tour will have a minimum of two SDOs and one “lead” clerk who are trained by IPS.
Tour trainers will train all Automation Mail Processing Clerks on each tour.

PLANT OPERATIONS
Plant will place trays of PARS mail, without disturbing integrity of separator cards, into rolling stock for subsequent processing.
Intercept mail from DBCS and ISS/OSS operations will be PARS placarded as appropriate and flow to CIOSS operation.

Delivery Unit Operations
Delivery Units will place PARS mail into trays by Endorsement Reason for return with separator card at back of tray.
PARS delivery coordinator has instructed each D.U. on proper mail prep and containerization SOP.
Plant MHs will place trays of PARS mail from D.U. into rolling stock, placard, weigh-in and send to CIOSS staging area.
