Applications are invited fromwillingsupervisors with a minimum grade payof Rs.4200/- (6thCPC-PayMatrix level-6) and maximum grade pay of Rs.5400/(6thCPC-PayMatrix level-9) fromMechanical and Electrical Discipline.
The willing Supervisors may submit their application to the undersigned onor before 30.06.2017 duly forwarded by their controlling officer. Theapplications will be forwarded to RITES/Western Region subject to approval ofcompetent authority of ICF.
In case the employee submit unwillingness after due selection by RITES,theywill be debarred from applying to RITESfor 3 years.

He should have adequate knowledge and operational experience in the 1Ge:d(discipline as indicated in the Annexure.
The candidates selected and placed on the panel shall. on appointment inRITES, be entitled to Deputation Pay (10% in case of the outstationcandidates and 5% in case of local candidates) during their period ofdeputation. They shall also be entitled to receive additional allowance andbenefits as decided by the RITES management from time to time.
The short listed applicants shall be required to present themselves for aninterview, and those found suitable shall be placed on a panel. Theempanelled persons, on appointment in RITES, are liable to be posted atdifferent locations falling under the Western Region.
1. Applicants are advised that they shall be considered for deputationonly in the region where they are applying.
2. Applicants must submit information in case they have applied inother regions of QA Division in the past 3 years.
Applicants must note that the period of deputation in RITES can be up to a• maximum of 3 years. Those who put in exceptional performance during the~ period could be considered favorably for posting in other divisions/future
projects in RITES.
It is requested that the contents of this letter may be given wide publicityamong the staff working in your Railway/Organization and the names of willingpersonnel who fulfill the above requirements and who are desirous of joiningRITES on deputation, may kindly be obtained and forwarded along with theirbio-data in the format enclosed herewith so as to reach the undersigned latestby 10/07/17.
It is requested that the copies of confidential reports of the applicants forthe last 5 years may also be sent along with the applications for properevaluation.
NOTE:
1. Application of those eligible personnel only may kindly be forwardedwho will be released immediately by the concerned executive if selectedby RITES.
2. It is requested that their last 5 years CRs must be forwarded in thesealed cover along with their applications so as to enable RITES tofinalize the selection early.

REQUIREMENT FOR POST OF INSPECTING ENGINEERS
A. MECHANICAL
1. Maintenance of Diesel Locos in sheds including repair & overhaul of sub-assemblies,fabrication of test rigs for component testing
2. POH of Diesel Locos in Wjshops or manufacture of diesel locos in Production Unitsand well conversant with jigs & fixture tooling required for POHjManufacturer.
3. POH of coaches and wagons in Workshops wheel conversant with Air braketesting/bogie repair & overhaul wheels & roller bearing inspection.
4. Maintenance of coaches & wagon in open line including latest repair practices for airbrake high speed stock & AC coaches.
5. Tool Room, Metrology, Physical and NDT testing including through experience inlatest techniques, of inspection and gauging techniques, various methods ofphysical and non-destructive testing (such as Ultrasonic & Radiographic testing).
6. i'-1anufactureof coaches in production units & well conversant with the latest quality, control guidelines for sub-assemblies and components.• 7. Mill Wright.
B. ELECTRICAL
1) Maintenance of Elect. Locos in sheds including repair & overhaul of sub assembliesfabrication of test rigs for component testing/ POH of electric locos, Manufacture ofelectric locos.
2) W/Shop with thorough experience in repair /& overhaul of Elect. Lighting & ACequipment, EOTcranes and Mill Wright etc.
3) Power equipment including repair /testinq of heavy duty rating electrical equipmentsuch as Power and Distribution Transformers & OHEequipment, DGSets.
