CANCELACIONESEn caso de no presentación o cancelación fuera del plazo de 12 horas anteriores a la cita, la empresa se reserva el derecho a cargar el importe íntegro del tratamiento o programa. Si por cualquier motivo, el cliente decide interrumpir su estancia o el programa solicitado, no se efectuará ningún reembolso.
RECOMENDACIONESConviene llegar con 10 minutos de antelación para recibir su tratamiento. Si Usted llegase tarde, no podríamos recuperar el tiempo perdido y su servicio podría reducirse o incluso ser cancelado con el consiguiente cargo íntegro del coste del servicio. Háganos saber en el momento de la reserva del tratamiento, si usted padece alguna afección o situación que debiera requerir cuidados especiales, principalmente si está embarazada.
