INTRODUCTION

PREFACE

My name is Lorraine Van Rooyen. I have three adult children, seven grand-children and six great-children. I grew up very much an inner-city girl in Leichhardt, NSW Australia. After attending Fort Street Girls’ High School, and then Sydney University, I became a registered Pharmacist in 1962, when I was 22 years old. I lived a reasonably normal life as a pharmacist, wife, mother and Christian. Then late in 1995 events unfolded which were both amazing and miraculous. Thus began the following tale.

The following testimonies are true stories. All names of people and places have been changed, to protect the privacy of those concerned. Any references to Aboriginal indigenous Australians and their culture are neither racist nor discriminatory in any way, and no offense is intended. There are examples of incidents that occurred within my time of ministering to these people, when things arose within the culture that involved witchcraft and occult involvement, which had to be dealt with, and people delivered from bondages resulting from these practices. The Indigenous Australians that I live with call me family, and we have a very close bond of love. Many of us who are not of indigenous races have ancestral backgrounds which also involve occult involvement, and we all need to examine our own lives. The only reason there is an emphasis in this book on these problems, is because that, where I was living and ministering, these were the issues that arose and had to be dealt with. We found that we all had to repent of, and renounce anything in the traditions and practices of our ancestors that involved the worship of other gods. When we did this, I know that I manifested as much, if not more than anyone else. I believe my great-grandparents were – French, German, Scottish, Irish and English There are many issues I have not addressed; alcoholism, violence, life issues, etc. because these are symptoms of the real problems and issues. Government programmes trying to resolve problems have failed, because the cause is spiritual. There is a God and a devil; the devil is trying to keep many indigenous Australians, and people of all nations in bondage, and downtrodden, but God through His Son Jesus Christ can set them free and raise them up – There is no other name under heaven whereby men can be saved.

MY TESTIMONY When people from Munmurra, an indigenous community north of Elbery came to me at work in Tennant Creek Hospital in November 1995, an incredible journey began. They told me that members of their community had seen a whole army of evil spirits coming in to their community, and two people, Ray and Liza, had been affected by them, and could not get up from their beds, and asked if I would pray for them. However, I knew that this was what God had gifted and trained me for, so I asked if they would like me to come and visit them on the following week-end, and pray for them .They gratefully accepted this offer, and gave me directions of how to get to the community of Munmurra. I had previously met some of these people whilst driving a blind aboriginal pastor to Elbery to conduct a funeral, and also had made trips with the same pastor and held women’s ministry sessions. Therefore the people were confident and trusting of me sufficiently, to approach where I worked in the Pharmacy Department of Tennant Creek Hospital, and ask me for help through prayer. Previously I had travelled from Tasmania in July 1993 to Wollongong, later to Bourke then to Tennant Creek by July 1994. I had forgotten that it had been prophesied over me three times in the late 1980’s “Go to Arnhem Land and set my people free”, (I did not know at that time where Arnhem Land was, or that I would ever be anywhere near that place) but God had so prepared me for such a time as this, that I went straight to two or three places on my bookshelves, and picked up my prayer notes on deliverance, and so it was that early one Saturday morning in late 1995 I drove out to that community. I taught the people five basic confessions and prayers that would close any doors that had been opened to the devil , any evil spirits or any evil power, after which I was able to command the evil spirits to leave, which they did, as their legal ground to stay had been broken. In particular Liza who had been lying on a bed while I ministered in this way, was then able to get up. I found out later that the people had all been up all night for at least five nights, too afraid to go to bed. Steve and Dane had seen and heard lots of demons in the community, chasing and threatening to eat the children. ‘Ray and Liza told them that “Jesus is the only one who can help and save us when we ask Him into our hearts.” This was the beginning of our receiving Jesus Christ in our lives- we gave our lives to Him right then’(From Eileen’s testimony page 11) Ray prayed for Steve and Dane, but because Ray had been practicing as a witchdoctor at the same time as trying to be Christian, the demon was able to attack Ray, even speaking through his voice. The people didn’t know how to pray, so they just kept repeating what they could remember of Psalm 23 from the Bible. As they prayed, they saw a white light come from heaven, and lift that demon out of Ray. However, because the people were still confused, they also called a witchdoctor to try and help Ray. But the witchdoctor got knocked back by the power of God, and saw a gold cross appear in the sky over Ray’s head! He ran away, saying that the Christians had too much power for him. Unfortunately, the next day someone used a ‘smoking ceremony’ on Ray, thereby allowing the demons to return to him. So the people had stayed up praying for five nights, I think it was, until I arrived. Five days later I had come to visit them, and our journey together began. The children began to praise God every night with songs they remembered from earlier missionaries, and the children started leading many of the adults to Christ.

For a while, I visited about every second week-end, staying for the week-end, and then going back to work, till on January the 29th 1996 I went to live in the community with them to help them learn more. The people began to learn that we cannot serve two masters, so they couldn’t consult witchdoctors and serve God at the same time. Many of the people, especially the children, were having dreams and visions, seeing angels and many signs in the skies. One week-end when I was there, they were discussing something in their indigenous language, but God gave me supernatural knowledge to know what they were discussing! They were discussing whether Steve and Dane should go through circumcision, and initiation ceremony into manhood which also involves witchcraft. The boys’ family told me about this, and asked me what I thought. I suggested we pray and ask God what to do. Right from the beginning God gave me wisdom not to tell them what I thought about cultural things, but to ask God, or to look in the Bible. Jean opened her Bible, and read about how when people came to Christ, they were to be baptized, so the next morning we baptized the boys instead! Praise God – the first of many more baptisms – altogether about 100 baptisms in three years. From memory, the following event occurred on my second visit. I took a swag and stayed for the week-end. We were all sleeping on beds outside in the centre of the community – probably about 50 people. Early on the Sunday morning, Harley, the old man elder of the community, woke us all up; he was very excited. He said “It’s all true!” He had had a vision; Jesus had come down on a white horse, and had spoken to Him in his own language, and had called him to follow Jesus. He had shown Harley a narrow stairway leading to heaven, telling him it was a narrow way, and gave him a staff to help him walk that narrow way. Harley saw some of his grandparents who had been Christian at the top of the stairway waiting for him in Heaven. How amazing – actually, I had taken a bible with me to give to Harley, which I gave him that same day! That was the staff he had seen in his vision, because the word of God is what we need to walk in His ways. As I handed the Bible to Harley, he saw it in vision as a staff which then became that Bible! Very soon after this, it became impossible for me to remain in my position as Pharmacist at Tennant Creek Hospital. I was very stressed out about the fact that the Euthenasia bill was in place in the Northern Territory at that time. Doctors and nurses were to be given a choice of whether they would participate in the carrying out of the act of euthenasia, but as the pharmacist, I would have had to acquire the necessary drugs. It came to a head when a young nurse insisted that I dispense an abortion pill, which I refused to do and resigned on the spot, locked up the hospital pharmacy, and went home. I had had my certificate of qualifying registration since February 1961, so had recently put it in a frame to prevent it’s deterioration. I asked God if I should take it home, which He told me to do; then when I arrived home, God said: “Now smash it, you lifted it up.” I had not actually physically lifted it up, but I had been proud of it, as if it was something that I had done by myself! God was dealing with my pride. So it came about that early in 1996, I went to live in Munmurra community, to further disciple the people. I had had no formal training as a minister or missionary, so that year I undertook Bible study by correspondence. However, two weeks from the end of year’s final examination, God told me not to complete the final exam, as I did not need the approval of man. I burnt my

study material so that I would not be tempted to complete it. God had said that he would open and shut doors in my life. He was not going to let me get proud of academic achievement again!

STEVE’S TESTIMONY

It was night-time at the college in Alice Springs. The year was 1995. I was inside the room lying down, when I heard breathing. Although I didn't see anyone, I was suddenly lifted off the bed, and was thrown to the floor .Just then I saw a black figure run out of the room. Then my Aunt Gay came in, and my mom and my cousin, because they heard the crash. I told them that I fell off the bed. A few days later my mom had to go out of town to work, and she took me and Orwil my cousin with her. She took me for healing Aboriginal way, through a traditional healer or witchdoctor. But the traditional healer had no power to help me. We ended up staying with our relative who is the pastor there. During this time I had been suffering from migraine headaches, and so I hardly ever went to school. I also had a lot of fear .We stayed for a week, after which we had to go back to Alice Springs because we were getting a house at last. The first time I walked inside that house, I felt a spirit go inside of me. Inside, I remember the house being very cold. That night, in the bathroom, looking in to the mirror, I saw another horrible face looking at me. I was really scared. Next day, the demon inside of me was telling me to tell my family to get out of the house. So my Aunt Gay decided to call this familiar spirit that was in the family, to help us. His name was Old Man Horn. Gay told me to call him by striking a match. Well, he came: but I couldn't see him - I only heard his voice which was horrible and deep, saying “I'm here" I nearly ran from the voice, it was so scary. I pointed toward the house, and then he went inside. We heard a bang inside the house, and then Gay told us to look for a light. We supposed that this demon was going to kick the other demon out. Gay then said that it was safe to go back inside the house. Old man Horn, the demon, then came to live in our house and I would sit and talk with him .I only saw a black figure and heard his voice. Other spirits were coming to live, too, saying that they were my grandfather,(mom's dad) grandmother , (mom's mother) , and uncle .(mom's brother .) Every night I would sit and talk with these spirits. I was told I would be given great powers if I obeyed Old Man Horn .I was too scared to say no. My family approved of this. It was at the death of my Uncle Lew that everything started to happen. My brother Gary rang from Elbery to tell us of the bad news in the morning. That evening the demon inside of me made me go mad, and I made a big mess in the kitchen and lounge-room. I spilled soya- sauce, tomato sauce, spices - anything and everything, everywhere. That demon then squeezed my stomach until I doubled up. I staggered to the end bedroom and fell on the mattress and told my family to go to the kitchen. My mom Jean and Aunt Eileen could not believe the mess, but they just calmly cleaned up. After that I told mom and my family that the same demon was going to kill me and my cousin Jenna, because

we knew too much. Jenna and I shared nearly the same kind of power that familiar spirits give. We slept in the kitchen/lounge because we were too scared to sleep in the bedrooms. Armed with knives, we sat and waited with all the lights on. I told my mom - if anyone walks through the door, we would have to kill them, or be killed ourselves. We pushed washing machines and tables against the doors, and shut the windows tight and closed the curtains. Suddenly we heard a cough outside the front door. Gay jumped up and yelled, “They're here! We're going to be okay." Outside I felt the presence of a lot of spirits. Gay said that our families who died were here to protect us. That night , I was between awake and asleep , when light hit me which came down from above , and a sweet voice said to me : "If you want to be saved , go to Munmurra ."- And I saw myself bound up in chains and in darkness. I awoke and felt calm. I begged my mom not to go back out of town to work, as I feared for her life. So she didn't. Instead, she told her employer that she was taking me home for help. Friday October 13th, Paul and Sarai came and drove us to Tennant Creek. We slept overnight at their place. Next day we drove to Elbery and then Munmurra. It was two weeks since we had left Alice Springs, and I was still too scared to go to school. It was a week after my uncle's funeral , on Friday November 3rd , 1995 , at around 4 p.m. ; we were at our house , some of the kids , myself and my mom . Aunty Liza and Grandma Lily had gone to Elbery for shopping, and Aunty Eileen was coming back with them. At the oval, the kids were playing soccer, when Vi said that two men with spears were walking towards the fence on the west side of Munmurra , towards the airstrip on the station .Dane saw them too . Mom took us next door, because Uncle Ray and Grandpa Harley were there. No other kids saw the two men, only Dane and Vi. When everybody was back, we had our supper. Mom got ready for bed. It was a moonlit night but a lot of clouds were around. All of the boys slept with my cousin Don at the house next door. That night, Don was interested in the powers that the familiar spirit gave me .He wanted what I had .He kept asking questions about it. In my mind I saw the demons , then when I opened my eyes , one was right in front of me , jumping up and down like a monkey . It wanted to grab the younger kids, saying he was hungry. We grabbed the young kids and ran next door. We ran crying and screaming. Everyone woke up, including mom. We went outside to the front of the house, where everyone was. Suddenly, we heard a warbling noise in the air above us. Aunty Liza said if that noise is up, then they are at the oval. We all turned and looked towards the oval, when Vi and Dane yelled - "Look out! They're coming - Run." So everyone ran screaming and crying, especially the kids, towards the telephone area, where there was open ground all around . Don shone the torch towards Aunty June's house, when I saw a black figure running in slow motion. Grandpa was walking around with a boomerang, asking these black figures where they came from, and what they wanted. Their answer was a mocking laugh, and one fat demon was saying, " Yum, Yum, I'm hungry, I'm going to eat the smaller kids." They were everywhere.

It was then decided that everyone was going to sleep in the open area together. So we helped the older men to get our swags from each house. As I was walking with the others to get mattresses from Uncle Peter's house, the demons were under the ground, touching and pinching my feet. I was really frightened, but then I remembered my mom telling me about Psalm 23. I kept saying: "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not be afraid of any evil because you are with me always."Over and over I said it as we were walking back. I fell on the mattress next to my mom, when I saw another demon that was inside the house running from Grandma's house to Uncle Albert's house. The demon had a black hooded coat .The demon ran into the shower block at Albert's house. Uncle Ray had a Bible in his hand and was telling the demon to listen to God's word, but the demon was turning the other way. We surrounded the bathroom and were banging on the walls to get the demon to come out. Dane and I were there telling everyone what it was doing and where he was. He tried to run our way, but something was blocking his path, so he ran and dived into the ground. My family told me to call Old Man Horn to help us, but in my mind I saw him tied up. I looked around for our ancestor spirits, but they were being killed by these strange demons too. I sat on our mattress with mom and Dane , watching in fear of what was going to happen next , when suddenly we all heard the same warbling noise above us , and I looked towards the plain area , and saw hundreds of demons coming towards Munmurra . Dean and I screamed in terror as mom held us. I cried to go back to Elbery , or anywhere away from here . Aunty Liza and Uncle Ray walked over to us, and said - "Don't be afraid - look at me. Only God can help us ", he said. I looked at him, and he prayed for me, mom and Dane, and we accepted Jesus in our hearts that night. I felt something from inside me leave, and then I fell asleep.

EILEEN’S TESTIMONYGreetings, brothers and sisters in Christ. My name is Eileen. I am from Munmurra Community,. I have three children - two daughters, and a son. In 1995, during the School's week break, my daughter and I went to Alice Springs. We stayed at my sister Jean's house, with her sons Dane and Steve, her niece Jenna, our sister Gay, and my son Orwil. .Jean had a house in the Gap area. At that time, stories were told to me about what had been happening to Steve. --of the presence of demons in the house, and of how a guardian figure was at present with Steve .I know now this was a demon. But then I didn't have any second thoughts about it, and I just listened and asked Steve. Each night, Steve would sit alone in the kitchen to talk to what we thought were relatives who had passed away - so I was told not to go in the kitchen during that time - Steve was not to be disturbed. Two days after the football finals, we received a phone call from home; one of our relatives had passed away. The guardian figure had already told Steve all about it .We did not expect anything like we experienced later.

On that particular night, Steve was once again left alone in the kitchen. The rest of us had already settled into our beds. Ten minutes later, in came Steve, hands across his stomach, bending so low. Gay screamed: "What has happened?"I heard Steve say - "They came, five of them - and one of them punched my stomach and the back of my head" We went into the kitchen - what a mess! The demons had spilled food -sauces and other things - on the floor, all over the lounge room and kitchen. Jean and I immediately cleaned everything up without panic. We then moved our beds into the kitchen to sleep there. The windows and doors were locked, and we sat awake, asking Steve what was going to happen next. Steve recovered and sat with all the knives in front of him on the table. I didn't like what I saw , so I said to Jean , " Tell Steve to put those knives away ." ,but Jean replied - "Eileen , Steve knows what he's doing ." We never thought or knew that Jesus is the only one who can and will save anyone who calls upon Him. So in my opinion, Steve was our guardian angel, in knowing how to deal with the demons. I felt hurt and fear during that time, but I was not able to show my feelings openly. Next day Steve shared that he had a vision that night of how he was tied up on a chair: a light was shining down on him, and a voice said to him: "If you want to be saved, go to Munmurra." We then rang our nephew and his wife in Tennant Creek to pick us up with a Toyota. Nothing else happened. After the scary scene, we all went out for a walk in town. When we arrived in Elbery, we met our families, then came over to Munmurra . I had a house in Elbery, and I told my nephew and sister-in-law: "The house is yours - I'm taking my bags and mattresses to Munmurra , and I'll be living there ." Anyway, two days later we had told our family in Munmurra what had happened so far Ray and his wife, with their children, would walk over to Auntie Lily’s house where we all stayed, to have a sing-a-long and Bible reading. I wasn't committed to Jesus but would sit and listen . On the particular night when the demons came, we were all asleep. Steve, Dane, Don, Brock and Danny slept next door on the verandah. Suddenly Steve, Dane and the rest of the boys ran to us in the room, shouting. We all woke up and ran outside .We gathered all the children together and ran to Ray's house .Uncle Harley, Ted and Ray came and asked us what was happening. Steve and Dane were the only two who could see the demons and hear what they were saying .They were both in great fear , and were telling Jean how many there were . Ray and Liza told Steve and Dane that Jesus is the only one who can help and save us, when we ask Him into our hearts. This was the beginning of our receiving Jesus Christ in our lives - we gave our lives to Him right then

A MIGHTY DELIVERANCE

We had an amazing deliverance and experience of God’s power, as you will see from the following story. A man we will call Roger had been in Darwin hospital, and was coming to Ray and his wife, who were now living in the nearby town, needing help. He had been cursed by someone in the community where he lived – somewhere up near Groote Eylandt, and the hospital had not been able to help him. The night before Roger was due to arrive in town we went in and prayed with Ray. The next day I visited and tried to tell Roger that he needed to turn back to the Lord, but he was not really responding to me - he was answering in an automatic type of voice, but not really hearing us .He was spending most of his time in the bedroom, sitting staring at something he could see, not really aware of us or his surroundings. Friday night was the first night of kid's club we started in Elbery. (God had told us to feed the hungry children there) Jean, Eileen and their children took the food in, as we had all cooked that day. While they were there, there was a major power failure; Roger was in great fear, and went in to the bedroom, just staring, sitting huddled in a corner. Eileen organized the children in prayer and praise, while Jean ministered to Roger. Jean bound a demon in Roger, and was then able to get him to say the sinner's prayer, and recommit his life to the Lord - he hadn't been able to do that until the demon which had been blocking him from hearing us and praying, was bound. Then, because of the power failure, Jean took control and got everyone to get their swags and come to the community for the night. Ray and his family went home the next morning, but Roger and his family stayed with us. We all slept in the open together, so we could pray and minister to him all night. The demons in Roger wanted to get him away from us, so Saturday morning he went in to the clinic - He really wanted to be with Ray and his wife, as he had been friends with them from childhood. However they really didn't know how to help him, and wanted him to stay with us, where there were more of us gifted to help him. Roger, even in his confused state, had seen Ray’s family photo in the "Today" magazine, and had come to them. It turned out that the person Roger kept seeing in the room in visions, was the one who had cursed him, and the same person who had paid his and his family's fare to Elbery from Groote Eylandt . Ray brought Roger back to the community on Saturday afternoon. That evening, as we began to pray for Roger's deliverance, we couldn't hear or see anything; so we got back to basics, and repented of any sin in our lives and asked God to cleanse us in the blood of Jesus. After we had done this, we all got in a circle around Roger and began to command the demons to leave him, in Jesus' name The Holy Spirit began to tell Steve and other children the names of the demons , then Jean and I cast them out in Jesus' name .And out they came , many of them quite

demonstratively , sometimes screaming , sometimes arguing with us that they weren't leaving (but they had to leave ) ,and sometimes causing Roger to fall to the ground as they left .About forty people witnessed what was happening ---I believe that God allowed them to manifest as they left , to show the people that His name is more powerful than the demons that they had feared from witchdoctors, ceremonies and curses. . Two or three of the non-Christian men had to come and help Jean and I to support Roger physically so that he could not hurt himself if he fell .As the boys, Jean and I ministered to Roger, Eileen and Gay sat all the other people in a circle to sing and pray as a back-up to us, as I told them we were only as strong as the prayer supporting us Those who had not already given their lives to Jesus did so that night, as they witnessed this mighty outworking of God's power. I had said “You had better ask Jesus into your hearts, as these demons are looking for somewhere to go.” Liza said --"Look, we're a team - God has moulded us into a team!" Praise the Lord Many demons left - there were Asherah, Jezebel, Antichrist, and many others. Also death and hell, and curses, singing, and bone-pointing had to be broken. The Holy Spirit told Steve that the name of one demon was Legion. This demon said that he wanted to do a deal with me - I told him that I don't deal with demons. Then I said the only deal I could offer him was which foot of Jesus he wanted to go under - the left or the right ,and the big toe or the little toe !The boys saw an angel come and take that demon and place him under the big feet of Jesus , Well I was fired up ! I sang the chorus: “I'll not bow down to anything else but the name of Jesus Christ my Lord , ruler of the Universe." many times . Another demon said that his name was King Lime. I laughed at this name , and told him that people use lime to dissolve the contents of pit toilets --and that if he was a king, which he was not, the only thing he would be a king of was the sewers -- there is no king but Jesus , and I told him to bow the knee to Jesus ,as every knee MUST bow at the name of Jesus .-- well , down went Roger on his knees , as that demon in him had to bow to the name of Jesus ! Someone said - "He's bowing to you!" I said - "No ,he's not .He's bowing to the name of Jesus - I'm only an old lady , nearly a pensioner , but he has to bow to the name of Jesus , even if the youngest Christian child here tells him to ."As I said, many gave their lives to the Lord that night, as they witnessed a Mt. Carmel type of experience of the power of God .Roger's wife Rona had given her life to Jesus in Ray's kitchen on the Friday night, and now their two daughters also surrendered to Jesus as the saw their father change before their very eyes.Rona, who had been in fear on the Friday night, now became strong, and was helping tell the demons to leave her husband in the name of Jesus; he didn't want them. By now we had about 50 people out of a community of about 65 who had given their lives to Jesus - what a victory! Roger began to get excited, seemed to be free, jumping up and down and praising the Lord. - he said he was right now , but there were still a few demons who were hiding , hoping not to be discovered . There was something robotic and automatic about his actions that just didn’t seem right, and he did not say which lord he was praising! One demon that had left him ran to the toilets, but Steve lassoed it with a rope with a hook on the end that is one of the spiritual weapons that God has given him. But it was pulling the

boys along the ground - it was big and strong. .I tried to help them, but it broke loose, and we fell to the ground! So we put our spiritual swords together to become a big sword, and the sword went and destroyed him. I believe this was prophetic action , which, like the Word of God, goes out till it accomplish it's purposes. That's what happened to him when he didn't do what he was told and go to the feet of Jesus (all of these weapons were spiritual weapons that we could not see with our physical eyes, some of us saw them with our spiritual eyes, others just used them in faith. The children had previously seen angels come and give them their spiritual armour and weapons. They saw angels walking with them instead of evil spirits, and saw themselves fighting spiritual warfare with their spiritual weapons. Again, I believe that these spiritual battles were prophetic action. I will explain these things more fully later.) Anyway, the demons still in Roger were confusing him, and trying to get him away from us, so he said that he wasn't married to Rona anymore, and he went and slept at a separate, non-Christian home. There was a familiar spirit living in that house, and I believe that the evil spirits wanted to go there to try and get stronger by linking up with other demons. Next afternoon and evening we ministered to Roger again. He went and put his hat in the bin - so I told Steve to put it in the fire: the boys saw a black hand leave it - someone had cursed that hat by “singing” it. Also a hair band and bones poking him were seen in the spirit, and removed by the children pulling them off and breaking them in the name of Jesus. The demons tried to make Roger walk away from us several times, but I ordered them to come back, in the name of Jesus, and Roger did an immediate about-turn and came back to us!That day the demons had tried to take Roger down to a “clever man”, someone with a demonic gift of divination, just outside the camp ,so the children said I had better run after him, but I ordered the demons to turn around , and Roger came straight back ,even though he was half a kilometer away and out of hearing distance ! (I can’t and never could run fast anyway.)That afternoon also, Roger said: “Give me Jamie." Jamie is his infant son. God made us realize that this was not Roger's voice speaking, so we prayed and covered Jamie in Jesus' blood, then handed him to his father, but he gave him straight back to Rona .God had given us discernment that the demon was trying to run into Jamie to escape, but our prayer had prevented this. By Monday Roger was free. I stayed in the same house with him and his family for a week just to deal with any stragglers, and counsel him till he was strong to know his authority over the enemy.

Not long after that, Roger was able to get a job as a jackeroo at the nearby cattle station. He has witnessed to his family and to his workmates about what God's power did for him. He had had a time limit of two weeks placed on his life, by the Aboriginal way of cursing by singing and bone–pointing; no-one had seen anyone who did not die as a result of this form of witchcraft before. Only God's mighty power and the blood of Jesus has set him free! Praise the Lord

THE CULTURE OF THE CROSS

The elders in Munmurra community, Aunty Lily and Uncle Harley, were really confused. Some past missionaries had told them it was alright to hold their ceremonies – the ones we were talking about certainly involved witchcraft. We all have to examine our traditions, to ensure they are not based on false gods or superstition. We certainly also have many such traditions in the white population of Australia. To answer the elders, I did not want them to decide if I was right, or others, but instead to see what the WORD OF God Says. Below is the simple comparison we did, with Jean interpreting into their language for me, as their English was not as good as that of the younger members of the community. If any culture is from God, it will line up with the Word of God. God never contradicts His Word. Any revelation that contradicts God’s Word, is not from God. Any gift or power not from God is from the devil or his agents. Indigenous culture teaches that ancestral beings of the dream-time created the earth and everything in it.The people are taught that they come from the earth and are created by Earth Mother. What does the word of God say?Genesis 1:1 says “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” NIV And Genesis 1:27 states “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him, male and female he created them.” NIV

IN WHAT DO YOU TRUST? Mattthew 6:24 says that we can't serve two mastersBy Romans 6:16, the one you obey is your master – so if you obey and live by superstitions and omens, you are disobedient and not trusting in God. You are trusting in that sign. (e.g. star signs).We are not to trust in omens, or charms or spells So all superstition is wrongEzekiel 13:18a NIV says – “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Woe to the women who sew magic charms on all their wrists ….” Could that sound like charm bracelets to you?

We should never consult fortune-tellers, mediums or witchdoctors of any kind. Scripture about divination or clever thing -( Indigenous Culture uses divination, called clever thing)Leviticus 19:26 & 31, Ezekiel 13:23, Deuteronomy 18:10-12 is very clear –‘LET NO-ONE BE FOUND AMONG YOU who sacrifices his son in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is

detestable to the Lord, and because of these detestable practices the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you.” NIVDon't talk to the dead - Isaiah 8:19Don't eat or drink blood - Deuteronomy 12:23, Leviticus 17:10 Some indigenous ceremonies in many countries use the drinking of animal’s blood to get powerDon't cut yourself for the dead - Leviticus 19:28 “Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves.. I am the Lord.” NIV

What about taking revenge or payback? Payback in many cases is still occurring.Jesus however said there is a new way of forgiving one another There was payback in Mosaic law -Leviticus 24:17, and Exodus 21:24However, Matthew 5:44 says– “But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” NIVAnd Matthew 6:14 –15 “For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” NIV

In indigenous culture, there are many sacred sites, sacred rocks and trees.Exodus 20:3-4 says – “You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or in the earth beneath or in the waters below. NIVExodus 23:24 says- “Do not bow down before their gods or worship them or follow their practices. You must demolish them and break their sacred stones to pieces.” NIVAnd Isaiah 1:29a – “You will be ashamed because of the sacred oaks in which you have delighted.” NIV And Romans1 verse 25, “They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served created things rather than the creator – who is forever praised. Amen” NIV Put away the gods of our ancestors – Joshua 24:23 “Now then, said Joshua, throw away the foreign gods that are among you and yield your hearts to the Lord, the God of Israel.” NIV

When the people that I had discipled, later used these scriptures as a bible study, one old man said “I can’t do these things anymore!” and when one of his family came to him to sing one of his songs for them, he refused but said he would pray for them instead. PRAISE THE LORD! What we learned was that we all had to renounce anything in our culture or background or traditions that had to do with the worship of other gods, all superstition, witchcraft and all occult involvement of any kind. Then we made the following declaration –“I declare that I worship the Lord God Almighty, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and I serve and worship His son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who died and rose again and is seated at the right hand of God the Father.”

We find this declaration to be profoundly powerful and liberating.

Hear the spirit After a few months, some of the people in Munmurra did not want to have praise and worship every night, so those of us that did, moved the worship place down to my campfire area .This was now 20 to 30 people, mostly children, instead of originally 40 to 50 One night I told them that we need to learn to listen to God to hear what He wanted to say to us. Well, that night we just got two words – the first one was “commitment”. While I was trying to explain the meaning of that, God said to Jean –“Sing the song – He is my everything, but sing it to me – i.e. YOU are my everything”The next thing God said was “Will you obey me?” That is what God needs to be able to use any of us – commitment and obedience.

Test the spirits The children began to see angels walking with them, but a couple of funny stories came back to me that didn’t sound right. So I told the children they needed to ask any angels they saw “Who do you serve” When they did this, the children said some angels replied that they served the Lord Jesus Christ – other angels could not answer this, but ummed and aahed, so the children rebuked them in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And they ran away. We learned the meaning of 1 John 4: 1-3, which says“Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God ……. Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God.”(N.I.V.)

Dreams and visions Many people, both adults and children, had dreams and visions. I think because indigenous Australians are used to learning visually through song, dance and story-telling, this is how God taught them. There were also signs in the sky. One day I was explaining that we needed to have offerings, to give to God, and Liza said – “Look, there is our offering bowl!” A cloud in the sky had formed in the shape of a bowl! One time when I was praising God and dancing, one of the children said – “Auntie, when you dance for Jesus, an angel comes and puts a sword in each of your hands, and demons are being destroyed.” Also, when any of us shared testimony, the children saw demons being choked and strangled! The Bible says; “They overcome him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony” Revelation 12:11a (NIV) Once when we were standing in a circle to pray, one of the boys saw angels come and join us. I told him to ask them what we had to do. The reply was – “They said they can’t do anything till we pray!” Wonderful! When we pray, angels go out to carry it out!

HAIR-RAISING EXPERIENCES – BUT GOD!

Snakes under my camper-trailer.

One day the people told me they had chased two snakes – probably small death adders – out from a toilet next to my camp, and the snakes had gone under my camper-trailer that I lived in! Well, there was no way that I was going to go to sleep that night with snakes under where I slept! I prayed very fervently, believe you me! Well, guess what! God answered straight away – I got the idea, which I certainly did not think of on my own, to put some foam packaging from a meat tray under the trailer, and set it alight, and black smoke from that actually drove the snakes out, and the men were able to kill them! Isn’t God good.

Police Roadblocked! One night as we were worshipping God around a camp-fire, one of the ladies in the community came down and asked me to drive her to town (about 26km away), as her husband, she said, had attacked her and almost cut her ear off. I had one of the very few cars in the community. Well, I told her I wasn’t driving her anywhere till she gave her life to Jesus, which she did, then we prayed for the bleeding to stop. We got in the car, and I proceeded to drive to town. Unfortunately her husband saw us drive out and started following us in his car! She had said that he had a gun! Well, another fervently-pray-without-ceasing situation! I could see his headlights behind me, and tried to drive fast enough that they were not getting any closer to me, while she was yelling at me to speed up – but I said it was pointless if I sped up too much and had an accident, as he would certainly catch us then Well, unbeknown to us, my friends had phoned the police in town, because they believed he had a gun. So just before I got to town, I came to a police roadblock, flashing lights and all! The police told me to just keep driving to the clinic, and that they wouldn’t let him through! So on arrival at the clinic, her ear, which was almost totally severed from her head, but had not bled after we had prayed for her, was stitched back on, and she was sent to a women’s refuge in Tennant Creek. However, I then had to drive back to the community, where that angry man lived, and go to sleep on my own in my camper-trailer! So I prayed, and God gave me perfect peace, and I slept soundly all night!

A Different Roadblock and another clinic trip!There was an incident at the hotel in town. A young man had accidentally bumped an old man, an elder, while both had been drinking. Even though this had been caused by the

effects of alcohol, the family of the older man used the excuse that it was a cultural offense for the younger man to show such disrespect to their elder, so this family went to the primary school and beat up the young man’s young brother , then found the old parents of the boys and badly beat them as payback When we heard about this, Jean and I drove into the camp late in the evening, and brought the parents back to the community for safety. Next morning the old lady, Anita, needed to go back to the clinic to check that she had no broken bones, so I drove her to the clinic, telling her not to go anywhere, while I went to the store for groceries. Guess what! When I arrived back at the clinic, she had gone back to her house in the camp from which we had rescued her, to get some things! As I drove into the camp, a man on a tractor blocked the road in front of me to stop me, so I went the other way and picked Anita up, and as I drove out of the camp, the same man who had been on the tractor was signally angrily for me to pull over! Well I was too scared to stop anyway, so I just went around him and drove home to the community straight away! So then I called the men of the community to tell them what had happened, and that I hoped I had not caused a problem for them, and that that family would not come out to pay them back. Well, I didn’t know then they were really worried that I would get beaten up, so they went into town and explained that I had been simply doing the Christian thing taking Anita to the clinic, and they were able to calm the situation down. God my shield again!

SPEARS AND BOOMERANGS – BUT GOD’S TERROR Jean and Eileen had previously decided that God did not want their sons to participate in initiation ceremonies, so the boys had been baptized, and later circumcised in a hospital to satisfy aboriginal law. However, one evening when just us women, Jean, Eileen and myself, were in the community with the children, during a time of initiation ceremony, an aboriginal elder in ceremonial paint, with ceremonial spear and boomerang, came to the house saying that he was going to take them to ceremony against their mothers’ wishes. In the tribal law this wasn’t even legal, as no uncles were present. Uncles have authority over the parents in these matters of tribal law. Even though their Uncle Sean was absent at this time, he had given his life to Christ, and had already agreed that the boys did not have to go to initiation ceremony. As they had already been circumcised, the only thing they had not fulfilled was participating in witchcraft. On the strength of all this, us ladies said that the men could not take them. I slept across the doorway of their home – I was not going to let Satan get my boys! The next evening, God told me that there would be repercussions, and to ask for His Terror around us. As we did this, I actually saw the terror of God falling all over us with my physical eyes! It appeared like stardust. This occurred two nights in a row. I do not know how to explain this scripturally .I do know that prior to the Israelites going in to take possession of the promised - land, God had said that “I will send my terror before you.” Pat, an old lady in Alice Springs,said “It’s God's glory!” God’s glory around us is terror to His enemies! On many such occasions, the Christians in the community, particularly Jean and Eileen, who considered me family, stood by me, and I stood by them – we became close family in God and in love for one another, bound together still today. I learned from them and they learned from me. When God told them to pack up and go to another community to

spread the Gospel, they just took their swags and a few clothes, and went immediately. I learned from this, as some of us white Australians can't do so well without possessions When my friends came to Christ, He became their first priority. They would sit up many nights reading the Bible. Also, when the men went hunting, and came back with kangaroo, bush turkey, goanna, etc they always shared, so I got to enjoy wonderful fellowship and provision.

CROCODILES AND PYTHONS and a pity party.

There was a period when I was in Elbery, and Jean and Eileen and their children were living In Batonga, in Arnhem Land. This was in 1998; I had been in a period of feeling spiritually dry and weak, and alone. A bad pneumonia in July 1998 had left me feeling weak. The hospital had told me they had thought I was going to die at that time. I had a real pity-party then! I told the Lord that I could die if I got sick again, with my family a long way away. I did not like that idea! However, as I sought the Lord, I said “It doesn’t matter, Lord. The people that I lived with are out there ministering in three communities in Arnhem Land, and it is worth it. My life has made a difference.” I had really meant this,; it was as if that decision of mine had broken the power of death over me – death had literally lost it’s sting. I immediately began to be able to breathe more deeply, and the next day was able to use much less asthma medication. After all this, God took me to Batonga, and the people in nearby Bulwick were excited that we are going to visit so that they can hear testimony from me! I said – “Lord, I feel so weak!” Then God said clearly – “Good. Now that you feel weak, I can be strong in you.” We arrived at a river-crossing to try and get to Bulwick, but the river was in flood. While I was wading in it, Steve said: “There’s a crocodile in the water, Aunty.” This city-girl didn’t believe God would do this to me, but sure enough, there was a small fresh-water crocodile swimming nearby. En-route to driving there, Jean had asked; “Did you see that large python on the side of the road, Lorraine?” The Lord had mercy on me; I had not seen it or I may have wanted to be out of there. Now back at the flooded river crossing. God told us to speak to the floodwater to recede, so Jean and I did as we were told, then went back to Batonga. The next day, we were able to go back, drive through, and minister to the people. Millicent told us that after we had rebuked the flood, they sat on their vehicles singing praises to God, as they watched the waters go down, and so later were able to drive home, as they had been stranded on the wrong side of the flood-water.

AFTER THE (PITY) PARTY IS OVERNot long after this, in April 1999, God told me I was to go to Alice Springs. Jean and I fasted and prayed, and God confirmed that I had heard correctly, and that I was going there to build a foundation for our Bible School. By that time I was driving and living in a 1976 Coaster bus, so off I went. However, six months later God told me to go back to Tennant Creek and open my home for ministry. –October 1999. Only God would send me North to collect my family from South. Not much later I got a letter from my ex-daughter-in-law from Tasmania wanting to come to me, with my grand-children, to change their lives around. We had Christmas 1999 together in my home! Then God

miraculously enabled me to lead them all to Christ, and baptize them in my backyard swimming pool! God had returned my home AND my family to me! Matthew 19:29 says – “And everybody who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life.” The following year, we all moved to Alice Springs, as it was easier for them all for work and education. During that period I attended a Pentecostal church in Alice Springs where the Senior Pastor held ‘Encounter with God’ week-ends, one of which I attended. I also did cell group leadership training, and became a cell group leader. In 2000, , my second eldest son and his wife and daughter also moved to Alice Springs from Tasmania, More family returned to me! Not only that, that same son was changed from belief as a Jehovah’s Witness to Christianity! God is amazing. Some time later, Jean and Marie came to that pastor and myself, requesting help, as they were floundering. God said I was to go back, but not for good, but to build a foundation, precept upon precept. So with the assistance of the church, I took a ministry team to Elbery where we work-shopped with the Christians there, adapting “Encounter with God” material from my pastor,, incorporating my teaching on Authority and deliverance, so God certainly began to build that foundation! I have included this material as an appendix at the end of this book, for the sake of completeness . In 2003, after God had given this teaching material, and a few trips to Elbery, (about 1550km return trip) God moved me back into my house in Tennant Creek again, so that the pastor there and myself and others could take turns making trips to Elbery to encourage and build up the church there. Praise God!

GOD KNOWS ALL OF OUR CARES AND PAIN

One Mothers' Day, while I was living in Alice Springs, even though two of my sons and all of my grandchildren were living close-by, none of them called me or visited me. I felt really alone and sad. However, Jean contacted me from Elbery and told me that God had shown her my pain, and He felt it with me, because many of His children reject Him - “He was despised and rejected of men”

JEHOVAH JIREH – GOD IS MY PROVIDER

Everything I needed was so miraculously provided during my time in the community. On one occasion, I obtained some jam melon. However, I needed lemons in order to make jam. It just so happened that I made a trip to the local tip, and there were branches that someone had pruned from a lemon tree, full of lemons. I wanted to plant a vegetable garden, but the ground was too hard, and full of rocks. I prayed and asked God to send somebody to dig it for me. Well, lo and behold, a few days later a man turned up on a back-hoe to dig up the ground in order to put in an extra septic tank for the house next door to my camper-trailer in which I was living. There were so many huge rocks, that he had to dig all over the place to find a suitable position for the septic tank. The back-hoe operator was not very happy, but I was praising God. Because of the size of the rocks, the ground had to be filled back up with sand and gravel, so I had had my garden dug for me. Also some strong fencing mesh was found on the tip that fitted the area perfectly. I also ended up with my own chicken yard, and eggs.

JEHOVAH JIREH ALWAYS AND STILL MY PROVIDER

When I first packed up my home in 1995 to go and live in Munmurra, I gave away my gold-plated cutlery set, and expensive Mikasa brand dinner set to my eldest son. Well, when I moved back into my home in Tennant Creek in 2003, I was given a bronze cutlery set, and when I moved home to NSW in 2008, I saw exactly the same dinner set in a Salvation Army Op-shop for $10, so I bought it. My family remember this cutlery and dinner set at all happy family Christmas and Easter family gatherings, and it is special to them that I have them back. God certainly restores whatever we give up and leave to follow Him!

TESTIMONY ABOUT MY VEHICLESIn 1998, I was living in Elberry, and was trying to purchase a coaster bus to live in. There had been one for sale in Tennant Creek for 2 or 3 years, however, just at the time that I needed to buy one, the price was reduced for quick sale. God is my provider. Then, in 2002, as I had reached pension age, and the bus was getting too expensive to maintain (it was a 1976 model), I planned to update my vehicle. I was living in Alice Springs at this time, and was employed.I had been planning to go to a motor auction that week, as I had told my

WHAT A MIGHTY GOD WE SERVE!

MY TRAINING GROUND

From the age of three, I went to Sunday School, and I can’t really remember a time when I didn’t believe in God. The Anglican church to which I belonged in Leichhardt NSW was very evangelical, and in 1951 when I was 11, my Sunday school teacher led me in a prayer of salvation, through belief in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. From about the age of 14 to 16, I was learning to preach in Christian Endeavour, we (a group of young people in our church) were doing outreach also, preaching on street-corners, and also going in to Sydney City Mission some evenings to help. Sunday afternoons some of us also visited hospitals, to sing Christian hymns to the patients. I was blessed to be a counsellor at the first Billy Graham crusade in Sydney, after doing training for that role. At university, I was able to hold Bible study at lunch-time, also I had been teaching Sunday school from the age of about 14. So God had certainly trained me up in the word, and in not being afraid or ashamed to share that Word of God. My hobbies were Girl Guides, then later rowing in Sea Rangers. I loved hiking, bushwalking and camping. Later in life my husband John and I, and my three children had lived on a small farm in Tasmania. For a while we had gas lights and stove for power, and a wood-chip heater for the hot water for the bath All of this was certainly training me to be able to live as I did in the community of Munmurra from the age of 56, in a camper-trailer, cooking with wood, learning how to skin a kangaroo, and to cook damper in an oven in the ground made from half of a 44 gallon drum! (Also going to the river to get fresh-water mussels from the bottom} – I didn’t like diving in the milky water, so I used to find the mussels with my toes, and bring them to the surface between my feet, then grab them with my hand, filling a plastic bag which I held in my other hand. I was certainly fitter then than I am now!

Preparation in the ministry gifts that I would need began in 1985. I was invited to a mid-week home bible-study, where I learned about the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and where I also received that baptism through the laying on of hands. A few years later, I was going to visit a lady who had schizophrenia and other problems, and had also been involved in a witches’ coven before becoming a Christian. I knew she needed help and deliverance, but did not feel really equipped for that. On the way to visit her, I prayed; “Lord, please anoint and equip me now.” Well, I certainly felt an anointing of the power of God coming upon me. I got to Glenda’s House, and she greeted me with: “Come in Lorraine, I need deliverance now”

So began the next stage of my training, on which I will elaborate in the next segment.

MY TRAINING CONTINUES

When I arrived at Glenda’s house, with her needing immediate deliverance, I did not know anything except that everything must bow at the name of Jesus Christ, and that His name is more powerful than anything else. So I really had to learn from God as I went! I began to rebuke demons in her in the name of Jesus Christ, and command them to leave. I told them they had to go under Jesus’ feet, because the Bible says that everything is put under His feet. As I did this, spirits began to manifest, and I kept trying different things till they left. I found that reading the word of God out loud, especially the part in Revelation where they go to the lake of fire, was very powerful and they then had to leave. As Glenda had been involved in a witches’ coven, I rebuked spirits of witchcraft, and also spirits of schizophrenia and false personalities. I didn’t learn this all at once, nor did Glenda get set free all at once. I just stayed at her home till whatever was manifesting at the time was gone, then was able to go home, and come back another day and continue. God could have set her free all at once, but He needed me to learn. During one visit I decided to rebuke the spirit of matriarchy, as witchcraft is about rule of women, but nothing manifested, so I thought I must have been wrong, and went home. While driving home, I thought maybe I had that spirit myself, as I was always bossing my husband and children around, so I rebuked it in myself in the name of Jesus. Well, I manifested with deep belching all the way home, and the next evening was able to then go and set Glenda free from that same spirit! God had taught me very early the meaning of the scripture in Matthew 7: 3 & 5 – “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?” “First take the plank out of your own eye and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”(NIV) We are certainly not in a position of authority over anything that has power or authority over ourselves. I began to sing some new songs that I had been learning, and found that particular worship shops really upset evil spirits, and they had to leave. Some such songs were songs proclaiming the majesty of Jesus; songs proclaiming Jesus Christ as the Son of God, who died and rose again, and is seated at the right hand of the Father; Songs proclaiming Jesus as the Lamb of God, and the lion of Judah; songs declaring His victory on the cross; and particularly any songs about the power of the blood of Jesus were effective During one visit to Glenda’s home to minister to her, a demon speaking out of her mouth in a male voice threatened to kill me in a car accident or some other way. However, I had asked God for angels to protect myself and my family when this ministry had begun. So I asked; “Well, why can’t you?” That demon replied that they couldn’t get near me, because I had angels all around me and all over me, even on my feet! Praise God – He is faithful.

Another time, an evil spirit was saying that it was going to take Glenda to hell, and that she really wasn’t saved. I asked that demon why it couldn’t touch her spirit’ and what was written on her spirit. Well, that demon told me he really could not touch her spirit, and that on it was written: “sealed with the blood of Jesus till the day of redemption.” Ephesians 4: 30 says – “and do not grieve the Holy Spirit with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.”(NIV) As I was continuing to minister to Glenda in deliverance, her whole countenance was softening, and she had changed so much that she had to go to hospital to have her medications reduced, and her psychiatrist said to her one day – “The old Glenda is gone, and is never coming back.” Some people in the local churches, particularly the church where Glenda attended, were speaking against me – The problem was, to them, that I wasn’t an ordained minister, also I was female. I had a real headache of oppression. I went home and told my husband John what was being said. His reply was: “I don’t know anything, but I do know that you can’t cast a demon out of anybody, except by the power of God, and I approve of what you are doing.” When he said that, the headache and oppression immediately left me. The Lord had previously shown me scriptures in Numbers chapter 30 to teach me about women’s ministry. Verses 10-11 say: “If a woman living with her husband makes a vow or obligates herself by a pledge under oath, and her husband hears about it but says nothing to her and does not forbid her, then all her vows or the pledges by which she obligated herself will stand.”(NIV) I had pledged myself to God to be willing to be used in this ministry, when my work with Glenda had begun, but had asked for His protection on myself and my family. GOD IS GOOD

THE PROPHECY AND THE CALL

THE PROPHECYWhile living in Tasmania, and ministering to Glenda in deliverance, it was prophesied over me on three separate occasions: “Go to Arnhem Land and set my people free.” I did not know a lot about modern-day prophecy at the time. I did know that I had no way of bringing that about myself – I had a husband and still 2 children at home to look after. I simply thought that if it was of God, it would come to pass. A few years later, my husband had passed away, I had sold my business, my two sons were married, and my daughter and I moved to Windang, NSW in July 1993. My thought was to go home near to my family, and never leave again. BUT GOD ! A few months later, I went to Bourke, NSW to work, while my daughter stayed in Windang to further her education. As I was driving to Bourke, God reminded me of the prophecy, and told me that me going to Bourke was part of it’s fulfillment. That was late 1993. THE CALL Just after Easter 1994, I was driving to Casino NSW to attend a church conference, when God started speaking to me clearly, so much so that I had to stop the car several times, look up my Bible, and write things down. One thing that God clearly said to me was: “Lorraine, will you get out of the driver’s seat, and let me drive in your life?” God also impressed on me many scriptures. One in particular was; Isaiah 6:8 – Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I, send me.”(NIV) It was really clear that I also had to read Ezekiel 33: 1 – 9, and I knew that God was calling me to be a watchman Another scripture I was given was Ezekiel 22:30, “I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none.” I told God I would go wherever He sent me;He told me that there would be a lot of isolation. God gave me these same scriptures again at the end of 1995, just before I went to live at Munmurra, and I know clearly He is still calling me to Ezekiel 22:30 ! The employment that I had in Bourke was not full-time, so some months later, I applied for a position in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory. When I told my daughter-in-law in Tasmania this, she told me that God had told her that I was going a lot further away! The week before the interview for that position, I read an article that actually gave me the answers to many of the interview questions. Work that I had been doing in Bourke had actually been related to what I would be doing in Tennant Creek, in a town of the same size, with equally approximately a third of the population indigenous, and the same problems of isolation. God had certainly been preparing me to gain that position, which I did. I moved to Tennant Creek in July 1994, God had moved me across the nation from Tasmania to Windang to Bourke to Tennant Creek in 12 months to the day, in orderto fulfill His purposes in my life!

OPEN UP, HEAVENLY GATES

One time the children were going into spiritual warfare, and they told me that they were going to kill the devil. I did not tell them any different, as I wanted them to hear from God. They did not know the scriptures at this time. When they came back to the prayer circle, I asked them what had happened. They said that they were singing the chorus “We’re binding the strongman”, and everytime they clapped their hands and sang “We’re calling down fire”, angels put chains around Satan, and they saw a big cage come down and lock the devil up! Another time they saw angels lock up the gates of hell. However, even though they had seen these things happen in the spiritual realm, I do not see any evidence that this has yet occurred in the physical realm. I began to understand that these were prophetic actions, and like our prayers, and the word of God, they will go out until they accomplish what they purpose. If God told us to do something, and we knew it was from God, we simply tried to obey. Many times we really did not know the meaning of the actions, but my job seemed to be to check the scriptures and see that everything lined up with the word of God. God never tells us to do anything that is totally contrary to his word. We believe this accomplishes something in the spiritual realm, even when we don’t immediately see the result or the fruit of our obedience. Baptism and communion are the easiest and most familiar examples of prophetic actions – i.e. Sacraments – physical actions which enact spiritual results and blessings. We also saw a window open in heaven as we worshipped God all day one Easter Sunday. Another time a pastor in Alice Springs had seen Jesus asking him if He could come into that city! An indigenous person told me they had seen two large aboriginal men in vision, with spears, blocking the way into Alice Springs at Heavitree Gap. I believe these were territorial spirits. We need to cast them out of our cities so that the Spirit of God can flow, and the Glory of God come down. All other spirits are trespassers, as “the earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof” In 2003, while I was living in Alice Springs and then in Tennant Creek, God started speaking to me about opening heavenly gates, that the King of Glory may come in. An old lady, Dorothy, when we were in prayer, said that God said that “there are more roads into Alice Springs than you know about”

God started impressing on me that I was going to go to Jerusalem and open spiritual gates to usher in Christ’s return. I told this to a woman whose family had been Wicca for generations. She said – “We know about those gates, and where they are. Whoever opens them will decide who reigns.” I did not seek information from her about these things, as I don’t need the devil’s tools. I considered that would be dangerous. I only wanted God to teach me.We know who wins that last battle, and who reigns, as we have read the end of the book. I obtained a couple of books about Jerusalem, and a DVD about the Gates of Jerusalem. I also re-read most of the Old Testament, notingprophetic words about Jerusalem, Christ’s return, and the heavenly Jerusalem. Then God clearly told me, towards the end of 2006, that I was to go to Israel in May 2007. I was to be on the Mount of Olives on the anniversary of the day of the Ascension. The time seemed to be important, since as I was trying to book flights and a tour to be there on Ascension day, I had co-incidentally obtained a Jewish calendar, which showed it was a different day to what I had been planning. Jesus ascended 40 days after Resurrection day, and was crucified at the time of Jewish Passover, so these dates were significant. Well, I paid the airfare, and a deposit on a tour, and was down to $1 in my bank, and God spoke to someone a couple of thousand kilometres away to send me money, so over a period of about a month, I received $2000 – God called, and God provided. God told me that I was to proclaim three Scriptures from the Mount of Olives on Ascension day. These were: Psalm 24:7-8 “Lift up your heads, O you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of Glory may come in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle” (NIV) Zechariah 14: 4 and 8-9 (NIV) “On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south.” V4 “On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half to the eastern sea and half to the western sea, in summer and winter. The Lord will be king over the whole earth. On this day there will be one Lord, and his name the only name.” v 8-9

And after Jesus ascended, Acts 1:10 -11 “They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. “Men of Galilee,” they said “Why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven.”(NIV) I also knew in my spirit that I had been given three spiritual tools, with which to perform prophetic actions on the Mount of Olives at that time. I was given a key, a trumpet, and a tool like a log-splitter, and a hammer. (I am counting the log-splitter and hammer as one tool, as they were to be used together.) Some time later when I was praying with Terry, he saw them in the spirit and described them to me! The trumpet was very long and narrow, the key like a large old-fashioned turn-key. I found out much later that the last trumpet in the Jewish Feast of Trumpets is a long narrow trumpet! I was to turn the key, sound the trumpet, and hammer the peg into the ground to signify the mount splitting in two. When the day arrived, and the tour bus picked me up to go to the Mount of Olives (there were about 17 others in our tour group} , I believed that I needed to be on the Mount Scopus side of the Mount of Olives, but the tour guide said we were not going that way. In my research, I found that it is believed that the mount will split in two between Mount Scopus and the Mount of Olives. However, the road was blocked so that we had to go to the Mt Scopus side. As we drove under the mountain (the road goes under} , in the dark in the bus, I made the prophetic action of hammering my log-splitter into the ground! When on the mountain, I asked and was able to read aloud the three scriptures that God had given me. Then I quietly moved into the background, and did the prophetic actions of turning a key, and sounding a trumpet. The next day it rained, and we left and I flew home the day after that. Approximately two months later I was watching a programme on God TV Christian Channel which was being broadcast from the Mount of Olives. The speaker said that on Jerusalem Day {the day I had left Jerusalem} there were three signs of Christ’s imminent return. There had been a rainbow over Jerusalem in the middle of the day, a huge trumpet had been seen in the sky, and it had rained in May in Jerusalem which it never does, and the tunnel under the mountain had flooded, so that traffic could not go through! I was encouraged, as I simply tried to obey God in prophetic action that was quite new to me, and He confirmed it to me.

KINGS AND PRIESTS, AND UTENSILS OF HONOUR .In 2008 it became clear that it was God’s plan for me to move back to NSW to be closer to family and health facilities so I became a resident of NSW again in October 2008; however, in June 2009, God clearly impressed on me that I was to return to Elbery for a visit. He also made it clear I was only to be in Elbery for 6 weeks. During that period I was able to work with the people there and put together a manual of much of what we had learned, and they now need to catch the vision that they can go out as teachers themselves, and desire to bring other aboriginal people out of darkness into light. We have also set up a system where I can continue to send them material either by mail, or on-line. Praise God

Scriptures God gave us - Hebrews 5:12 NLT“You have been Christians a long time now, and you ought to be teaching others. Instead, you need someone to teach you again the basic things a beginner must learn about the Scriptures.” 1 Peter 2:9b NLT“For you are a chosen people, you are a kingdom of priests, God’s holy nation, his very own possession.” Rev 1:6 (King James translation)“He has made us kings and priests for God the Father. All glory and power be to Him for ever and ever, Amen.”2 Timothy 2:21 (NLT)“If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honourable use. Your life will be clean’ and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work.” So when I arrived back home in NSW in September 2009, I did the study on

• “A Royal Priesthood” and “Taking the Kingdom – Dominion”

I looked up what the utensils in the temple were used for, in the scriptures. Utensils of bronze could only be used at the altar of sacrifice, silver in the outer court, but in the holy of holies, all vessels and utensils had to be of pure gold. Everything made for use in the temple had to be made holy with the blood of the sacrifice. To be Holy means to be setapart to the Lord. Anything sanctified as ‘Holy to the Lord’ to be used in the Temple, could no longer be used for worldly use. Then in November 2009, as God had told me that I needed to re-visit Bourke, NSW, I drove there and visited the Pentecostal church there. While I was there, I visited the Library, and began to do spiritual mapping for Bourke. I did not really know I was to do this till I got there! God had just told me to go back to Bourke, so I obeyed.

I was able to share what I learned with the church, and we did spiritual warfare for that area, to take the kingdom for Christ. I learned a lot about spiritual foundations from white and indigenous cultures. This is recorded in a later teaching chapter on spiritual mapping. . Then God told me that the spiritual pathways of the dream-time stories are demonic pathways across our nation that must be closed, and the highways of holiness must be opened for the Glory of God to cross this nation, to prepare a highway of holiness for our God. I knew I had to go back to Elbery again, as I knew that Jean and Eileen, my aboriginal Christian sisters, would know how to do this. However God did not release me to go until in September 2010 He said “You can go now” When I told Jean and Eileen about these demonic pathways that needed to be closed, they told me that they knew exactly what I was talking about. As I took the teaching of priests and kings to Jean and Eileen , we again did the teaching on “God’s holy temple”. We offered the parts of our body as instruments to be used for God, then re-consecrated ourselves in covenant to God, using my teaching “Communion as covenant”, then we proclaimed the following scriptures::Isaiah 61:10b (NIV) “For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness.” Then- Hebrews 10:19-22a-“Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, His body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, “ NIVThen we proclaimed- Psalm 91:1&2(NIV)-“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty .I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’”Psalm36:8b-9 NIV “And you give them drink from the river of your pleasure, for with you is the fountain of life. In your light we see light. After we had consecrated ourselves, and covenanted in communion, these simple declarations carried us into the presence of God. Well, Eileen went off into glory, and came back with a scepter, saying we had to proclaim Psalm 24! Also, Jean had a vision of what I believe was an orb. When I had prepared the teaching on Kings and priests in 2009, I had prayed in faith for my priestly garments, and a scepter and orb as symbols as my kingly authority! I did not see these things, but prayed it in faith. God certainly confirmed it to me through Jean and Eileen. And He had certainly given them the weapons they needed to take Australia for Jesus! When I look back at their testimonies from 1995, and the fear they were in without Jesus Christ, and how far He has brought them, I am amazed!– As we had received scepters, I phoned friends in NSW and Queensland, and found that two of them had also received scepters. These were white Australians. The only significance of this is that together in unity, indigenous and white, we will take the dominion of Australia back for the Kingdom of God. Therefore I have added scriptures about scepters and information on scepter and orb from Wikipedia encyclopaedia. Praise The Lord! It is the time to take the kingdom See page 76 of this book of how God has confirmed what happened when Eileen came back with that scepter!

TESTIMONY OF TERRY O'REILLY

The first time I was in Munmurraa was in December 1995 Two and a half years earlier God had touched my life in an amazing way. I had attended church all my life and was sharing the gospel, yet I did not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ myself. God spoke to me with an audible voice and totally turned around my life – I was born again! I knew that God was true and that I did not have to wait till the grave to know this. A place has already been prepared for me in heaven. During that period God began releasing dross from my life. I was a Spirit-filled Christian but still hanging on to some of my old self. Praise God, I met with Lorraine, a woman who loves Jesus, and experienced in deliverance ministry.

I previously had lived (many times alone) on a small Aboriginal community on the Barkley Highway. My locality did not allow me much fellowship. God became my close friend: days and days of just God and me. I fell in love with God's nature so much, being so caught up in the beauty of the creation, that at times the creator was given the back seat.

Lorraine and I were in Alice Springs for a Tim Hall convention - it was wonderful to be surrounded by so many people who love God. This was in January 1996. Not long after that, God gave both Lorraine and myself the same scripture on the same day – it was from John 19 :26-27: - To Lorraine “Woman , here is your son ," and to myself....".here is your mother ."I come from a beautiful Christian family, and I love my dad and mum. What I believe Jesus was doing, was preparing the way of total transparency in the small community of Munmurra, where the people accepted this, as the young ones call and treat all of whom, in our family relationships we call uncles and aunts, mums and dads. Jesus has such insight as He knows the future. Not long after the convention, Lorraine and I spent a week-end at Munmurra. That was my first visit. I awoke in the morning to see a flour drum being used to make tea - everyone would share together. Myself and the old man, Harley, whom I call Uncle became close friends, even though I was only there for two days , God gave us a close bond . Uncle had a vision of going to heaven with Jesus on his white horse. We had baptisms at the river that Sunday. We cast the bread left from communion on the waters of the river, and when we got back to camp , the bread I was making had lifted the lid off the camp oven and had to be bashed back down ! God is good. I would often bake bread in the camp oven.

I was only at Munmurraa over that weekend yet I felt God wanted me back there. On the Saturday, one of the younger boys asked me: "Terry, who is Jesus' mother?" I answered "Mary"..Young Danny straight away said- “anyone who hears and does the will of God is my mother, my brother and my sister" from Luke 8:21. This child quoted the scripture word for word, even though he had no Bible, and was just learning to read and write at that time. The children were playing skippings at the time. The atmosphere itself was filled with the word. It was a miracle. Children were drawing me close to God. God clearly gave me from James 1:27 ".......to look after orphans and widows..." There are lots of women and children at Munmurra , but not many fathers.

We went to Katherine next day, praising God all the way. While we were praising, God told me to throw all of my poetry away. God's love compels you to obey him. I had written many poems about trees, plants, and God's creation, but as I said previously, I often lifted the creation instead of the creator. The next day God spoke to me to sing the Psalms, the songs of Zion. On our way back from Katherine , Lorraine and I sang Psalms 1 and 2 over and over again - They are mighty.

We went back to Tennant Creek and most nights were up into the early hours being led in Bible Study.The Holy Spirit led us through Elijah on Mt Carmel (1 Kings 18:16ff) and showing whose God had the power;being a watchman to warn the wicked (Ezekiel 33:1-9); also "I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none."(Ezekiel 22:30 NIV) and Isaiah 6:8-9a NIV: "Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying ,'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us.' And I said, ‘Here am I, Send me!' He said, 'Go and tell this people:'" And we said we would go. God had Lorraine and myself singing the Bible. We sang Isaiah, John, Revelation, and Psalms.God spoke to Lorraine about only sharing what we have seen and heard, and the pure word of God.-no more and no less. God spoke to me about giving away all my possessions. I had given away pretty well everything I owned, which wasn’t that much. I wasn’t sure about some things, but I gave them away anyway, because God had clearly told me to give away my possessions, and this had included my musical instruments. Within a very short time Lorraine's daughter gave me a harmonica as a gift! God had given that back to me. This meant so much to me. We can never out-give God. So I began to play harmonica again, to the Glory of God. The Lord had told me to put everything at the foot of the cross. The guitar did not come as quickly as the harmonica, but it did come. Terry and possessions set apart for God. Lorraine was an anointed teacher at Munmurra, praise God. God had also given her and I a mantle of Elijah and Elisha, hallelujah!

Lorraine taught on the importance of forgiving others, and unity, and giving our all to Jesus; our body, mind, heart, and spirit. We learned of our authority in the name of Jesus we learned of the full armour of God, and a wider understanding of the power of Jesus' redeeming blood. I will share with you a simple prayer we pray: "Dear Lord, wash us in the blood of Jesus. Forgive us our wrongs as we forgive others. Put on us the full armour of God. Thank you, Lord, in Jesus' name, Amen." This is a simple prayer that I pray at least daily. Some say they don't take their armour off , but sin takes it off , as righteousness , or being in a right place with God , is our breastplate, for example (see Ephesians 6:14)At the end of 1995 , the Lord's presence was so strong , it felt like Jesus was coming back at any minute .I had a beautiful Christmas at Lorraine's house in Tennant Creek, then came down to Alice Springs. Whilst there, I was able to be with Jean and Steve, who came to Alice Springs Hospital. Steve had been in an apparent coma, but he actually had been in the spirit realm in heaven and he shared with me what he saw. God told him there are only two more pages of the Bible left; I did not understand this, until I realised that we have to see things from God’s perspective. I wonder how big the pages are on God’s copy of the Bible, and how many chapters or verses are on each page. When Steve shared with me about his trip, he described God's throne room just as in Revelation chapter 4, yet I don't believe Steve had ever read that . He was 12 years old then. That was early in 1996 . On Monday 26th February, I went home to Munmurraa . I had a loan of Alice Springs' Christian Family bus. I praised God all the way there. At this time, Jean's brother Sean was home at Munmurra; we had many beautiful times together walking or studying the word. I just continually fell in love with Jesus more and more We started building a kitchen for cooking. Lorraine had set her caravan up beautifully. Daily we grew in the word. Ray, Vince, Sean, Uncle and I would sit down together and God would guide us in the word. When Ray was going to Bible School, he was shown a vision of God opening the pages of the Bible to him. Hallelujah! We had many more baptisms. When it was really wet, we went to an old gravel pit on the highway, where there was a good pool of water. One day when Sean, Eileen and Jenna were baptized, I remember opening my eyes and seeing the water twinkling like a river of life. Thank you, Lord; I don't often see spiritual things like the children and others at Munmurra do. We just spent all the days reading the Bible: the Holy Spirit kept revealing new things. One night at sing-a-long, Sean was overpowered by the Holy Spirit while playing keyboard. He was totally unconscious sitting up, but his fingers kept playing, it looked just like someone was lifting his finger and placing it firmly on the next note to be played . (one song I don't like very much , the children requested ,and Sean's fingers moved and started playing it straight away , so who am I to argue with this - comment from Lorraine.).The children would see angels come to sing-a-long -- the power of God was so strong at these meetings as we lifted Jesus higher and higher. On the 15th March ,we had an awesome sing-a-long ; we had the chorus "walking with Jesus " , and we sang lots of

verses : twisting , dancing , rapping , etc. ----we all just danced before the Lord for hours that night .Hallelujah ! God took some of the children into the spirit realm that night. They saw the mighty armies of God - they saw Michael. They shared how when they marched through the first gate of the community, they saw themselves changed, they were big and they had armour on , and weapons . That night they woke me – “Terry, you have to get your sword." I knew that the sword was the word of God, so I went to the centre, (which was a proposed clinic not yet completed, which we would use on rainy occasions for sing-a-long) the place where God had given the boys their weapons and armour, and the boys literally dressed me in the full armour. I couldn’t see anything, I was just standing and the young boys were dressing me in what they saw. They could see all the individual pieces - the helmet , breastplate , shoes , shield , belt and the sword . I was also given a bow and arrow. When they had completed this, (note that I had not felt any of this going on me, however, I did feel God’s presence), then young Steve said: “there you are, brother Terry” and tapped my chest. AND I DISTINCTLY HEARD THE SOUND OF METAL – THE CLINKING SOUND OF HITTING ARMOUR – I FROZE IN AWE OF GOD – THIS WAS SO REAL. Then we went into battle, using our swords. The children saw the demons destroyed. The morning after I experienced my first spiritual battle, I was overwhelmed and I went walking and praying, and asking the Lord, “is this from you?" He gave me the scripture:Isaiah 44:3: “For I will give you abundant water to quench your thirst and to moisten your parched fields. I will pour out my Spirit and my blessings on your CHILDREN.” NLT The Lord gave Lorraine the scripture 2 Kings 6:16b-17 "....Those who are with us are more than those are with them' And Elisha prayed, ' O Lord, open his eyes so he may see." Then the Lord opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” NIV Revelation 19:15a says:"Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations" NIV And Revelation 19:21 says:"The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh." NIV The boys were seeing these demons slain and their life-blood pouring out on the ground. It wasn’t like real blood, often totally different colours to human or animal blood. Just as a tree bleeds sap, demons appear to bleed – I don’t even know if we have any other English word than blood by which to describe it. It is horrible and lifeless, Hallelujah!So began many spiritual battles when we walked out on to the field at night time. We would sing a song calling for fire from heaven, and the children would see fire come and annihilate millions of demons. Not very often do I see in the Spirit. I walked out into these battles in faith. I used my sword while speaking in tongues , and as I used my sword , demons were destroyed ,the children told me, and they interpreted the tongues as rebuking the enemy in the name of Jesus .One night I dropped a spiritual cannon-ball on my foot, and I missed the cannon, so the children who could see them had to guide me to the barrel. God is mighty and these battles were a mighty move of God.

One night a little child told me he saw a demon on a carriage being carried by other demons. I told him to ask the Holy Spirit the name of the demon, he answered me: “Moroni ". Moroni was laughing at us. We gave him the scripture of 1 Samuel 17:26b when David asked "who is this uncircumcised Phillistine that he should defy the armies of the living God?"NIV and we rebuked him in the name of Jesus , and used our swords . The children saw him destroyed. Moroni was the demon who gave Joseph Smith the book of Mormon. (The children did not know this. About November 1997, some 18 months after this , suddenly most of the Aboriginal Mormons in Elbery left that church and went to the A.I.M. Church -Lorraine's note) God has given the children such discernment that all through the battles they have said names of false religions and idols, and Antichrist and Jezebel, etc., things that in no way they could have known in the physical realm. Praise God that I have been blessed to be a part of this mighty move of God! We have all learned to always test the spirits. 1 John 4:1-3a says:"Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God .....This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God. Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God." NIV We asked the angels who they served: if they said "the Lord Jesus Christ", they were right, but if they said nothing, or um and ah, or tried to bargain or change the subject, we put them to the sword . I went back to Alice Springs and returned the bus. Eileen and I travelled down; we broke a fan belt and God told me to replace it by slicing a tyre tube; we travelled to Barrow Creek with pieces of tyre tube as a fan belt. God is mighty. I was away from Munmurra for about two weeks, and it was wonderful to get back for Easter. One night we were praising God , And God wrote his name in the clouds –I will always remember - G O D – God wrote these three letters so neat and bold, beautiful bubble letters with straight lines and perfect curves , using the clouds as the moon was shining, then words appeared in what looked like Hebrew or some other language . It was just so amazing - Psalm 19 says “The heavens declare the glory of God” but this night God declared it in English. Good Friday we were learning to dance to Geoff Bullock's song , "The power of your love" and I burst into tears ,as the words made me see the wickedness in my heart , and what Jesus had done for me in the finished work of the cross - Hallelujah! On the Saturday we went and caught 3 goanna and picked a lot of bush berries; it rained and you can't move in black-soil country when it rains, but the Lord took us all the way home. We even stopped on the way right in the middle of the miry clay and enjoyed a feed together. Sunday morning - Jesus is risen- we all shared in Elbery. We had a mighty praise and worship. I couldn't see, so I had to sit down; all I saw was such a bright light -praise God. A week later I came back to Alice Springs.

I didn't return to Munmurra till mid-December .I worked as a trainer at Titjikala community, where I often had sing-a-long with the children there. When I came back, the boys at Munmurra said that Jesus sent some big angels with me to protect me. I would stay awake for many nights at Titjikala singing Psalms and choruses, and praying. When I went back home to Munmurra on December 1996, I spent a lot of time resting in Jesus and learning to receive. God just poured it on - I felt helpless like a baby in nappies. God provided all my needs - food, clothing, shelter and transport, and beautiful love - love that only our heavenly Father can give. I would walk out bush singing songs of praise. The Holy Spirit gave me this verse which is just how I want to be:"I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death." (Philippians 1:20) NIV I had a beautiful Christmas. We all celebrated and everybody shared in the cook-up. God multiplied the bread rolls - I don't know how they all went around. On Christmas night, we sang and did some special items for Jesus' birthday .I was singing "Jesus is the sweetest name I know", and the Lord said so plainly, “"Sit down, Terry” I knew the Lord wanted the little children to sing this song to Jesus. Praise God, He knows how to humble us. Jesus has given me the most beautiful relationship with Him; we are always laughing and joking in the Holy Spirit. Once I was walking out bush ,saying "oh Lord ,you pulled me up from the miry clay , you would save me if I was drowning ,and you pulled me up from the grave " Jesus said :"Terry , if you were a cat stuck in a tree , I'd pull you down too"I laughed . Another night He gave me the scripture 1 Samuel 16:7 :The Holy Spirit said: “pay no attention to how tall or how handsome you are.” I am learning more and more to receive from God. What a mighty year 1997 has been. We have had many more nights of spiritual battles. God continues to give us new weapons - balls of terror, sickles, whips, etc. One Sunday, people were being baptized at the river, and a white bird came and stopped over Herbie as he was being baptized. God was opening the pages of the Bible. That same day, we found a fish trap we had lost in the flood, so full with fish that Ariel had to call for help to pull it in; just like Peter at Lake Gennesaret in Luke 5:7, living the Bible. Another time earlier we caught many fish in our hands - I've never experienced God's providence in such a mighty way. That was on a Monday. The previous Saturday night, Lorraine shared that, as we are the children of Abraham, all the blessings in Deuteronomy 33 belong to us, too. We all laughed when she read out the blessings of Zebulun; "They will feast on the abundance of the seas." ( see Deut 33:19) and two days later we had a lot of fish , and every day for a month or more . Praise God. Every day we were living in the love and provision of God. One night we went into battle against evil spirits of earth worship keeping Aboriginal people bound .We prayed first to renounce anything in any of our cultures that involved the worship of other gods.When we got on the battle-field, two of the boys that normally saw everything, couldn't see anything. Lorraine asked them if they had said that prayer of renunciation. They hadn't .One of them then said it , and his spiritual eyes were immediately opened . The

other boy did not feel that he could say it , so Lorraine sent him back to camp , as Lorraine did not feel he would be safe in the battle , as he would not be in a position of authority over those demons . The Lord had a mighty victory that night, Hallelujah! Another night the Prince of Persia was slain by the sword. Lorraine had the honour of placing his crown at Jesus' feet .The angels took it to Jesus when we told them to . We read about the Prince of Persia in Daniel 8:19. We have seen the defeat of other kings and beasts too, through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Only the fourth beast of the book of Daniel we haven't seen defeated yet - God showed us by revelation it is the world credit system; many saints are oppressed by this beast.(God told us that it's name is Mammon - Lorraine's note) In spiritual warfare we must be seated in heavenly places, with Jesus, so that Jesus is Lord in all areas of our life. If we still have debts, we must pay off that debt, so that it does not master us. Just as the boys could not fight demons of cultural gods till they renounced them, and were in a position of authority. So mammon will not be pulled down till God's army gets in a position of authority. The Lord is the same, yesterday, today, and forever - righting wrongs, healing sickness, and remedying mistakes. Jesus is coming back - the Ancient of days rescues us - Hallelujah! 2Peter 3:9 in the NIV says: "The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." Easter 1997, we had a full day of praise, and that night Jean and Gay saw an open door in the sky, with the keys in it .Praise is the power that opens the door to Jesus the king of kings. After that, the Lord started to move us out to give testimony .Some went to Darwin, Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Barunga, Katherine - all over the territory. God has given us a troop-carrier for travel. At the end of April 1997, God moved me again I now live in Alice Springs. As I write, I am living in a caravan in Alice Springs. - a beautiful home ; I have a truck to use for work and leisure, and I'm surrounded with loving Christian brothers and sisters . I also have a guitar. My life is moulded in God's happiness. Let us always let God be God - He's my dad, my dad. From these lips He shall ever receive the glory - may my movements and my very breath be forever in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, AMEN.

AUTHORITY PART I

To live in victory as a Christian, we need to know that we have the power and authority to do that because of Jesus Christ.Mark 16:17-18 says that– “And these signs will accompany those who believe. In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; They will pick up snakes with their hands, and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”(NIV)In these verses, the word WILL is future positive tense, That is, that it will definitely happen.Ephesians 1: 3 says – “How we praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we belong to Christ.”(NLT)Has blessed us – the word “has” here is past positive tense – so God has already done this – we already have every spiritual blessing. This is because we belong to Christ. You could compare this to the following scenario: If someone opened a bank account in your name and put a million dollars in that account, it wouldn’t do you any good until you found out that you had it, and how to withdraw the money. So, we have already been blessed with every spiritual blessing, we just need to learn what those blessings are, and how to appropriate and use them, especially how to use our authority to live in the victory of those blessings. In Ephesians 1: 19 – 20, Paul says - “I pray that you will begin to understand the incredible greatness of his power for us who believe him.. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him in the place of honour at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms” (NLT) When Christ died, He took all the sin of the world upon Himself. I believe that would have put Him in the lowest place in hell, when He descended to hell. How much power do you believe that God the Father would use to raise His Son from that lowest place, to the highest place in heaven? (Verse 21 says far above anything else). I believe the Father would have held nothing back, but would have used all the power of Heaven to raise His Son, and verse 20 says that same power is available to us who believe. The second part of 1 John 3: 8b says “The Son of God came to destroy these works of the devil”. (NLT) Also 1 John 4 : 4 says “But you belong to God , my dear children ; You have already won your fight with these false prophets , because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world .”(NLT)Who is the spirit who lives in the world? It is Satan and his followers –fallen angels or evil spirits.But this says that the Spirit (of Christ) who lives in us is greater than all of this - so we have already won the victory. But how do we achieve this victory that has been won for us?

1 John 5:4 says – “every child of God defeats this evil world and we achieve this victory through our faith.”

Who can win this victory? “And the ones who win this battle against the world are the ones who believe that Jesus is the Son of God.” (1 John 5: 5 NLT)

In John 14: 12 Jesus says “The truth is, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.”(NLT) What works did Jesus do? – cast out demons, raised the dead, and healed the sick. Fed 5000, calmed the storm – etcetera.And He says that we who believe in Him will do the same works. Why? Because He goes to the Father, then sends us the power of the Holy Spirit. But why will we do greater works than Jesus did .This doesn’t seem possible. Why? Because Jesus overcame all the works of the devil at the cross, making a public spectacle of the powers of darkness.Colossians 2: 14 – 15 says – “He cancelled the record that contained the charges against us. He took it and destroyed it by nailing it to Christ’s cross. In this way, God disarmed the evil rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by His victory over them on the cross of Christ.”(NLT)

Matthew 16: 19 says – “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you lock on earth will be locked in heaven, and whatever you open on earth will be opened in heaven.” (NLT) Our authority cannot be stated more plainly than in Luke 10: 19a – “Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy.” (NLT)Revelation 2:26-28 saysTo all who are victorious, who obey me to the very end, I will give authority over all the nations. They will rule the nations with an iron rod and smash them like clay pots. They will have the same authority I received from my Father. And I will also give them the morning star” (NIV) And Revelation 5: 10 -\”You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.” (NIV)

OUR SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY_PART 2

I want to talk next about the power of agreement.Matthew 18: 19-20 says – “Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in Heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there I am with them.”(NIV) Some years ago when I was living in an aboriginal community , the Holy Spirit was teaching us spiritual warfare through visions .We saw in the Spirit that we all had a sword. But when we came together, and put those swords together in prophetic action , they joined and became one huge sword , so we counted to 3 , and released it together, and the children saw in vision an angel take that huge sword to answer our prayer . I realize now that God was showing us the power of agreement, and the power of unity. God also showed us in vision , that we, as a group , had a missile , and another church group in Alice Springs had the missile launcher , so that when we came together in the power of agreement and the power of unity , we could send something like a huge atomic missile to destroy the works of darkness . Let’s look at Ephesians 4: 11 – 13 – “It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers.to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and , become mature , attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ .” And verse 15 – “Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Him, who is the Head, that is, Christ.”(NIV) This makes sense , if every part of the body of Christ would come together , every part working together , just as a human body reaches it’s full potential when every part is working properly , so too the body of Christ when working together attains the whole measure of the fullness of Christ ( verse 13 ) No wonder the enemy uses every tactic to divide the body over silly differences. An army divided is already defeated - too busy fighting amongst itself to fight our common enemy. Ephesians 6: 12 says “For we are not fighting against flesh and blood , but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against those mighty powers of darkness who rule this world, and against wicked spirits in the heavenly realms.”(NLT)So when we, as the church, grow up and become the mighty army of God that we are meant to be, then the enemy will be defeated. The next thing I want to consider, is – when are we in our position of authority? – i.e. seated in heavenly places. We learned from Ephesians 1: 3 that God “has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we belong to Christ.” (NIV says “in Christ.”) – These words are the key. Ephesians 1: 21 states: “now He (Christ) is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else.” the NIV puts it this way – “Far above all power and dominion and every title that can be given.”Now look at Ephesians 2: 4 –6“But because of His great love for us, God , who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions- it is by grace you have been saved,

And God raised us up with Christ, and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus” (NIV)As in Romans 6: 4 – 5 “For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism, And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives. Since we have been united with Him in His death, we will also be raised as He was.” (NLT) Again in verse 6 of Ephesians 2– “For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and we are seated with Him in the heavenly realms - all because we are one with Christ Jesus.”(NLT) So if Christ is seated far above all principalities and powers , and we are seated with Him , then everything should also be under our feet , and we are in our right position of delegated authority – when ? When we are one with Christ, or in Christ! Philippians 3: 8d – 9 says “- - - that I may gain Christ, and be found in Him, not having a righteousness, of my own that comes the law; but that which is through faith in Christ, - the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith.” (NIV) The above scriptures say that I become united with Christ when I receive Him, and am made right with God –righteous – i.e. I have right standing.Roman’s 5: 21 says “So, just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death, now God’s wonderful kindness rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”(NLT)I believe these verses show that when we are in Christ – made right with God - in right standing – that we are then seated with Him in heavenly places, and in our proper place of authority and victory over the enemy. (As we saw in Ephesians 2: 6)I also believe that when we slip up and sin , we are temporarily not in position ,we are no longer in right standing, and don’t have our full armour on , i.e. our breastplate of righteousness (see Ephesians 6 : 14 ) so we need to repent quickly , and get back into our position of authority , seated with Christ because we are in right standing . Also, we are not in authority over something that has a hold on us –How can we be in authority over spirits of addiction to tobacco or alcohol, money, food, anger or ANYTHING ELSE to cast it out of anyone else IF WE ARE UNDER IT and it has authority over us? We certainly need to take authority over ANYTHING in our own lives, area by area, so that we can deal with it in others. Matthew 7:3 says: "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? and verse 5: "You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye." (NLT) Revelation 2: 26 – 28 says – “To all who are victorious, who obey me to the very end, to them I will give authority over all the nations. They will rule the nations with an iron rod and smash them like clay pots. They will have the same authority I received from my Father. And I will give them the morning star.” (NLT)

DELIVERENCE PART 2 – THE WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE PART A1. Holy Spirit Power. The first thing I must mention here is that of course we cannot cast out demons in our own power. We need power from the Holy Spirit. So we'll ask for that power right now. Read Acts 2: 4 (NIV) “All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” The disciples had previously been told by Jesus to wait for this-Acts 1:4 says- “On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command; ‘Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about.’”And Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Ephesians 6:18 lists praying in the spirit as a part of the armour of God,– “and pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.” (NIV) Luke 11:13b says;” How much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him." (NIV) So let's just do that, and ask Him. "Dear Father, please baptise me right now with the Holy Spirit and with power, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. " Now open the door of your heart, and be willing to receive whatever good gift God has for you.The baptism and the gifts of the Holy Spirit can also be received by the laying on of hands (read 2 Timothy 1: 6 NIV) Paul says to Timothy “For this reason, I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you by the laying on of my hands.” So you could ask someone already filled with the Holy Spirit (Someone that you trust, and know is filled with the Holy Spirit- especially a church leader), to lay hands on you, and pray for you to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Read Luke 11: 24 – 26 (NIV) “When an evil spirit goes out of a man, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, “I will return to the house I left.” When it arrives, it finds the house swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and finds seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that man is worst than the first.”

So deliverance is really a ministry to Christians, or if they are not Christians before deliverance, they must come to Jesus after, and be filled with the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit is not living in you, those spirits can come back with others. After we deliver somebody, we need to cover them with the blood of Jesus, ask the Holy Spirit to guard the doorways into their spirits, and command the evil spirits to go under

‘the feet of Jesus’ Psalm 110:1 says: “The Lord says to my Lord ‘Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool.’” (NIV)

And Ephesians 1:22 (NIV) – “And God placed all things under His feet and appointed Him to be head over everything for the church”

When I was teaching this again in Elbery in 2009, we prayed the following prayer-

OUR PRAYER

“I ask you, Lord Jesus, to forgive my sins; wash me clean in the blood of Jesus, put on me the robe of righteousness, and the full armour of God, and give me the weapons of my warfare.I put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of readiness of the gospel of peace, I put on the helmet of salvation, and I take up the shield of faith, and the sword of the spirit.I declare that I worship the Lord God Almighty, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and I serve His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who died and rose again and is seated at the right hand of the Father .I have redemption through the blood of Jesus Christ, and I am sealed with the Holy Spirit till the day of redemption. Thank you, Jesus, In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

After we had prayed this, Rod saw a vision of himself in his armour, and described the plume on his helmet to me! Then we prayed to receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit and next we sang a chorus asking the Holy Spirit to fall afresh on us, and as we sang, we were asking the Lord to fill us with His power. The Lord reminded me of a time in Munmurra when we had seen a keg of wine representing the infilling of the Holy Spirit , and we had to do the prophetic action of drinking that wine from a big jug – so as we sang the chorus which asked the Lord to pour His Spirit out on us, we did the action of drinking from that jug of new wine .Then we sang “Worthy is the Lamb” , I laid hands on each person , and the anointing power was very strong , and we got such a refreshing in the Holy Spirit .that we had to finish there for the time being, and simply stay in the presence of God – to soak in it, and go on to next part next study

PART B NOW LET’S GET OUR OTHER WEAPONS

Read 2 Corinthians 10: 3 – 4 “For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds” (NIV)When I lived in Munmurra, the children had many visions of receiving the armour of God, and many spiritual weapons – cannons, Cannon balls, armour, swords, bows and arrows. So we need to know what our weapons are, and how to use them.

(A) PRAISE AND WORSHIP is a MAJOR weapon in SPIRITUAL WARFARE.

Ephesians 1:11-12 says We were chosen “in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory."Psalm 8:2 “From the lips of children and infants you have ordained PRAISE BECAUSE of your enemies, to SILENCE the foe and the avenger."Psalm 100:4 “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise."Psalm 149:6-9 “May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands, to INFLICT vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples, to bind their kings with fetters, their nobles with shackles of iron, to CARRY OUT the sentence written against them? THIS IS THE GLORY OF ALL his saints." (all of these above scripture references are from NIV)

In 2 Chronicles chapter 20, when Jehoshaphat was told the Lord would fight the battle for him, he sent singers and musicians out at the head of the army, and the armies opposing Judah turned on each other, and the men of Judah “saw only dead bodies lying on the ground " (2 Chronicles 20:24 N.I.V.) when they looked toward the vast army.

Dance is a form of praise and worship that is clearly a weapon – see Psalm 149 againWhen I danced before the Lord, the children saw angels put a sword in each of my hands, and demons were being put to flight as I danced

___________________________________________________(b) The next weapon is THE WORD OF GOD .We are the body of Christ on earth, and a body needs a tongue and a voice box. We seem to need to speak things out so they can be accomplished in the heavenly realm.

Isaiah 55:11 says "So is my word that goes out from my mouth; it will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it."(N.I.V.) Today God may use us to speak out His word to go out and achieve His purposesThe word of God is the weapon Jesus used when he was tempted by the devil.Ephesians 6:17 says "Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God."Demons and sickness often flee when we read aloud such scriptures as:Psalms 2,16,& 91.Revelation chapters 18, 19, and 20 Isaiah chapter 53, and many more.Look again at Psalm 149; verse 6– “May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands,”And verse 9- “to carry out the sentence written against them THIS IS THE GLORY OF ALL HIS SAINTS.” (N.I.V. Capitals mine)What is the written judgement or sentence? The written judgement is what the word of God says about that situationRevelation chapters 18 and 20, which declare God’s final judgements on Babylon, Satan and the beast and the false prophet. (THE SENTENCE WRITTEN AGAINST THEM) No wonder when God was training me in deliverance, I found that evil spirits left people when I read these scriptures out loud! A teaching by Derek Prince called “The Power of Proclamation” taught me HOW to ‘carry out the written sentence’ – I was able to obtain this teaching from Derek Prince Ministries, NZ Also Colossians 1: 20 for peace, For healing: 1 Peter 2: 24 Isaiah 53: 3 – 5, Matthew 12 ; 15 , For Guilt: Romans 5: 91 John 1: 7 Look at God’s promises and speak them out as a decree in every situation.We can use all scriptures about the Blood of Jesus, which brings us to our next weapon -(c) Another mighty weapon is to pray the blood of Jesus into a situation. Plead the blood of Jesus; sing about the blood of Jesus. In the big revival in Ireland, people were healed and delivered when songs about the blood of Jesus were sung.We can use all of the following scriptures about the Blood of Jesus as a weapon by declaring them out loud.Hebrews 12:23-24 says: ".....you have come to God, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to THE SPRINKLED BLOOD THAT SPEAKS A BETTER WORD THAN THE BLOOD of Abel."1Peter 1:18-19 says: "......you were redeemed ..........with the precious BLOOD of CHRIST, a LAMB without blemish or defect."Romans 3:25 says "God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, THROUGH FAITH IN HIS BLOOD.”

This verse clearly states that it is FAITH in the BLOOD of CHRIST that makes us at one with God (at-one-ment)

As Ephesians 2:13 says: "But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away HAVE BEEN BROUGHT NEAR through the BLOOD of CHRIST.”

Revelation 5:9 says also: "...........and with your BLOOD you purchased men for God...." Lastly, in Revelation 12:11 we see "They overcame him BY THE BLOOD of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony." All the above scripture references are NIV) ------------------------------------------------------------------------Therefore clearly TESTIMONY about what God has done for you is a weapon to overcome the enemy.So part (d) is Testimony as a weapon. Testimony about what God has done for you overcomes the enemy. Psalm 145:4-6 (NIV)says: “One generation will commend your works to another: They will tell of your might acts. They will speak of the glorious splendour of your majesty(v 4 – 5a) ……...They will tell of the power of your awesome works, and I will proclaim your great works.(verse 6)"and verses 11-12 of the same Psalm(NIV) "They will tell of the glory of your kingdom and speak of your might, so that all men may know of your mighty acts, and the glorious splendour of your kingdom."The Gospels are accounts of eye-witness testimony of what was seen and heard. In Nehemiah 9:6-31, Psalm 78, Deuteronomy chapter 33 we see David, Moses, and Nehemiah and the Israelites recounting TESTIMONY OF THE MIGHTY WORKS OF GOD.The only TRUE testimony we can speak is WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE FOR US.Children saw demons being strangled when we were giving testimony. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ (e) PRAYER is also a powerful weapon, especially if you have the gift of praying in tongues. As I have already stated,Ephesians 6:18 lists prayer as part of the armour, even though we don't usually realise this. "AND PRAY IN THE SPIRIT on all occasions......."We were in warfare once in Munmurra and the children saw that a lot of angels hadcome to join us in battle. I told Steve to ask them what we had to do. They told him we had to pray first, because they could not act until we did! The children saw weapons – bow and arrows – Once, the Lord said to Jean that we had our weapons, but weren’t using them – they were still in their sheaths.. This happened when everyone would come to Praise and worship – “singalong” as we called it- but not many attended prayer meeting or Bible study – Unfortunately this is the same in many churches I have attended. And what about the time we spend in prayer and Bible study by ourselves? Oh-oh!

(f) One thing we often overlook as a weapon is the LOVE OF GOD.-actually one of the most powerful weapons of all. 1 John 4:12b says: "If we love one another, God lives in us AND HIS LOVE IS MADE COMPLETE IN US." 1 John 4:18 says: "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear HAS TO DO WITH PUNISHMENT. The one who fears IS NOT made perfect in love." (N.I.V. Capitals are mine) HOW can we be MADE PERFECT IN LOVE?

The enemy cannot stand the light or the love of God and MUST flee at their presence.Galatians 5:6b says: “The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love."(NIV)In healing of past hurts, we ask Jesus to fill us with His love for the people who have hurt us, and His perfect love in us will heal those past hurts. We can also ask God to shine his light into us to expose any darkness and hurt, which will flee in the presence of His light. ____________________________________________________ The next thing I am going to talk about is God’s terror. God said to Moses, when they were going to take the Promised Land. “I will send my terror before you ‘Once, when people were trying to curse us, God told me to ask for His terror around us. We saw the glory of God come down around us like stardust and a shield of God’s glory go all around where we were staying. The children have also seen the terror of God coming from some people's hands as a weapon.When I told Pat Bird about this, she said it was God’s glory Read Revelation 6: 15 – 17God’s glory to us is terror to His enemies and the unsaved - there is a song that asks - “will you meet Him as a saviour or a judge?”________________________________________ I cannot teach about weapons without mentioning Baptism and Communion.They bring us into COVENANT relationship with God, as an outward physical sign of an inward spiritual blessing. 1 Peter 3:21b speaks of Baptism as "the pledge of a good conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ." (NIV)And Colossians 1:13 "For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves." (NIV)

Baptism is a sign of this, so some people are healed and/or delivered as they come up from the waters of baptism. So if when we are baptised, we believe these promises of God, we will receive them. In the same way, the communion service brings us into, or renews, covenant with God, with the things won for us on Calvary by the broken body and the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Look at 1 Corinthians 11:24-25 -- “This is my body, which is for you, do this in remembrance of me. In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying ‘This cup IS THE NEW COVENANT IN MY BLOOD, do this in remembrance of me." (NIV- Capitals mine)Also 1 Corinthians 10:16 says: "Is not the cup of thanksgiving....a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ?”Hebrews 9:15 says: "...Christ is the mediator of a new covenant...."Then Hebrews 9:16 and following verses go on to explain that this covenant was brought into effect by the shedding of Christ's blood. Isaiah 53:4-5 says: "Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed." If we partake of communion, consciously aware that we are taking it as a sign of what Christ's broken body and shed blood achieved for us, as we have just read from Isaiah, then we can be healed and/or delivered through this " participation in the body and blood of Christ " that Paul says communion is as we read in 1 Corinthians 10:16.( I have a full teaching on covenant and communion as covenant. )

Last, but not least, but actually the most important weapon is the NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.Every prayer, every word, every promise of God that we use is only effective in the power of the HOLY SPIRIT and in the name of our LORD JESUS CHRIST.The power is not in us. Romans 10: 13 says – “Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”In Acts 19: 13 – 16, we read how the sons of Sceva , who didn’t know or believe in Jesus, tried casting out demons “In the name of Jesus who Paul serves” – they were overpowered .Acts 4: 12 says – “Salvation is found in no-one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”And John 14:14–“you may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”And last but not least –“Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name that is above every name, that at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Phillippians 2 : 9 – 11 ) ( All scripture references in this chapter are from NIV unless otherwise stated.))

Setting people free from the power of the enemy – LET MY PEOPLE GO.

The devil gets power to attack us with sickness or evil spirits when we open doors that give him the power to do that. So, to be free, we need to shut those doors so he doesn’t have the power to attack us anymore. The first doorway I want to talk about is sin. What is sin? What does God call sin?Isaiah 59: 2 says – “But there is a problem - your sins that have cut you off from God. Because of your sins ‘He has turned away and will not listen anymore.” Let’s look at 1 Samuel 15 : 22-23 - “ But Samuel replied , What is more pleasing to the Lord; your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to His voice ? Obedience is far better than sacrifice, listening to him is much better than offering the fat of rams. Rebellion is as bad as the sin of witchcraft and stubbornness is as bad as worshipping idols. So, because you have rejected the command of the Lord, he has rejected you from being king.” So sin is disobedience to God, or whatever separates us from God. Read Exodus 20: 1 – 17. This is the ten commandments God gave to the Israelites to show them what sin is. In Matthew 5: 17 – 18, Jesus said “Don’t misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the Law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to fulfill them. I assure you , until heaven and earth disappear, even the smallest detail of God’s law will remain until its purpose is achieved.” When the Jews tried to trap Jesus by asking which is the greatest of the Ten Commandments. “Jesus replied, ‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important; Love your neighbor as yourself. All the other commandments and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”(Matthew 22: 37 – 40) Romans 14: 23c says “If you do anything you believe is not right, you are sinning.” In Matthew 5: 21 – 42, Jesus was teaching the deeper meaning of the commandments. Because sin starts in the mind, if we are angry with someone, we are just as guilty as a murderer, and if we look at someone with lust, we are just as guilty as an adulterer.Romans 3: 23 in NLT put it this way: “For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.”Romans 12: 2 says we need to let God change us into a new person by changing the way we think.Ephesians 5: 3 – 6 puts it plainly – “Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people. Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes – these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God. You can be sure that no immoral, impure, or greedy person will inherit the Kingdom of Christ and of God. For a greedy person is an idolater, worshipping the things of this world. Don’t be fooled by those who try to excuse these sins, for the anger of God will fall on all who disobey Him.”(All scripture references on this page are from NLT)

REPENTANCE

So now we recognize what sin is in God’s eyes , we need to repent of any sin in our lives, and receive God’s forgiveness .1 John 1 : 9 says “ But if we confess our sins to Him , He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong .”Luke 13: 5 says that unless we repent of our sins, we will perish. So what does true repentance mean?In 2 Corinthians 7: 9 – 10, Paul, in speaking about having to having to send a harsh letter to the Corinthian church, says – “Now I am glad I sent it, not because it hurt you, but because the pain caused you to have remorse and change your ways. It was the kind of sorrow God wants His people to have, so you were not harmed by us in any way. For God can use sorrow in our lives to help us to turn away from sin and seek salvation. We will never regret that kind of sorrow. But sorrow without repentance is the kind that results in death.”So here repentance is equated with a change of ways, changing direction in our lives, leading away from sin. Not just being sorry but not turning to God, and wanting to change our ways and stop sinning . So now we need to repent of our sin and turn to God. Let’s pray like this: Dear Father God , I confess and repent of all my past sins , and I ask you to forgive me and wash me clean in the blood of Jesus Christ . Thank you, Jesus, for dying on the cross for my sin. Please come into my heart and be my Lord and Saviour, and fill me with your Holy Spirit. Thank you, Jesus. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.”(All scripture references this section NLT)

FORGIVENESSPraise God – we are now forgiven, just as we saw in 1 John 1: 9 – “But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong.”Romans 5 : 21 says – “ So just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death , now God’s wonderful kindness rules instead , giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord .” Now let’s look at Luke 15: 11 – 32. ( this is printed on page 56 this book for your reference.) This is a parable Jesus told about the prodigal son, but it shows how God brings us to Himself when we turn to Him. When the son comes to his senses ( read verses 17 – 18 ) , he decides to go back to his father and ask to become like one of his father’s hired hands , as he doesn’t think he is good enough to be taken back and treated as a son again . But the father sees him from a long way off, just as our Father God is always ready to take us back (see verse 20) The father ran and hugged him even while he was still dressed in his filthy rags – Just like Father God takes us back while we are still filthy with sins. .Then the father tells the servants to get a new robe – the best one in the house –this shows he is received back into the household as a son. When we receive Jesus as saviour ,

we are given a robe of righteousness; we are made clean by the blood of Jesus, and received as sons and daughters into the household of God.The robe of righteousness stands for being in right-standing with God.Isaiah 61: 10b says – “For He has dressed me with the clothing of salvation, and draped me in a robe of righteousness.”Isaiah 64: 6 shows what we were like before – “We are all infected and impure with sin. When we proudly display our righteous deeds, we find they are but filthy rags.”So just like that, the lost son’s father gets rid of his filthy rags, and dresses him in a new clean robe.Philippians 3: 8 – 11 shows the meaning of the robe of righteousness –“.For God’s way of making us right with himself depends on faith.” Verse 9cThen the lost son was received back as a son in the house.Read Galatians 4: 4 – 7 God sent His Son “so that He could adopt us as His very own children.” Verse 5bRead Ephesians 2: 19b - “You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people.You are members of God’s family.”Let’s go back to the story of the prodigal son.The father also told the servants to get a ring for the son’s finger, and sandals for his feet(Luke 15:22)In those days, having the family ring on his finger, was a sign of the son’s authority to act in full authority as a son on the father’s behalf.So he has been fully restored as a son, back in a position of authority. In the same way, if we sin, when we come back to God in repentance, we are fully restored as a child of God, a member of His family, back in our place of authority over the enemy.Let’s look at the meaning of the new shoes now. (Luke 15:24)In Ephesians 6:15 it says “For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.” Shoes are for walking in the path, the plan, the destiny that God has for our life.So if we think we missed God’s plan for our life when we sinned, no – when we come back to Him we are fully restored to walk in His ways.God says “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, They are plans for good and not disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29: 11)“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the things he planned for us long ago.” (Ephesians 2: 10)“And I am sure that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on that day when Christ Jesus comes back again.” (Philippians 1: 6)And also Psalm 139: 16 – “You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.”( all scripture references in this section are NLT)We have confessed our sins, repented, received Christ, and we are fully forgiven. PRAISE THE LORD!

SETTING PEOPLE FREE PART 2

The next thing we need to understand is how important it is to forgive others.Read: Mathew 6:14-15Jesus said - “If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.” (NLT) Ephesians, 4:26b-27 says "Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry, for anger gives a mighty foothold to the devil." (NLT) In Mathew 18:23-35, we read the parable of the unmerciful servant. Jesus used this parable to explain forgiving others, after Peter had asked how many times he should forgive someone who sinned against him (Matthew 18: 21 – 22.)

In this parable, the first servant owed a huge debt, probably equivalent to a million dollars today. He could never repay it. But the master pitied him and cancelled the whole huge debt, just rubbed it out of the book of accounts.The second servant owed a very small amount, but the first servant would not forgive him. We are like the first servant. We could never pay for our sins, but Jesus the Master cancelled our huge debt.Anything anyone does to us is like the second servant's small debt in comparison and this is all God tells to forgive. Otherwise we will be treated like the first unforgiving servant “In anger his master turned him over to the jailers to be tortured This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart." (Matthew 18: 34-35 NIV)So we need to forgive others, and we can do this as an act of our will, a choice even when we don’t feel like it - So we need to pray like this. "Dear Father, Please forgive my sins today as I forgive others. I choose to forgive anyone who has wronged me in any way, and I ask you by your Holy Spirit to remind me of anyone I need to forgive. Thank you Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ , Amen."

Then this is what we should do; this is a good strategy to use whenever we need to forgive someone –Close your eyes in prayer, and see that Jesus is standing here with us, which He is because He promises that He will never leave us or forsake us. Now raise your hands to heaven, and pray and ask Jesus to fill you with His wonderful love. Also ask Him to fill you with His love for the people you need to forgive. Now imagine the person or people that you need to forgive are standing in front of you. Now put your hands down , and imagine that you are putting your hands on the heads of the people you are forgiving .Now pray that Jesus will fill them with His love for them – pour His love & blessing out on them .

After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. 15. So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. 16. He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.17. “When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired men have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! 18. I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father I have sinned against heaven and against you. 19. I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired men.’ 20. Galatians 4:4-7But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law, 5. to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons, 6. Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.” 7. So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son, God has made you also an heir.

Ephesians 2:4-6But because of his great love for us, God who is rich in mercy. 5. made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions – it is by grace you have been saved. 6. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:14-17Because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15. For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship, And by him we cry, “Abba Father.” 16. The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17. Now if we are children, then we are heirs – heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in glory. =

HEALING OF HURTS

We are made up of a body, a soul, and a spirit 1 Thessalonians 5:23b says -“May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”(N.I.V.)Before we become Christian, or are born again, the area of the spirit does not function as it should, so the body and soul are affected by our environment and our experiences, and we are a product of these.The soul includes our mind, will and emotions. Emotional hurts crush the spirit, and can bring mental and physical pain and sickness We need firstly to pray and ask The Lord Jesus Christ to be Lord of our whole body, soul and spirit and to fill us with His Holy Spirit. Because if God is not master of all of us, the devil can still attack us in the areas which we have not submitted to the Lordship of Christ.

AFTER we are born again, and spirit-filled, we need to pray for the Holy Spirit to rise up and rule us , as we want to be a product of the Spirit , and not outside influences. Now I should be a product of the Spirit of God, not my environment or my past.

The law of Life in the spirit overrules the effects of my past . Romans 8:2 says- “Because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.” (NIV)

As we pray for the Spirit of God to rule our hearts and minds, hurts and abuses of the past will lose their power to affect our emotions and minds. I desire God to rule all of me, including my emotions. If my emotions and my past are still controlling me, then my mind and emotions are still not totally submitted to and controlled by the Lordship of Christ.

As we pray now, visualise your worst bad memory as it comes to your mind – now ask God to show you where he was with you in that situation, so that you came through it, and it did not destroy you. Ask God to heal that memory and turn it from a negative memory to a positive memory, and give God the glory for getting you through it. You are more than a conqueror. God says; “When you pass through the waters I will be with you and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze ” (Isaiah 43:2 NIV) Hurts effect my emotions – my soul. But my feelings belong to Him.

I do not want to be mastered by my feelings. - I want my soul to be ruled by God.Lord please be the Lord of my soul.

Psalm 23:3a “He restores my soul.” (NIV) If we have been in sexual relationships outside marriage, or ungodly covenants with witchcraft or the occult, we need to break all ungodly soul ties. Because the Bible says that when we unite with someone in this way, the two become one flesh. Intimate relationships outside of the protection of the marriage covenant allow demons to pass from one to the other, Any covenants or agreements with witchcraft, the devil or the occult in any form also give demons legal access to us.

Let’s pray and ask the Father to restore our soul, and to break any ungodly soul ties. Also forgive and pray for the person’s that have hurt you.Now raise your hands, and ask Jesus to fill you with His love. Also ask Him to give you His love for the people who have hurt you. Also pray for the love of God to heal all of your hurts and scars as He fills you with His love, and for His love to enable you to also forgive yourself and free you from any guilt or shame from your past mistakes.

So now pray, and ask the Holy Spirit to rise up in you, and control your body and soul from within, instead of our experiences controlling us from the outside. We want to be controlled by the Holy Spirit.

Re-read Ephesians 1: 19 – 22, Ephesians 2 : 4 – 6, and Hebrews 10 : 19 – 22 Now we see that we are forgiven, we are seated in heavenly places with Christ, and enter boldly into the throne-room of grace. To help us do this, read and proclaim John chapter 17 over ourselves.

Now call down, in the name of Jesus, the light of God’s glory to chase out all darkness from us. Command that light to go into every area of my whole body, soul, and spirit – every room – to reveal any hidden sin, unforgiveness, bitterness, or hurt – now I cover all sin with the blood of Jesus Christ, and command the light of God’s Glory, and the fire of God to heal all hurts and wounds and scars, every memory, going back in time in my life to do this. Now I call down and command, in Jesus’ name, the love of God to come and replace and fill all those memories and areas of hurt and bitterness, and the joy of the Lord to come and be my strength, and the peace of God to sustain and keep me. Thank you, Jesus Amen and Amen

SETTING PEOPLE FREE PART 3 - DELIVERANCE

Deliverance speaks to us of freedom. The devil is an opportunist. HE IS ALWAYS TRYING TO FIND WAYS, whereby he can grab a foothold or an influence in people’s lives.Sinful behaviour can give the devil a foothold that needs to be broken by the power of God.

We have already confessed and repented of our sins, to break the devil’s authority to attack us because of them.We have got rid of unforgiveness and hurts in our lives. So the devil no longer has authority to attack us in that area.We have been closing doorways that have allowed these attacks.So now we can command any demons in you because of these things to go, In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.The next area that we need to deal with is generational bondages.Read: Exodus 20:4-6 says we are not to worship idols or false godsVerse 5 says : “You shall not bow down to them or worship them ;for I, the Lord your God , am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those that hate me, but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.” (NIV)Read: Leviticus 26:40-42 & Nehemiah 9:2 b – “They stood in their places and confessed their sins and the wickedness of their fathers.”(NIV) Here God speaks about confessing the sins of our forefathers. It does not affect their standing with God, but it stops Satan’s right to attack us because of them.Ephesians 2: 19 says that when we turn to Christ “Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and members of God’s household.”(NIV)And Romans 8: 17a says “Then if we are children, then we are heirs.”(NIV)So now I have a new family line spiritually, as a child of God. Satan has lost his power to attack me because of past sins of my earthly line. So we need to pray like this:“Father God, right now I confess and repent of and renounce all sins of myself and my forefathers. I ask you to wash me in the blood of Jesus Christ and cut the line of inheritance in regard to the worship of other gods, and to cut the line of inheritance in regard to generational bondage. I declare that as a child of God I have a new line of spiritual inheritance as an inheritor of the kingdom of God , and a member of God’s family .I love you Lord and I worship the Lord God Almighty , God of Abraham , Isaac and Jacob , so I claim the promise of Exodus 20 , verse 6 , that God will bless my family line for a thousand generations .Thank you Father – in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”

Fourthly, we need to break any curses on our lives.Deuteronomy 11: 26-28 says “See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse -- the blessing if you obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today, the curse if you disobey the commands of the Lord your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known..”(NIV) Deuteronomy 28:1-14, sets out what the blessings of obedience to God are, but verses 15-68 sets out all the curses because of disobedience.Because we have all sinned, we were all under this curse before we gave ourselves to Jesus Christ. However, read Galatians 3:13-14. (see below) Praise God, Jesus died to set us free from curses.

Also read Romans 9: 6 – 8 Because we are now children of God, we are Abraham’s children, and children of the promise.In Genesis 12: 3 God spoke this blessing to Abraham: “I will bless those who bless you and whoever curses you, I will curse.” (NIV)

So now let’s make this declaration:“In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I break any curses on my life. I declare that they are emptied and robbed of their power, and made meaningless because of and by the blood covenant between God and myself which is sealed by the blood of Jesus Christ, till the day of redemption. I declare that I serve the Lord Jesus Christ who died and rose again. I am set free from any curses because my Lord Jesus became a curse on the cross for me.Thank you Jesus. I take my freedom now, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.”

I declare that as Galatians 3: 13 – 14 says – “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written – cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree. He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the gentiles through Jesus Christ, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.” (NIV)I also declare Proverbs 26: 2b - “That an unfair curse will not land on its intended victim.”(NLT)I declare that I am a child of God bought by the blood of Jesus Christ, and that, as in Romans 9: 8b“It is not the natural children who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring.” so I claim the blessings of Abraham and loose them on my life. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

Fifthly, we need to repent of and renounce any kind of occult involvement.Anything to do with the worship of, or trusting in, of any kind of gods, witchcraft, etc;This means anything that we follow other than God. Such as omens, charms, superstition, luck, earth or nature worship, ancestor worship, iridology, yoga, martial arts, aromatherapy, hypnotism, palmistry, horoscopes, clairvoyants, Tarot cars, séances, and the list goes on.Whatever we follow and obey has the mastery of us and is our master. Romans 6:16a says – Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey”(NIV) And Deuteronomy 18:10-12a – “Let no-one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practises divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells , or who is a medium or a spiritist or consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord.”(NIV)God treats these things very seriously.This then is how we need to pray:-“Dear Father, I repent of and renounce any involvement in witchcraft or the occult of any kind.I repent of and renounce the worship of any other gods. I renounce anything in my family line to do with the worship of other gods, and all familiar spirits. I also renounce any gifts or powers from any of these involvements.I ask you to remove them, by your Holy Spirit. They no longer belong to me.I worship the Lord God Almighty, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and I serve the Lord Jesus Christ who died and rose again and is seated at the right hand of the Father.In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”It is very important to destroy any objects of witchcraft or occult involvement that you may have in your possessions.Now you can say.“Satan, you and all your demons have no longer the right, to attack me. So I command you now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, to leave me, and return to the feet of Jesus. Amen.”Now declare that the doors to the devil are closed from the inside, and cover yourself with the blood of Jesus, so they can’t come back. Why do we shut the door from the inside? Because they can only come back in if we allow them entry by re-opening the door again by sinning.

GOD’S HOLY TEMPLE

‘Then Solomon prayed, “O Lord, you have said that you would live in thick darkness. But I have built a glorious Temple for you, where you can live forever!” (1 Kings 8 : 12 – 13 )– (NLT)and let’s look at verse 27 –“But will God really live on earth? Why, even the highest heavens cannot contain you. How much less this Temple I have built ( NLT)”

Solomon had built a Temple where God could live.-The Temple was dedicated to God by animal sacrifices, and everything had to be sprinkled with blood to make it a holy place. - set apart for God’s useIn 1 Kings: 9, we read God’s answer to Solomon’s prayer of dedication of the Temple.‘The Lord said to him, “I have heard your prayer and your request. I have set apart this Temple you have built so that my Name will be honoured there forever. I will always watch over it, and care for it’ (1 Kings 9:3)But now look at verses 6 & 7 of 1 Kings 9 –“But if you or your descendants abandon me and disobey my commands and laws, and if you go and worship other gods, then I will uproot the people of Israel from this land I have given them. I will reject this Temple that I have set apart to honour my Name.”

Next we need to look at Ezekiel 8: 6 – 18 - and see what happened when Israel had abandoned God –God said to Ezekiel –“Son of man, he said, Do you see what they are doing? Do you see the great sins the people of Israel are doing to drive me from my Temple?”(Verse 8ab)And verse 12 – “Then the Lord said to me, Son of man, have you seen what the leaders of Israel are doing with their idols in dark rooms? They are saying, “The Lord doesn’t see us, he has deserted our land!”You should read all of this chapter for yourselves.And in Ezekiel 10: 18 – 19, we read how the glory of God left the Temple.Now have a look at 2 Chronicles 29In the chapter before that, we read how King Ahaz shut God’s Temple, and set up shrines to worship pagan gods.But his son Hezekiah became king after him, and followed the Lord.“In the very first month of the first year of his reign, Hezekiah reopened the doors of the Temple of the Lord and repaired them.” (Verse 3) “He said to them– “Listen to me, you Levites! Purify yourselves and purify the Temple of the Lord, the God of your ancestors. Remove all the defiled things from the sanctuary.”(Verse 5) So the Levites cleansed the Temple by going through it room by room, and taking out all the defiled things. Then they purified the utensils for the Temple and the altar. How did they do this?“So they killed the bulls and the priests took the blood and sprinkled it on the altar.”(Verse 22a (all scriptures in the above section are from NLT))

Under the old covenant, everything had to be purified and made holy to the Lord, by sprinkling them with the blood of animal sacrifices made to God.Well, you might say, what has all this got to do with me?Hebrews 10: 10 says – “And what God wants is for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.” (NLT)But – “Or don’t you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honour God with your body.” (1 Corinthians 6: 19 – 20 NLT)Therefore, Romans 6 :13 says – “Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather ,offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life. and offer the parts of your body to Him as instruments of righteousness.” Verse 14a says “For sin shall not be your master.”(NIV)“Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one you obey – whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?” (NIV)‘Christ said – “You did not want animal sacrifices and grain offerings. But you have given me a body so I may obey you.” (Hebrews 10: 5 NLT)1 Peter 2: 5a says – “You also, like living stones are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood.”And – “But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are a kingdom of priests, God’s holy nation, his very own possession.” (1 Peter 2:9 NLT)God no longer lives in that physical Temple in Jerusalem. He wants to live in us as His temple here on earth. But just like that physical Temple, our temple needs every room cleansed by the blood of Jesus. I don’t want His glory to have to leave the temple of my body, so I offer every part to Him. “Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship” (Romans 12:1 NIV)And – “If you keep yourself pure, you will be a utensil God can use for His purpose. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work.”(2 Timothy 2: 21 NLT)Look at verse 20 before it – “In a wealthy home some utensils are made of gold and silver, and some are made of wood and clay. The expensive utensils are used for special occasions, and the cheap ones are for everyday use.” I want to be purified so that I can be a utensil fit for every good use by God.Firstly, we need to make Jesus LORD of our whole spirit, soul and body.1 Thessalonians 5:23 says “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”If Jesus is not Lord of all, then the devil can continue to attack us in those areas.Let's pray the following prayer, and commit our whole spirit, soul and body to the Lordship of Christ.

“Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying on the cross for me. I believe that you died on the cross and rose again. I ask you to forgive all my sins, and the sins of my ancestors, particularly in regard to any worship of other gods. I ask you now to be Lord, Saviour, and Master of my whole spirit, soul and body. I offer myself and the parts of my body to you as a living sacrifice, to glorify you as instruments in your hands, and as instruments of worship.Now, devil and all your agents, I declare that you have no more rights or power over me, and I command you to leave in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ. I declare that I worship the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and that I serve His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who died and rose again, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father. Thank you, Jesus, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.” Let’s pray now and offer every room in our lives, every part of our bodies to God to use for His Glory, and let’s declare who we serve. Are you willing to give Him your everything, to hold nothing back, to worship the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength? Can you covenant to do this? Cleansing and offering the parts of our body will be different for every one of us -for example - “Father God I Confess and repent of any sin of my eyes or ears, I ask you to cleanse them by the blood of Jesus Christ,and I offer them to you to be used only to glorify you as instruments of worship. Amen”We need to pray like this over all the major parts of our body such as hands, mind, feet, mouth and even our sexual organs if we have ever engaged in sexual sin outside of a marriage relationship.

COVENANT

The word covenant means an agreement - it is used in the Bible to mean a sacred promise that God makes, usually confirmed with a sign; and God never breaks His promises.It is important to understand what covenant means to us, and to God .Let’s look at 1 Chronicles 16: 15 – 18 and see what it says about covenant.“He always stands by His covenant – the commitment he made to a thousand generations This is the covenant he made with Abraham and the oath He swore to Isaac. He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to the people of Israel as a never-ending treaty, ‘I will give you the land of Canaan as your special possession.” (NLT) These verses show us that God’s covenant was a decree, an oath, and never-ending .The first covenant in the Bible is in Genesis 9: 8 – 17 Verses 16 to 17 say “When I see the rainbow in the clouds, I will remember the eternal covenant between God and every living creature on earth. Then God said to Noah ‘Yes, this rainbow is the sign of my covenant with all the creatures of the earth.” (NLT) This is amazing – The sign of this covenant is the rainbow – not only does this sign remind us of God’s covenant, it also reminds God of it! In these verses, God shows that when He makes a covenant (or commitment), He guarantees the outcome. The next covenant is God's covenant with Abraham in Genesis 19: 4-9 In verse 9, God said to Abraham “Your part of the agreement is to obey the terms of the covenant.” Those terms were that each male child had to be circumcised 8 days after birth. Verse 7 says it is an everlasting covenant.In Exodus 19: 5 we read of God’s covenant with the nation of Israel – “Now if you will obey me and keep my covenant, you will be my own special treasure from among all the nations of the earth.” (NLT)Exodus 31: 13 says –Tell the people of Israel to keep my Sabbath day for the Sabbath is a sign of the covenant between me and you for ever” (NLT) Also in verse 18 we read that God gave Moses two stone tablets inscribed with the terms of this covenant . (The Ten Commandments)God wanted a special people for Himself, so He could live with them on earth.

God’s covenant with David is recorded in 2 Samuel7: 1-16 Verse 16 sums it up – “Your dynasty and your kingdom will continue for all time before me, and your throne will be secure forever.” (NLT) “No, I will not break my covenant. I will not take back a single word I said. I have sworn an oath to David. And in my holiness I cannot lie.” Psalm 89: 34-35 NLT)God never breaks covenant – only people break covenant – when the people of Israel abandoned God and worshiped other gods, they broke covenant, and because God loved them so much, he made a new better covenant.

THE MESSIANIC COVENANT

. A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD

In 2008 I read a book which really challenged me – that book was-“Listen To Me Satan”- Author Carlos Anacondia, Publisher Charisma House-A woman came for three years to his crusades .A person she didn’t know had cast a spell over her. Her sister brought her, and Carlos had prayed for her several times and rebuked the spirit of witchcraft, to no avail. Carlos prayed for the Holy Spirit to give him discernment and guidance. The Holy Spirit asked Carlos who had bound her, and he replied that it was a priest from Satan. God asked Carlos who he was, and he replied that he was a priest of God. Quote from portion of –pp81-82“And who has more authority?” said God.“I do,” was my immediate response. “Then use it,” He ordered me.(end of quote) This book had me seeking God and asking – how were we to function as His holy priesthood?Also, in 2009 when I returned to do further teaching in Elbery, God spoke to us that we are to be kings and priests to take the kingdom.What does the word of God say?1Peter 2: 5a says – “You also, like living stones are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood.”(NIV)And – “But you are not like this, for you are a chosen people. You are a kingdom of priests, God’s holy nation, his very own possession.” (1 Peter 2:9 NLT)God no longer lives in that physical Temple in Jerusalem. He wants to live in us as His temple here on earth. But just like that physical Temple, our temple needs every room cleansed by the blood of Jesus. I don’t want His glory to have to leave the temple of my body, so I offer every part to Him. “Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship” (Romans 12:1 NIV)And – “If you keep yourself pure, you will be a utensil God can use for his purpose. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work.”( 2 Timothy 2 : 21 NLT ) refer former chapter God's Holy Temple pp61,62 When are we in our position of authority as royal priests – i.e. seated in heavenly places? We learned from Ephesians 1: 3 that God “has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we belong to Christ.” (NIV says “in Christ.”) – These words are the key. Ephesians 1: 21 states: “now He (Christ) is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else.” the NIV puts it this way – “Far above all power and dominion and every title that can be given.”Now look at Ephesians 2: 4 –6 “But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions- it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus” (NIV)As in Romans 6: 4 – 5 “For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism, And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives. Since we have been united with Him in His death, we will also be raised as He was.” (NLT) And again verse 6 of Ephesians 2 – “For He raised us from the dead along with Christ and we are seated with Him in the heavenly realms - all because we are one with Christ Jesus.”(NLT)

So if Christ is seated far above all principalities and powers , and we are seated with Him , then everything should also be under our feet , and we are in our right position of delegated authority – when ? That is when we are one with Christ, or in Christ. Philippians 3: 8d – 9 says “- - - that I may gain Christ, and be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes the law; but that which is through faith in Christ, - the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith.” (NIV) The above scriptures say that I become united with Christ when I receive Him, and am made right with God –righteous – i.e. I have right standing.Roman’s 5: 21 says “So just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death, now God’s wonderful kindness rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”(NLT)I believe these verses show that when we are in Christ – made right with God - in right standing – that we are then seated with Him in heavenly places, and in our proper place of authority and victory over the enemy. (As we saw in Ephesians 2: 6)I also believe that when we slip up and sin , we are temporarily not in position ,we are no longer in right standing ,and don’t have our full armour on , i.e. our breastplate of righteousness (see Ephesians 6 : 14 ) so we need to repent quickly , and get back into our position of authority , seated with Christ because we are in right standing . Also, we are not in authority over something that has a hold on us –How can we be in authority over spirits of addiction to tobacco or alcohol, money, food, anger or ANYTHING ELSE to cast it out of anyone else IF WE ARE UNDER IT and it has authority over us? We certainly need to take authority over ANYTHING in our own lives, area by area, so that we can deal with it in others. Matthew 7:3 says: "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? And verse 5: "You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye." (NLT) Revelation 2: 26 – 28 says – “To all who are victorious, who obey me to the very end, to them I will give authority over all the nations. They will rule the nations with an iron rod and smash them like clay pots. They will have the same authority I received from my Father. And I will give them the morning star.” (NLT)Revelation 5:10 says- “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.” (NIV)People who reign are kings, and kings decree-Psalms 2: 7a “I will proclaim the decree of the Lord.”(NIV)We decree and proclaim and the Word does it’s work. Look now at my teaching on proclamation - Any act of law in our society does not come into effect until it is proclaimed – that used to be done by the town crier – these days any law enacted by parliament does not come into effect until it is gazetted (printed for the public to read)In our earlier teaching about covenant, we saw that God confirms covenant as a decreeLook at 1 Chronicles 16: 15 – 18Verse 17a (NIV) says – “He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree.”Now, look at 1 Corinthians 11: 26 – The outward action of taking communion or the Lord’s Supper is the sign and proclamation of the new covenant – it reminds God ,us ,

and the enemy that the covenant sealed by Christ’s broken body and shed blood stands , and enacts it in our lives just as the proclamation of any decree or law brings it into effect! So taking communion enacts in our lives all the things Christ achieved for us by His death on the cross!So, when we are in our right position as kings and priests for God, we can proclaim and decree a thing, and that word or decree will go out till it accomplish what He purposes.Firstly, we need to repent on behalf of the sin of the people that opened the door and gave these principalities permission to enter the earthly kingdom.2 Chronicles 7:14 - “If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (NIV)because Ezekiel 22:30 says -”I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none.” (NIV)SO NOW, IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST WHOSE REPRESENTATIVE I AM, I DECREE THE DECREE OF THE LORD, AND PROCLAIM IT AS HIS PRIEST AND PROPHET, THAT“THE EARTH IS THE LORD’S AND EVERYTHING IN IT, THE WORLD, AND ALL WHO LIVE IN IT.” (PSALM 24:1)I ALSO DECREE AND PROCLAIM BY 2 CORINTHIANS 10:4, THAT“THE WEAPONS WE FIGHT WITH ARE NOT THE WEAPONS OF THE WORLD.ON THE CONTRARY, THEY HAVE DIVINE POWER TO DEMOLISH STRONGHOLDS.”THEREFORE I COMMAND EVERY STRONGHOLD, EVERY ASSIGNMENT OF SATAN AND ALL HIS AGENTS, PARTICULARLY OF THE STRONGMEN JEZEBEL, ANTICHRIST AND DEATH AND HELL AND ALL THEIR UNDERLINGS, ALL THEIR WORK OVER THE EARTH AND ALL IT’S INHABITANTS TO BE DEMOLISHED. Christ took my punishment that I might be forgivenHe took my pain and sickness that I might be healed By His stripes I am healed – He exchanged my sickness for healthJesus was made sin for me that I might become the righteousness of God (see 2 Corinthians 5:21) He removed my guilt with forgiveness.He was despised and rejected that I might be loved and acceptedHe exchanged all my strife for His peace,and all my hatred and bitterness for His perfect love.Surely He carried all my weaknesses and infirmitiesJesus died my death that I might share His life.Jesus died at Passover to become our Passover Lamb. (see next page)The blood of the Passover Lamb on the doorpost of our lives and homes protects us and our household from the angel of death.Jesus was made a curse on the cross that I might receive the blessing (Galatians 3:13-14)Jesus was made poor that I might have abundance(Read 2 Corinthians 9:8)Jesus endured shame and nakedness on the cross that I might share His glory(Read Matthew 27:28-30 and Hebrews 2:10)

“In this way God disarmed the evil rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by His victory over them on the cross of Christ.” (Colossians 2:14-15 NLT) “Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him.”(Hebrews 7:25 NIV)“Because by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.” (Hebrews 10:14 NIV)You could take communion here to seal the covenant for yourself, your family, and your community. Genesis 12: 23 – “The Lord will pass over the door and will not suffer the destroyer to come into your house to smite you”In Exodus 12:3, the Israelites had to take a lamb without blemish into their house and care for it from 10th Nissan (Equivalent to Jesus presenting Himself in Jerusalem on Palm Sunday}Exodus 12: 6-7“Kill it on the evening of 14th Nissan (Passover feast) Take the blood and strike it on the two side posts and upper door posts of the houses wherein they shall eat it”v8 “eat the flesh that night with unleavened bread and with bitter herbs.”V13b- “When I see the blood, I will pass over you and the plague {angel of death) shall not touch you.”V23- “When He sees the blood – the Lord will pass over your home – He will not permit the destroyer to enter and strike down your firstborn.”Exodus 13:V16 – “This ceremony will be like a mark branded on your hands or your forehead.”Deuteronomy 16:3 – “Eat this bread even the bread of affliction (suffering)”

Now, let’s look at Jesus, our Passover lamb.

Isaiah 53:4 – “Surely He carried our sorrows.”Isaiah 51:22 – “See, I am taking the terrible cup from your hands.”Luke 22:15 – I will not drink this cup again until I suffer and it comes to fulfillment in the Kingdom of God.

The wine represented “The blood I will pour out for you.”The bread and cup of suffering with bitter herbs were taken from us when his broken body replaced the bread with bitter herbs and His blood became the cup of suffering poured out for you and me.Jesus instituted the Lord’s supper at Passover meal, because! 1 Corinthians 5:7b – “Christ our Passover Lamb has been sacrificed for us.”V8- “So let us celebrate the festival not by eating the old bread of wickedness and evil, but by eating the new bread of purity and truth.”And claim Jesus our Passover Lamb for us and our households.

SPIRITUAL MAPPINGThere is a good article on spiritual mapping in a book –“Breaking strongholds in your city” edited by Peter Wagner, publisher Regal Books.Chapter 5-Defeating the enemy with the help of spiritual mapping - AuthorHarold Caballeros, page 138-145, which gives a detailed plan how to find out what principalities, powers and territorial spirits have influence in your city. Using some of these strategies, in November I went to the public library in Bourke NSW. I used the following books for my research –

1. A hundred year history of local government in Bourke.2. Aboriginal myths and tales of the dream – A.W.Reed ref 39820994REE3. Baakantji and Budjiti people living and working on the Paroo River ref

AB305.899BAAI discovered Bourke to be a strategic place for spiritual warfare for the nation of Australia.Nearly all villages began with a hotel, so alcohol dependence is a major stronghold Early buildings included a mosque, a Masonic temple, and a Catholic convent.Next, I will quote a paragraph from Harold Caballeros’ article on spiritual mapping- “In Guatemala we have a 50-kilometer road that goes to the city of Antigua, Guatemala and along this road we have seen all sorts of cults flourish in a straight line, including Baha’I, Jehovah Witnesses, Islam, New Age, witch doctors, and so on. A road like this undoubtedly constitutes an occult line of power, a corridor through which demons and the demonic powers move. These occult power lines come from contamination brought to earth by the devil by curses and invocations of territorial spirits that we are now discovering. It is helpful to locate them in order to reverse the curse and make them blessings.” (from page 142 of book “Breaking strongholds in your city”) As I was reading Reed’s book on the dream-time story of the rainbow serpent spirit traveling throughout Australia from near Bourke via the rivers and waterways,God began to speak to me that these demonic pathways had to be broken across Australia, and a highway of holiness opened for the power of the Holy Spirit to fill this nation. So in October 2010 God sent me back to Elbery NT again, to Jean and Eileen to give them this information, and assignment. When I spoke to them about these pathways, their reply was that they knew exactly what I was talking about. We re-did the teaching on our being the temple of the Holy Spirit, and we re-consecrated ourselves to God by offering our bodies as a living sacrifice, and offering the parts of our bodies as instruments for God to use. Then we went through the teaching on covenant, and took communion as consecrating ourselves, and covenanting with God to walk in His ways.Then Eileen was given a scepter by the Lord, and Jean saw a vision of what I believe was an orb. So I knew that they had been equipped for the task and the call, and I came home a few days later.

TAKING THE KINGDOM – DOMINION

After I typed up the teaching “A Royal Priesthood,” God said – now stand.See Ephesians 6:13b – and after you have done everything, to stand.”

Then, a week later, God clearly said – “Kings take dominion.” “Now take dominion.”

Read Genesis 1:26 – “And God said, ‘Let us make man in our image , after our likeness; and let them have dominion …..upon the earth.”And Psalm 8:6 – “Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of Thy hands; Thou hast put all things under his feet.”Man sinned, and Satan took the dominion of the earth from him. Adam was cast out of the garden where he had had dominion. However, Jesus conquered Satan at the cross, and took back dominion.“That God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever, Amen.” (1 Peter 4:11b)“…….one like the Son of Man came …and there was given unto Him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom…” Daniel 7:13-14And Daniel 7:27–“And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him.”Scripture references in the above section are KJVSo command every kingdom and dominion to come under Christ’s dominion, and to serve Him and obey Him.IT IS THE TIME TO TAKE THE KINGDOM. Take communion to seal it.All prophetic words and actions and declarations will go forth until they accomplish what He purposes! Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

A SCEPTRE OF DOMINION TO TAKE THE KINGDOMGenesis 49: 10 says – “The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs and the obedience of the nations is his.” NIVNumbers 24: 17b “A star will come out of Jacob, a scepter will rise out of Israel” NIVPsalm 45:6 “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.” NIVHebrews 1:8b “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.” NIVRevelation 2:26-27 “To him who overcomes and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations – He will rule them with an iron scepter, he will dash them to pieces like pottery.”NIVA scepter is a symbolic ornamental rod or wand borne in the hand by a ruling monarch as an item of royal or imperial insignia. (Wikipedia free encyclopedia)Scepter – a rod or wand borne in the hand as an emblem of regal or imperial power.Budget Macquarie Dictionary)When I was praying for my authority as a priest and king in 2009, I had asked for a scepter and an orb as symbols of that authority. When I was teaching in Elbery in 2010 ‘ Eileen had a vision of going into the presence of Jesus, and being given a scepter. I phoned Terry in NSW to tell him, and he said that Maureen had been given a scepter that Saturday night during a prayer meeting. Kerry in Queensland told me that she had been given a scepter some time previously. Jean had a vision of people all over the world being given scepters, to break the power of demonic forces all around in the atmosphere, the first heaven, around the earth. She also saw above the earth what she described, but what she drew for me looks just like the picture of the orb used in coronation ceremonies in England.“The orb is a golden ball surmounted by a jeweled cross, to remind the monarch that there is a higher power than him or her.” (Wikipedia free encyclopedia) ORB _ Sphere or globe, an ornamental sphere surmounted by a cross especially as carried by a sovereign at a coronation.( Webster’s Reference Library, Concise Edition English Dictionary)Terry saw this as the acknowledgment of the sovereign’s kingdom being under the protection and/or the shadow of the cross. I see it as a symbol that we are given a scepter of authority as kings and priests to take authority over demonic rulers, to then put them under the authority of the cross. Before His throne every throne and crown must fall, and his rule is for ever and ever.I see it as a clear sign that “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ. And He shall reign for ever and ever.” Two years later, Terry was watching a programme on Christian television, where a preacher was sharing that God had told him that a grandmother had gone up to heaven and received a scepter of dominion and brought it from the heavenly dimension into the earthly dimension, so now others all over the world were able to receive scepters and take the dominion. So amazing -Eileen went up and got a scepter and Jean then saw people all over the earth receiving scepters. Praise God – what a confirmation.

WHAT NEXT? CONCLUSION

I am fully aware that many of the topics that I have written about are neither popular nor politically correct. However, I also know that God told me to write it down; it is my business to obey, the rest is His business. He has given me the following scriptures to stand on:2 Timothy 4; 2-5 NIV “Preach the Word, be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage- with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.” The NLT puts the last line this way- “Complete the ministry God has given you.”

I desire to be able to say at the end of my life, with Paul- “I have fought a good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful.” 2 Timothy 4:7 NLT

Psalm 71

This speaks much to me about where God has taken me throughout my life- particularly the following verses- (from NLT)

“O Lord, you alone are my hope. I’ve trusted you, O Lord, from childhood. Yes, you have been with me from birth; From my mother’s womb you have cared for me. No wonder I am always praising you!” verses 5-6 “And now, in my old age, don’t set me aside. Don’t abandon me when my strength is failing.” Verse 9 “But I will keep on hoping for you to help me; I will praise you more and more. I will tell everyone about your righteousness. All day long I will proclaim your saving power, for I am overwhelmed by how much you have done for me. I will praise your mighty deeds, O Sovereign Lord, I will tell everyone that you alone are just and good. O, God, you have taught me from my earliest childhood, And I have constantly told others about the wonderful things you do. Now that I am old and gray, do not abandon me, O god. Let me proclaim your power to this new generation, your mighty miracles to all who come after me.” Verses 14-18

( Report on Alpha use in Indigenous Australian Community I will include here a report on what materials we found to be most useful –

In 1996, I went to live in an indigenous community north of in the Northern Territory. I lived with the people there for nearly three years, during which time the Spirit of God moved, and we had many baptisms. While living there, I was able to disciple themAnd teach them much of the Word of God. In 1999 many of them, in fact, most of the Christians, had gone to stay in other indigenous communities, and were sharing the gospel. I fasted and prayed, seeking God’s direction for myself, and was clearly led to move to Alice Springs. My Aboriginal sister prayed with me, and said this was correct, and that I was being sent to Alice Springs to build a foundation for them. Whilst attending CCC in Alice Springs, I undertook training in Alpha, Cell Group Leadership, and Encounter with God. Some time later, a few of the aboriginal people from where I had lived, visited myself and the senior pastor at CCC, seeking support, as they said that they were floundering without their teacher, which had been me, present. God said that I was to return, but not to stay, but to minister in a different way, building precept on precept, and word upon word. With the assistance and support of the church in Alice Springs, I took a mini-bus, and a ministry team, for a short term missions trip to Elliott. With me went Pat Bird to run and teach children’s ministry, and Vivien Wilson, of Teen Challenge Centralia, to run and teach a programme called ’12 steps plus’ she had developed to assist indigenous Australians with addictions and substance abuseI took with me material for “Encounter with God’, which I used to workshop with some of the Aboriginal Christians to adapt it to be suitable for use with indigenous Australians.I discovered that there was not a very good grasp or understanding of what sin is, and what true repentance is, so our material evolved with greater emphasis on these issues, and on deliverance. I also took with me some Alpha work-books, and a book of chronological bible stories written by Dorothy Hackett of the Ngaanyatjarra Bible Project, based on ‘Firm Foundations; Creation to Christ’ by Trevor McIlwain of New Tribes Mission. I did a very small introduction on these materials, and left some of them with the people when I left to return to Alice Springs. The feedback that I received later, was that the youth alpha workbook, with illustrations, was being used as a very useful tool for home bible-studies for adults.Also, a young woman who was working as a house parent at Yirara College in Alice Springs, was able to effectively use enlarged illustrations from youth Alpha, for evening devotion, probably just one illustration at a time. This college is a Lutheran College for secondary students from remote indigenous communities. Indigenous Australians have always learned and taught by dance, drawing and story, and so seem to learn more easily using visual material. Whilst I was living in the community, the people experienced many visions. God was teaching them the way they best understood. I found the Alpha videos unsuitable to use, as the English was too difficult, so just explained the scriptures from the youth Alpha manual in my own words. REPORT FOR TENNANT CREEK EASTER CONVENTION I left Tennant Creek permanently in October 2008. Then God sent me back there again in 2009 to write down what he had taught me, so that I could pass the baton. He sent me back again in 2010 to learn and teach two more chapters – how to be the royal priesthood, kings and priests that the Bible says we are. Then I got home Nov 2010 and He told me to write a book. Back again He sent me, with that book and various other teaching materials – and He said “This is your Bible School material” I then took copies to Tasmania, where there was a prophetic word - “This will become International Deliverance Ministeries” In 1998 – 1999 Janet had had a vision that we would have a Bible School to train up indigenous pastors to set their peoples free. In 2011 God has put me in touch with a an African Pastor in Melbourne who has sent this material to train up indigenous pastors in Zambia, and later in the Congo! God is doing it! I will attach a training package with this report as I am unable to come at Easter – in fact, God has told me I am not to come. Someone has to commit to take up the baton for Central Australia. Encountering GodHaving come home , meeting with God , sitting down with God., we haveRestoration of our full position – Ephesians 2 : 4-6 We need to be hungry for God – to have a deep desire to find out what He has for us.Not many people spend 10 minutes a day in prayer – the idea of pressing in to the point of breakthrough is new. Read Genesis 32:22-32Jacob wrestled with God – he begged and wept for God’s favour – and he was never the same again. Jacob needed to face the past – to go back to where he had deceived his father (the name Jacob means deceiver)

If something is stopping you from being what God wants you to be – you have to get back to the place where you lost His glory , His presence – and deal with it.The habit , the crippling hurt , whatever made that rift ,must be dealt with.Elijah had to do it – he ran to a cave – but he had to go back the way he had come and face his fear. In Genesis 32;25 Jacob came to a place where God did not withhold the blessing – He prayed , and had power with God.We have given Him our everything –If now you strip away all pretenses , all our defense mechanisms , we can come face to face with God.In the world , we put up defense mechanisms , don’t let people close enough to make us vulnerable and hurt us , put up walls – e.g. loud behaviour hiding a soft heart – but we can put our guard down with God – He is totally trustworthy – meet Him face to face , then come away strong in the Lord , and in the power of His might.In verse 28 it is no longer Jacob ,deceiver , but Israel , prince of God , one who had power with God , but ruled by God.Come to Him ,one to one ,Ask God to deal with the walls –say you want to be vulnerable – open to Him. Ask Him to strip away everything not of Him – let God go deepRead Matthew 9:20-22 There was a multitude touching Jesus all around Him. Yet He knew the woman had touched Him in a different way that drew power from Him. When you pray and reach out to Him , are you just touching Him like one of the crowd , or are you pressing in through the crowd till you touch Him , draw power from Him , and get what you came for .

Ephesians 5:1-10
