ADMINISTRATIVE RECEIVERSHIP

The service involves taking over the charged assets of insolvent organizations, identifying their problems and causes of insolvency with a view to turning them around and recovering debt owed before handing over to the owners. It also include the appointment of Receiver and Manager. Where the business could not be managed due to lack of working capital or any other fundamental reasons, the charged assets are then realized to pay off the secured creditors.

LIQUIDATION

The service involves winding up a company completely and distribution of proceeds to creditors and contributories. This may be brought about by compulsory winding up order by the court, members’ voluntary winding up or creditors winding up.

Active Partner’s Involvement: A partner is usually responsible for overall service delivery to any particular client, advising the Project manager on important issues and ensuring appropriate staffing and skill levels to be deployed. Segun Awosanya B.Sc., FCA, FCTI – Lead Consultant.

Segun has extensive experience in accountancy practice and managerial experience having spent several years in Finance and Operations teams of Cadbury Nigeria Plc. a leading food and beverage multinational company. He acquired his professional Accountancy, audit, Taxation and Consultancy practice with one of the largest indigenous firms in the country where he was involved in various revenue consultancy, audit consultancy and liquidation projects. He has also participated in various Revenue consultancies, Project Management, Audit, Accountancy and Taxation assignments of small, medium and quoted Companies in

Manufacturing, Construction, Banking, Bottling, Trading, Oil and Oil Servicing Sectors of the economy. He is a Chartered Accountant with Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has attended several development programmes, some at the Lagos Business School and University of North Texas.

Samson Agbelusi. FCA, FCTI – Tax and Audit Consultant.

Samson Agbelusi studied Economics in his first degree in 1984 at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. There after he served in Ibadan, Nigeria Television Authority to as a Youth Corper.

Mr. Agbelusi joined a firm of Chartered Accountants (Ź. O. Ososanya @ Co) as an Audit Trainee in 1986 and later worked briefly with the Ondo State Investment Company Limited as the Assistant Audit Manager in 1991.

SJA as he is fondly called proceeded to Cadbury Nigeria Plc. in 1992 and served variously as the Internal Auditor, Fixed Assets, Tax Manager and Payroll Manager before he voluntarily resigned in 2010.

From 2010 to date he has been engaged in accounting, Audit, Assurance and Tax Consulting. Mr. Agbelusi is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and holds post graduate diploma in accounting of the university of Lagos and currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Accounting at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State of Nigeria.

Olubusayo is a graduate of Accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos. Adeshile Adedeji Richard FCA, FAIA, ACTI – Tax and Audit Consultant

Deji holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Abuja and is a Chartered Accountant par excellence bagging several prizes as National Best Candidate in the Professional Examinations of Chartered Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Prize, among which, include Akintola Williams Deloitte Prize in Tax Management and Fiscal Policies.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants (AIA) of the United Kingdom as well as Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Under the auspices of A.A. & Co. (Chartered Accountants), TajuAudu& Co, Tony Ochei& Co, Deji has been able to lead Engagements assisting organisation in terms Process Analysis, System Documentation identifying Strengths as well as weaknesses while recommending ways of improving the Processes in terms of Checks and Balances/ Separation of Duties. Sunday Abraham HND, ACA, ACTI – Revenue and Tax Consultant He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation. He holds a HND degree in Accounting. He is a management consultant, a business coach and he trains others through consultations. He has over 20 years multi-disciplinary experience in various sectors – Manufacturing, Construction, Banking and Consultancy and has devoted over 15 years of it to building clients’ net worth and the accounting profession generally. Bali NansohHND, MNIM. - Digital and Tax Advisory Consultant

Nansoh is an Accounting graduate from the Federal Polytechnic Kaura-Namoda, Zamfara State and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) Proficiency Certificate in Management. He acquired experience in his

working career mostly in Accounting Software Packages, Accounting Technologies, IT solutions, and Client Based Operating systems. Ladi is a graduate of Accounting from University of Abuja. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

She is responsible for converting raw data into meaningful information to provide insight to our clients thereby gathering, analyzing, and presenting information in an easy-to-understand visual manner as well as implementing effective business intelligence tools and take necessary actions on new insights and make recommendations.

Adewunmi Adebola B.Tech. Innovation Consultant

Adebola is a graduate of Accounting from University of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. She is a drivenperson and the innovation expert of the firm. She has responsibility of developing processes that identifies the cultures and strategies that are value adding to the Firm and ensuring client’s satisfaction.
