Roles & Responsibilities - VLE
Identification of potential customer
Generating business on Liabilities, Assets and Payments,
Works as a mediator between bank and customer
Creating awareness and Knowledge about various products of the Bank
Awareness about management of money , importance of saving with bank and other facilities provided by the bank
Important : The VLE should focus on good customer accounts in the nearby areas and engage with customers regularly for funding the account.
VLE Login – Digital Seva Portal
VLE goes to CSC web-portal https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/
Enter CSC ID & Pass
Account Opening - Savings Bank Account Journey
Login to Digital SevaPortal
Go to Account Opening & select HDFC Bank from
Drop Down
Enter Customer’s Mobile No. & the
Captcha Code
Customer to input the received 6 Digit
OTP by himself
Skip the option of Scan Aadhaar QR
Code
Under KYC document select
ONLY PAN Card & enter PAN No.
Enter Valid PAN No. of Proceed
In the Account Type Select Savings
Account
In the Account Variant select
Savings Account for VLE customer
Upload the Customer Image.
Update Prefix, Name and e-mail ID
of the Customer
Date of Birth, Gender & Marital
status is to be picked from the
drop down
Select State, City & Branch details from
the drop down.
Fill applicant's maiden name, Father's name,
Mother's maiden name
Fill applicants Spouse name &
Nationality.
Apply option for Email Statement & Insta Alert. Input
PAN & Aadhaar No.
Input residence type, residency status & mailing
address
Upload ID proof and Address Proof of
the customer
Card details field to be skipped
Fill FATCA details and input Promo Code as VLE and
then Submit
Login to Digital SevaPortal
Go to Account Opening & select HDFC Bank from
Drop Down
Enter Customer’s Mobile No. & the
Captcha Code
Customer to input the received 6 Digit
OTP by himself

VLE selects Personal Loan on Loan Products Page

On the Personal Loan page, VLE has to Click on
“Apply Loan”
VLE to enter employer details and category
details and will get the eligibility status
VLE to fill personal details of the customers
along with PAN No.
VLE to fill employment details of the customer
VLE to fill the residence information of the
customer
VLE to fill the 1st
Reference of the customer
VLE to fill the 2nd
Reference of the customer
VLE to upload the documents of the
customer : Income Proof, Bank Statement Identity Proof & Address Proof
After submission, VLE gets the application
details such as Application ID &
Acknowledgement ID
Loan Products – Auto Loan / Two Wheeler Journey

VLE selects Auto Loan on Loan Products Page
On the Auto Loan page, VLE has to Click on
“Apply Loan”
VLE to enter State, Model, Tier, Tenure &
Cost of the car to check loan eligibility
VLE to fill personal details of the customers
along with PAN No.
VLE to fill employment details of the customer
VLE to fill the residence information of the
customer
A screen of Vehicle Details will appear along with Vehicle details for
verification before submitting the
application
VLE to fill the 1st
Reference of the customer
VLE to upload the documents of the customer : Income Proof, Bank Statement Identity Proof & Address Proof. Post that
Application ID & Acknowledgement ID will be generated
