Preamble

Whereas,itisexpedientto:

Assessment or evaluation of students' knowledge and skills is an integral part of the

education system all over theworld. The assessment systemneeds to find outwhat

exactlythestudentshavelearntandtowhatextenttheyhavemasteryoverthesubject

matter and skills theyhave learnt. The evaluation system is equally important for all

levelsofstudentsi.e.fromschooltouniversity.Evaluationsystemmayincludedifferent

methods such as formal physical examination, practical examination, assignment,

interview, observation etc. which are generally used in practice. However, a formal

physical examination has been most commonly used assessment system before the

outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has forced the educational

institutionsoftheworldtoperceivetheevaluationsystemdifferentlyasithaslimited

the applications of the physically proctored mode of the examination system. Now,

therefore,upontherecommendationofPokharaUniversityAcademicCouncilfrom,its

87th meeting, "Pokhara University Directives for Alternative Evaluation, 2021" is

enactedbytheExecutiveCouncilofPokharaUniversityinordertoregulateandguide

theprocessofalternativeevaluationofthestudentsofBachelor,MasterandMPhillevel.

1. ShortTitleandCommencement[a]ThisDirectivesmaybecitedasthe"PokharaUniversityDirectivesforAlternative

Evaluation,2021".

[b]PokharaUniversityDirectives forAlternativeEvaluation, 2021 shall come into

force immediately after approval by the Executive Council of Pokhara

University.

2. ObjectivesTheobjectivesofthePokharaUniversityDirectivesforAlternativeEvaluation,2021

are to regulate and guide the process of alternative evaluation of the students of

Bachelor,MasterandMPhillevel.

3. Definition[a]"University"meansPokharaUniversity.

[b]"Rules"meansrulesunderPokharaUniversityAct.

[c]"Directives"meansthePokharaUniversityDirectivesforAlternativeEvaluation,

2021.

[d]"ExecutiveCouncil"meanstheExecutiveCouncilofPokharaUniversity.

[e]"AcademicCouncil"meanstheAcademicCouncilofPokharaUniversity.

[f] "Committee"means theExaminationCommittee formedatSchool/College level

toconductthealternativeexamination.

[g] "School" means the constituent and joint-constituent schools of Pokhara

University.

[h]"Director"meanstheDirectoroftheconstituentschoolofPokharaUniversity.

[i]"College"meansthecollegeaffiliatedtoPokharaUniversity.

[j] "Institution Head"means the Institution Head of the constituent school, joint-

constituentschoolandcollegesaffiliatedtoPokharaUniversity.

[k]"Principal"meansthePrincipalofthecollegeaffiliatedtoPokharaUniversity.

[l] "Vice-Principal" means the Vice-Principal of the college affiliated to Pokhara

University.

[m]"Department Head" means the academic head of the department at the

constituent school, joint-constituent school and college affiliated to Pokhara

University.

[n]"ProgrammeCoordinator"meanstheProgrammeCoordinatorattheconstituent

school(s), joint-constituent school(s) and colleges affiliated to Pokhara

University.

[o] "Faculty" or "Subject Teacher" or "Teacher" means the faculty member or

teacher facilitating certain course to the students at constituent schools, joint-

constituentschoolsandcollegesaffiliatedtoPokharaUniversity.

[p] "Coordinator (Superintendent)"means the Coordinator/Superintendent of the

Examination Committee formed at the School/College level to conduct the

examinationasperthedirectives.

[q]"InternalExaminationCoordinator"meanstheInternalExaminationCoordinator

oftheconstituentschool,joint-constituentschoolandaffiliatedcollege.

[r]"InformationTechnologyExpert"meanstheInformationTechnology(IT)Expert

oftheconstituentschool,joint-constituentschoolandaffiliatedcollege.

[s] "Member" refers to themember of the Examination Committee formed at the

School/Collegeleveltoconducttheexaminationasperthedirectives.

4. AlternativeEvaluationFrameworkAlternativeevaluationframeworkcomprisesthefollowingevaluationmethods:

*4.1Time-BoundHybridExamination

Time-Bound Hybrid Examination consists of analytical and critical questions

coveringall theareasof thesyllabus.Time-BoundHybridExaminationaims to

assess students' understanding of the subject matter and application of

knowledgetoconstructanargumenttoanswertheexamquestion(s).Teachers

shall prepare questions that require students to answer in more critical and

analyticalways.Studentsshalldownloadthequestionsetandwriteansweron

the answer sheet. Upon completing the answer, students shall upload the

scannedcopiesoftheiranswersheetswithinthecertaintimeframeprescribed

bythedirectives.Time-BoundHybridExaminationcarries70percentweightage

ofthetotalevaluationofthestudents.

4.2OnlineInterview/Viva-Voce.

OnlineInterview/Viva-Voceissimilartofacetofaceintervieworviva-voce.The

difference lies in themodeormediumof the interview. It takesplace through

onlinemethodsusingacertainonlineplatformsuchasMicrosoftTeams,Zoom,

Google Meet, In-house developed software or any other platforms that the

schools and colleges are using to facilitate the teaching-learning process at

students' schools and colleges. Online Interview/Viva-Voce carries 30 percent

weightageofthetotalevaluationofthestudents.

5. ExaminationCommitteeAnexaminationcommitteeshallbeformedineveryexaminationcentertoconduct

theexamination.Thecommitteeshallcomprisethefollowingmembers:

Director/Principal/InstitutionHead/Vice-Principal/DepartmentHead/ProgramCoordinator

*Member Vice-Principal(s)/ProgramCoordinator(s)/Teacher(s)

Member InternalExaminationCoordinator*Member InformationTechnology(IT)Expert/Staff

6. Authorities,RolesandResponsibilitiesofExaminationCommittee[i] Theexaminationcommitteeshallberesponsibletoconducttheexamination

bothTime-BoundHybridExaminationandOnlineInterview/Viva-Voce.

[ii] The examination committee shall be responsible to timely disseminate the

examination-related informationprovidedby theOfficeof theControllerof

Examination,PokharaUniversitytotheconcernedstudents.

[iii] Theexaminationcommitteeshallensurethatthestudentsoftheparticular

school/collegewillattendtheexaminationaspertheschedulepublishedby

theOfficeoftheControllerofExamination,PokharaUniversity.

[iv] Incaseofanyissuerelatedtoquestionset,examinees,etc.,theexamination

committeeshallimmediatelycommunicateandcoordinatewiththeOfficeof

theControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversity.

[v] The Examination Committee will be accountable to the Office of the

ControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversity.

7. ProcessforTime-BoundHybridExamination

[a]PublicationofExamSchedule,AllocationofExamCenters&Dispatchof

Students'TriplicateofExaminations

[i] The Office of the Controller of Examinations shall publish an examinationschedule for the Time-Bound Hybrid Examination as it does for normalexams.

[ii] Theexamsshallbe runbyHomeCenterswhichmeanseachschool/college

shallconducttheexaminationsforitsrespectivegroupofstudents.

[iii] All centers shall conduct examination as per the examination schedule

publishedbytheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversity.

[iv] The Office of the Controller of Examinations shall timely forward the

students'triplicateofexaminationtoalltheexamcenters.

[b]QuestionSetting

[i] TheOfficeof theControllerofExaminationsshallpreparethequestions for

examinations.

[ii] Thequestions should consist of analytical and critical thinking covering all

theareasofthesyllabus.

[iii] The total marks of the Time-Bound Hybrid Examination shall be 70. The

questions in SectionA (eachweighing 10marks)will carry 50marks. Any

one question among the questions in Section A shall include one OR

question. In Section B, there will be a long question of 20 marks (Those

courses which have a scope for a case study may include one case of 20

Marks).QuestionFormatisprovidedinAnnexure1.

[iv] Thedurationoftheexaminationshallbeasfollows:

- Bachelorlevel:2hours

- Master/MPhillevel:3hours

[v] The question setter shall make questions that assess students'

understanding of the topic and application of knowledge to construct an

argumenttoanswertheexamquestion(s).Instructionsforquestionssetter(s)

isprovidedinAnnexure6.

[vi] Questions that require students to reproduce information from memory

shouldgenerallybeavoided.

[vii] The question setter shall make questions that require students to apply

andmake use of the information from their textbook or notes rather than

simplyrequiringthemtolocateandre-writethisinformation.

[viii] Thequestionsettershallmakequestions that test thestudents’abilityof

application,analysis,creativityandevaluation.

[ix] Thequestion settermaymake some situationbasedquestions that require

students to apply analytical and critical reasoning skills in response to a

scenario. Teachers may create situations/scenario related to a particular

conceptortheorytotestaconcept.

[x] Thequestionsettershallavoidgenericandambiguousquestions.

[c]QuestionModeration

[i] TheOfficeof theControllerofExaminationsshallappoint themoderator(s)

tomoderatethequestionsreceivedfromthequestionsetters.

[ii] The moderated sets of questions shall be used in the Time-Bound Hybrid

Examination.

[d]PreparationforConductingExaminations

[i] TheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversityshallcreate

anofficialemailaddress foreveryschool/collegeand timelyprovide to the

concerned school/college for the purpose of the alternative examinations.

Theformatoftheemailaddressshallbeasfollows:

- "School/[email protected]"

- Forexample:[email protected]

[ii] TheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminationsshallcreatefaculty-wiseofficial

email addresses (e.g. [email protected]; [email protected];

[email protected];[email protected])tobeusedforthepurpose

ofAlternativeExaminationandtimelyprovidetoalltheschools/colleges.

[iii] Theschool/collegeshalltimelyforwardtheirofficialemailaddressprovided

by theOfficeof theControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversity to their

students.

[iv] Theschool/collegeshallensurethateverystudentcancreateasinglepdffile

oftheiranswersheetsanduploadthepdffiletoGoogleDrives/OneDriveor

any other cloud or online storage system provided by the school/college

and/or share the link to the official email address of the school/college. A

school/collegemay teach/train their students on how to create pdf file of

answer sheets, upload the pdf file and share the link to the official email

addressoftheschool/college.

[v] ThestudentsshallsharethelinkofpdffileoftheiranswersheetstoGoogle

Drive/One Drive or any other cloud/online storage system to the official

email address provided by the school/college within 30 minutes after the

examinationendtime.

*[e]ConductofTime-BoundHybridExamination

[i] Every school/college shallworkas anexamination center to conductTime-

BoundHybridExaminationfortheirstudents.

[ii] TheTime-BoundHybridExaminationshallbeconductedbyallcentersasper

the schedule by the Office of the Controller of Examination, Pokhara

University.

[iii] Thedurationoftheexaminationshallbeasfollows:

- Bachelorlevel:2hours

- Master/MPhillevel:3hours

[iv] Thequestionset(pdfformat)shallbemadeavailabletotheofficialemailID

oftheExaminationCommittee30minutesbeforetheexaminationstarttime.

[v] Thequestionsetshallbemailedtotheemail IDof thestudents10minutes

beforetheexaminationstarttime.

[vi] Theexaminationshallbepenandpaper-basedonly.

[vii] Afterensuring thatall thestudentsare inappropriateexamsetup(under

the camera coverage which can take video of the examinee during exam

(exceptshorttoiletbreak),theexaminationcommitteeoftheschool/college

shallsendquestionsettoitsstudents.

[viii] The students shall keep their devices (computer/laptop/tablet/

smartphone,etc.whicharebeingusedforthepurposeoftime-boundhybrid

examination)on 'video-on'modedisplayingthevideoof theanswersheets,

examineeandsurroundingduringtheentireexamperiod(fromreceivingthe

questionsettosubmittingthepdffileofanswersheetstotheofficialemail).

[ix] The Office of the Examination Controller shall appoint observers who will

observe the Time-Bound Hybrid Examination through virtual platform

(video). The Office of the Controller of Examinations shall provide the

link/Meeting ID and passcode to the observer to observe the examination

throughvirtualplatform(video).

[x] Thestudentsshalldownloadthequestionsetandwritetheanswersusinga

normalblackinkpenandpaper.

[xi] Students shall use A4 size/Foolscap size plain/Ruled paper forwriting the

exam.Theyshallnotusesmallnotebooks,diariesandscrappapers.

[xii] Studentsshallwritetheirexamcentercode,PUregistrationnumber,exam

rollnumber,level,programme,semester,year,andsubjectonthecoverpage.

FormatofCoverPageofAnswerSheetisprovidedinAnnexure2.

[xiii] Studentsshallwriteanswersfromthesecondpageonwards.Studentsmust

writeanswersonthefrontsideofthepageonlyorstudentsmustnotwrite

answersonbothsidesofthepageoftheanswersheet.

[xiv] Studentsshallwritepagenumberandexamrollnumberonthetopofeach

page of their answer sheet. Any page of the answer sheet without page

numberandexamrollnumbershallnotbeconsideredforevaluation.

[xv] Studentsshallmaintainappropriatemarginsonbothsides(leftandright)

ofthepages,aswellasthetopandbottomofthepages.

[xvi] Allpagesshallbenumberedchronologically.

[xvii] After the examination is over, the students are required to click

pictures/scan the answer sheets and convert them into pdf format. The

students shall submit the answer sheets to the official mail ID of the

respective school/college given to them by the Office of the Controller of

Examinations, Pokhara University in a pdf format within 30 minutes of

completionoftheexamination.AnswerSheetfilesreceivedafterthistimeshall

not be considered for evaluation and the student shall be treated as

disqualified. The students shall compile all answer sheets into one pdf file.

Theyshouldnotsenddifferentpagesseparatelyandseparatefiles.

[xviii] Thefinalpdfdocumentshallbeclearenoughtoread.

[xix] Thefilenameshouldfollowtheformatgivenbelow:

- “ExamCenterCode_Program_Semester_Subject_RollNumber”.

- Forexample,“509_BBA_VIII_EntrepreneurshipStudies_160005”.

[xx] After the answer sheets are received at the examination center, the

concernedexaminationcommitteeshallfiletheanswersheetsintheproper

folder(s).Thefolders'nameshallbeintheformatgivenbelow:

- "ExamCentreCode_Date(DD-MM-YYYY)_Program_Subject"

- Forexample,"509_12-06-2021_BBA_EntrepreneurshipStudies"

[xxi] Theexaminationcommitteeshallalsoprepareanattendancesheetof the

present and absent examinees in the examination. Format of Attendance

SheetisprovidedinAnnexure7.

[xxii] Aftertheanswersheetsarefiled/arrangedintheproperfolder,thefolder

shallbeuploadedonGoogleDrive/OneDriveoranyotherCloudStorageand

the linkshallbesharedtotheofficialemail IDassignedbytheOfficeof the

Controller of the Examinations, Pokhara University for records and check.

Theschools/collegesshallsharethelinktotheofficialmailIDoftheOfficeof

theControlleroftheExaminations,PokharaUniversitywithintheofficehour

ofthesamedayoftheexamination.

[f]EvaluationofAnswerSheets

[i] Theexaminationcommitteeshalldistributethecollectedelectroniccopiesof

answersheets to therespective faculties throughpossibleelectronicmeans

likeEmail/GoogleDrive/OneDrive,etc.

[ii] The concerned faculty member shall evaluate the answer sheets

electronically and give questionwisemarks in the answer sheet using any

pdfreader/writer/editor(suchaspdfEditor/FoxitpdfReader,etc.).

[iii] Ifexaminerfindsthematchinganswersof thestudents, theexaminershall

report such cases to the Office of the Controller of Examinations for

necessaryactions.

[iv] The examiner shall also transfer the marks in a separate marks foil. The

FormatofEvaluationSheetisprovidedinAnnexure3.

8. ProcessforOnlineInterview/Viva-Voce[a]ConductofOnlineInterview/Viva-Voce

[i] The Online Interview/Viva-Voce shall be conducted by the concerned

school/college.

[ii] Online Interview/Viva-Voce shall be conducted in presence of the following

team:

- SubjectTeacher

- ExternalExaminer

[iii] Theschool/collegeshallselecttheexternalexaminerfromtherostercreated

by the Office of the Dean. The external examiner must not be involved in

teachinginthesameschool/college.

[iv] The Online Interview/Viva-Voce schedule for each subject shall be timely

providedbytheschool/collegetotheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminations,

PokharaUniversity.

[v] The duration of each Online Interview/Viva-Voce shall be around 6 to 10

minutes.

[vi] Out of 30 marks, the marking of the Online Interview/Viva-Voce shall be

dividedasfollows:

[vii] The questions of the Online Interview/Viva-Voce shall be such that it

ensuresthatthestudentdemonstratesenoughknowledgeandunderstanding

ofthesubjectmatter.

[viii] Theviva-voceteamshallaskaminimumof5questions.Ifastudentfailsto

answeraquestion,analternatequestionshouldbeaskedandthatcanbedone

twice.

[ix] The interviewershallgivemarksontheformatgivenbytheUniversity.The

Format of Online Interview/Viva-Voce Assessment Form is provided in

Annexure4.

[x] The Online Interview/Viva-Voce shall be conducted online on an online

videoconferencingplatform likeMSTeams/Zoom/GoogleMeet or any other

platformthat theparticularschool/college isusingto facilitate theteaching-

learningprocess.

[xi] AllOnlineInterview/Viva-Voceshouldberecordedandtherecordingshallbe

saved on Google Drive/One Drive or any other cloud/online storage by the

school/college.

[xii] AnyOnlineInterview/Viva-Vocewithoutarecordingisnotconsideredtobe

valid.

[xiii] Online Interview/Viva-Voce of every student shall be recorded on a

separatefileinthefollowingformat:

- "ExamCenterCode_Subject_ExamRollNumer"

- Forexample,"509_EntreprenerushipStudies_16009"

[xiv] The recorded files of the Online Interview/Viva-Voce shall be saved in a

separatefoldernameinthefollowingformat:

- "ExamCenterCode_Program_Semester_SubjectName_Date"(DD-MM-YYYY).

- Forexample,"509_BBA_VIII_EntreprenerushipStudies_16-06-2021"

[xv] The recordings shall be made available to the Office of the Controller of

Examinations, PokharaUniversitybyproviding the accessible linkofGoogle

Drive/One Drive or any other cloud/online storage system of the

school/college.

[xvi] Such video recording shall be properly archived and maintained in the

Google Drive/ One Drive or any other cloud/online storage system of the

collegeuntiltheuniversityallowsforitsdeletion.

[xvii] TheOnlineInterview/Viva-VoceevaluationsheetprovidedbytheOfficeof

theControllerofExamination,PokharaUniversityshallbeused.

9. SubmissionofAttendanceSheetandVideoRecordings(writtenexamandviva-voce)totheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminations

[i] The examination committee shall upload attendance sheets, video recordings

(written exam and viva-voce) on Google Drive/ One Drive or any other

cloud/online storage systemand share the link to theofficial email addressof

the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pokhara University, and confirm

thattheattendancesheetsandvideorecordingsarewellreceivedattheOfficeof

theControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversity.

10. SubmissionofMarkstotheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminations[i] The examination committee of the school/college shall compile the marks of

their students in the Marks Foil. The Format of Marks Foil is provided in

Annexure5.

[ii] The examination committee shall upload attendance sheets, examined answer

sheets,videorecordings,andtheMarksFoilsonGoogleDrive/OneDriveorany

othercloud/onlinestoragesystemandsharethelinktotheofficialemailaddress

oftheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversity,andconfirm

thattheresultsarewellreceivedattheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminations,

PokharaUniversity.

11. ScrutinyofTime-BoundHybridExaminationAnswerSheetsandOnlineInterview/Viva-VoceVideoRecordings

[i] The Office of the Controller of the Examinations, Pokhara University shall

appoint scrutinizer(s) to scrutinize the answer sheets of Time-Bound Hybrid

Examination and video recordings of Online Interview/Viva-Voce of every

school/college.

[ii] Scrutinizers shall scrutinize at least 10 percent of answer sheets and video

recordingsofeverysubject.

12. COVID-19Patients[i] AnystudentwithPositiveCOVID-19Case, ifnotinpositiontoattendtheTime-

BoundHybridExaminationand/orOnlineInterview/Viva-Voce,shallsubmitan

application to theOffice of the Controller of Examinations, PokharaUniversity

through theconcernedschool/collegeat leastonedaybefore theexamdateof

theparticularsubject.Withtheapplication,thestudentshallsubmitanauthentic

reportof theCOVID-19Case.Afterstudying thecase indetail, theOfficeof the

ControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversitymayarrangeseparateexamfor

suchstudents.

13. FinalGradingandResultPublications[i] Time-BoundHybridExaminationshallbegiven70percentweightageandOnline

Interview/Viva-Voceshallbegiven30percentweightage.

[ii] Students must pass both Time-Bound Hybrid Examination and Online

Interview/Viva-Voceseparately.

[iii] Using the abovemethod, finalmarks of Time-BoundHybrid Examination and

OnlineInterview/Viva-Voceshallbecalculatedon100marks.

[iv] Internalassessmentmarks(evaluatedduringthestudents’studyperiod)shallbe

collectedbytheOfficeoftheControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversityand

prepare the final grades/results according to the normal university grading

procedureandproceedfurtherforthepublicationofthefinalresult.

14. RetotalingandRecheckingProcedures[i] Ifanystudentisnotsatisfiedwithhis/herresultspublishedbytheOfficeofthe

ControllerofExaminations,PokharaUniversity,he/shemayapplyforretotaling

andrecheckingaccordingtotheuniversityrules.

15.CodeofConduct

[i] Thestudentsappearingthealternativeexaminationshallensurethattheyhave

the necessary technologies required to attend the examination (computer/

laptop/ tablet/ internet/ email/ videoconferencing platforms/ paper/ pen/

powerbackupandsoon)andcanproperlyusethetechnologiesforthepurpose

oftheirexaminationbeforecommencementoftheexamination.

[ii] Conductingexaminationsethicallyandeffectively is themoral responsibilityof

every authority, teacher, staff, and students of the schools/colleges and

University.

[iii] Timely dissemination of examination related information shall be the

responsibility of the University, Office of the Controller of Examination,

Schools/CollegesandtheCommittees.

[iv] Despitetimelydisseminationofexaminationrelatedinformationtothestudents,

ifastudentisabsentintheexaminationorcannotsubmittheelectroniccopiesof

answer sheets in accordance with the directives, the student himself/herself

shallberesponsible.

[v] Collaborativefraudandimpersonationarestrictlyprohibited.Ifsuchfraudand

impersonations are found, the Office of the Examination Controller will take

necessaryactionstoallthestudentsinvolvedinsuchcases.

[vi] Every school/college, examination committee, teachers and staff involved in

conducting the examination shall ensure confidentiality and trust. Students'

marks/resultshallnotbedisseminatedtothestudentsbyanymeansbeforethe

OfficeoftheControllerofExaminationspublishestheresult.

16.Remuneration

[i] Remuneration of setting question, moderation, examining/evaluating answer

sheet and scrutiny shall be paid according to the decision of the Executive

CouncilofPokharaUniversity.

[ii] Remunerationoftheobserversandmembersoftheexaminationcommitteeshall

bepaidasperthedecisionoftheExecutiveCouncil,PokharaUniversity.

[iii] Remuneration of conducting Online Interview/Viva-Voce shall be paid as per

thedecisionoftheExecutiveCouncil,PokharaUniversity.

[iv] Theoperatingexpensesofconductingtheexaminationshallbeprovidedtothe

exam centers according to the decision of the Executive Council of Pokhara

University.

17.InterpretationRights

[i] The right to interpret the directives is reserved to the Executive Council of

PokharaUniversity.

INSTRUCTIONSFORQUESTIONSETTERSThe question setters shall strictly follow the following instructions while settingquestionsforTime-BoundHybridExamination.

1) Thequestions shouldconsistofanalyticalandcritical thinkingcoveringall theareasofthesyllabus.

2) The total marks of the Time-Bound Hybrid Examination shall be 70. Thequestions inSectionA(eachweighing10marks)will carry50marks.Anyonequestion among the questions in Section A shall have one OR question. InSectionB,therewillbealongquestionof20marks(Thosecourseswhichhaveascopeforacasestudymayincludeonecaseof20Marks).

3) Thequestionsettershallmakequestionsthatassessstudents'understandingofthetopicandapplicationofknowledgetoconstructanargumenttoanswertheexamquestion(s).

4) Questionsthatrequirestudentstoreproduceinformationfrommemoryshouldgenerallybeavoided.

5) The question setter shall make questions that require students to apply andmake use of the information from their textbook or notes rather than simplyrequiringthemtolocateandre-writetheinformation

6) The question setter shall make questions that test the students’ ability ofapplication,analysis,creativityandevaluation.
