• The pump system is equipped with the automatic starting and stopping system. With dual safety protection desigh, The system will overflow and discharge when the system setting pressure is exceeded.

• The energy stored in the accumulators is high enough to complete closing and opening of BOP several times without the oil pump working.

• The accumulator has construction of large upper port, easy to remove and install bladders through the sopt. Adding accumulator ball valve makes it is convenient to change and maintain accumalotor while the system is operating.

• The driller's panel is easy to operate. Because of its simple structure, it can be put on any convenient position on drill floor and opening or closing the BOP at any time.

Hydraulic Choke Valve

The Demco series DM gate valve is offered in two basic pressure classes:

The ANSI series valves conform to the standard flange dimension and pressure requirements for ANSI classes 400, 600, 900 and 1500. Except for the 4" class 1500, these valves are designed with economical, double acting threaded stem & gate. The 4" 1500 use the same rising stem design used in the 4" 3000 API series valve.

The API series valves conform to the standard flange and pressure requirements for API classes 2000, 3000 and 5000. Except for the 4" and larger API 5000, these valves are designed with heavy duty, double acting rising stems.

Both series are offered with threaded, weld and flanged end connections. End connection availability varies by size and Pressure based on market requirements. Some sizes in the ANSI series are offered with grooved end connections.

W-K-M Expanding Gate valve

Expanding Gate

The expanding gate valve design uses a two piece wedged shape gate assembly to generate positive sealing. When moved to the opened or closed positions, gate segments expand out to the seats creating a mechanical energized seal for reliable performance. Valves are full bore through-conduit which does not restrict flow. A non-rising stem is used for better control and dependability.

Valves are available in pressure ratings from 2,000 to 5,000 psi. Standard bore sizes are from 2 1/16" to 4 1/16". A variety of trim designations and valve styles are described on the next page.

Slab Gate valve

The slab gate valves are available in temperature classes L, P, R, S, T and U specified in API 6A. Gate valves to be used in the 350 ℉ but 650 ℉ higher temperature can be supplied on request. Fire-proof gate valves also can be supplied to API 6A. The pressures grades are from 2000 psi, 3000 psi, 5000 psi, 10000 psi and 15000 psi working pressures, materials classes from AA through FF, products specification levels (PSL) from 1 through 3 and performance requirement (PR) 1.

Shaft

• Triple shaft seals support the primary seal on machined radius of the disc. Our triple shaft seals ensure a dry stem design.

• Two secondary shaft seals are located inside the seat shaft holes and an environmental shaft seal eliminates contaminates from entering the shaft bore.

• Two self lubricated bronze bearings offer consistent torque value and eliminate side loading.

Disc/Shaft Connection

• A high strength machined Double D drive ensures a positive shaft to disc connection. • Disc floats inside the seat for positive sealing and extended seat life. • No pins or bolts are exposed to flow. • Offset shaft retainers mechanically retain the shaft in the body ensuring a blow out proof design.

Manual Controls

Handle Kit The Handle Kit is designed for manual on/off and throttling service for quarter turn, resilient seated butterfly valves ranging from 2" - 12". The Polyester coated ductile iron handle kit includes the handle assembly with a locking lever and bolt on plate notched at 10 degree increments. The notched plate also includes on/off stops to prevent over travel of the handle and can be used with a padlock as standard. Other available options include an Infinite Throttling Handle Kit, Memory Stop and a 2" Square Nut. H-P Flow Control Products

The plug valves, check valves, union, nipple joints, swivel joints, and integral connections with pressure 7MPa~105MPa, size 1"~4" are designed and machined on the basis of technology of SPM high pressure fluid control products with same performance and quality as FMC and SPM OEM Products.

PLUG VALVES

Plug valves are low-torque valves manufactured on the basis of

technologies introduced from SPM of USA. These rugged plug valves

range in size from 1" to 3" and come with LP thread or union end,

handling cold working pressure from 42MPa to 105MPa. They are

interchangeable with similar SPM and FMC products used in

cementing and fracturing equipment.
