Our family owned and run company has been making pies, pasties, breads and cakes since 1936 and we are still all passionate about driving the business forward, working hard to provide our customers with quality products they want at prices which provide a great margin.

Wilfreds is the signature range from the Lewis Pie and Pasty Company, a family business set up in Wales in 1936 by Wilfred Charles Lewis.

We deliver across the UK and Ireland and goods can either be collected using your own delivery vehicles or we can arrange to deliver to you via our regular distribution service.

We like to keep our service personal and our aim is to be there to support you and respond to your needs. As a customer of ours you would:

• Have a named account lead at Lewis Pies who you can get to know and who can build up knowledge of your business and what you need from us

• Receive regular contact from us, by phone or email, depending on what you prefer, to keep you up to date on orders, deliveries, payments, product developments and the like

• Be asked to give us regular feedback on our products and services to help us to continually improve the products and services we provide to you

OUR SERVICES

VAN SALES SERVICE

Servicing customers across South Wales and West of England through our regular van delivery service has been a part of our business since we first started baking.

The types of customer outlets we service include Chip Shops, Fast Food outlets, Cafés and Coffee Shops, Butchers, Delis, small Supermarkets and other Retail Outlets, Work and School Canteens, Pubs and Restaurants… anywhere which serves or sells food items.

Van sales are supported by a dedicated account management team. Each customer will have a named account lead within our team, who will aim to understand the business needs of the customer. They will call you regularly to ensure everything is going well from your perspective. Customers can call any member of the team at any time during the working day (08:30 – 16:00) to place an order.
