I remember like it was yesterday the very first

Certainly we can,,, just not necessarily in the way you mightthink. The idea of wireless helmet headsets to be used whileriding your favorite motorcycle is now reality.

J&M's first generation Bluetooth wireless helmet headsets arehigh powered "true" stereo headsets with all the great soundand performance you have come to expect from J&M.

They will link to most of today's Bluetooth enabled cell phones,cell phones with MP/3 music files built-in, GPS audio command centers like the GarminZumo550 and TomTom Rider, along with next generation portable FRS or CB radios for aneven greater enhancement of your motorcycle audio experience.

And because J&M has designed the intercom portion of our Bluetooth helmet headsetas a wired intercom between the two helmets, the seamless communication between therider and passenger can never be interrupted, no matter what is being transmitted fromthe linked Bluetooth device, including cell phone conversation.

J&M's next generation "Integrated" Bluetooth headsets are already on thedrawing board, like this one shown here that will be made specifically for theNolan N-102 N-Com helmet.

Many of you are wondering how we will go from Bluetooth headsets that willonly link to one type of system or feature at a time, to headsets that can beused with full featured type audio systems (music, intercom, CB, cell phone,GPS and/or radar detector all combined) like the ones now almost standardequipment on the Honda Gold Wing and Harley Ultra Classic.

The secret to that transition will be in the custom designed "dongles" thatthe engineers at J&M are working on right now.

The first custom J&M dongle to be released,#JBLU-DNG01 is designed with the sport tourer in mind as it combines the stereo music froman I-pod or other MP/3/sat radio

source with the beeps or braps from yourfavorite radar detector, along with simultaneouslinking with your cell phone.

Plug your favorite passenger into the back ofyour Bluetooth headset, link to your cell phoneand J&M #JBLU-DNG01 dongle and you will have a combined audio system featuringmusic, intercom, cell phone and radar detector audio signals that are properly prioritizedand integrated for your riding enjoyment.

While the current crop of Bluetooth headsets may not yet be ready for "prime time" onyour Gold Wing, the custom made J&M dongles will lead the Bluetooth wireless headsetsfrom single feature devices, to integral parts of a complete motorcycle audio system.

Mount it to your left handlebar with theproper bracket kit, connect the headset/power harness to your bike’s electrical system, (choose between solo or rider/passenger kits) install our license platemounted CB antenna, (or any other properly tuned CB antenna) plug in yourfavorite J&M dual mode helmet headset/headsets and you are ready to go.

Cell phone/GPS/radar detector audio integrationThese component terminals will integrate the audio signals from a cellphone, GPS and/or radar detector with the JMCB-2003 audio system for the driver’s headset (only). If the cell phone normally rings through its hands-free headset jack oremits any other beeps or tones, it will momentarily be heard in the left helmet speaker. A flip ofthe supplied control switch activates complete connection of the driver’s headset to the cellphone for hands-free operation. If the radar detector or GPS unit emit any commands, beeps orbraps, regardless of what else might be being heard in the headset, they will momentarily beheard in the right speaker.
