Non Admitted Insurance
A. It shall not be permitted to insure liabilities, moveable or immovable property
existing [or under construction] in Afghanistan with insurers outside of Afghanistan.
B. It shall not be permitted for corporations operating in Afghanistan to insure their
employees with insurers outside Afghanistan. B. Afghan insurers may reinsure inside or outside Afghanistan.
