The HEMATOPOIETIC System & The IMMUNITY

The Hematopoietic System is the bodily system of organs and tissues, primarily the bone marrow, spleen, tonsils, and lymph nodes, involved in the production of blood. Blood - is the essence of life. Blood is absolutely live structure, it is a microcosm. Blood consists of a special kind of water, red blood cells (erythroid cells, hemoglobin), white blood cells (lymphocytes, macrophages, etc.); nutrients which are dissolved in the blood i.e. more than 60 minerals in a mixture with 28 amino acids, vitamins in the form of energy molecules, fatty acids, energy substance i.e. glucose. Blood is also composed of three thousand enzymes, they are divided into 7 groups. Enzymes are the proteins, they are not alive, plaque is also not alive - these are non-cellular form. In the cell, there is also some fat. Fat is a form of energy storage. Fat should be kept in a small amount and it should be easily soluble. All our hormones are made of cholesterol (animal fat), it is known that the blood contains 25 of all 500 known hormones (80% of the hormones have not been studied yet). Hormones are not live, they are protein, unconscious molecules which are produced by our cells. What else we can find in our blood? It is oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2). Carbon dioxide and oxygen should be balanced. Well, unfortunately, the blood can also contain viruses, bacteria, fungi, toxins, poisonous chemical substances. Previously it was thought that blood is sterile. The doctor scientists took some blood from the blood transfusion station to check it on the dark-field microscope. And if someone could see what they have seen then one just would have come at a shock. The blood has everything: worms, bacteria, fungi. Just imagine this

poor sick man whom such blood is transfused. Also same picture the scientists saw in a breast milk of a modern woman. There are dozens of different bacteria and fungi… Now it is obvious why a person with the transfused blood is under a big risk of death not to say of the fact that each alien (transplanted/transfused) cell is under a huge attack of our immune defensive cells (leukocytes, lymphocytes etc), these cells are programmed to total destruction of any alien substance in our body (be it transplanted organ or transfused blood or any harmful bacteria, virus etc). What is our immunity? Immunity is born within. Immunity is the white blood cells which hunt for the alien bodies i.e. bacteria, viruses, fungi. As we already said, any alien cell does not take root easily in our body. White blood cells - a primary immune defense – is always on their beat. Surely if a person has weak immunity (due to bad environment, food, water or long-lasting stress etc.), the cells can’t cope with their work and the body becomes unprotected thus the infection can spread easily. All the infection (viruses etc.) are live structures, we do not have any inanimate infection. All blood cells are divided into three lineages.

Erythroid cells are the oxygen carrying red blood cells. Both reticulocytes and erythrocytes are functional and are released into the blood. In fact, a reticulocyte count estimates the rate of erythropoiesis.

Lymphocytes are the cornerstone of the adaptive immune system. They are derived from common lymphoid progenitors. The lymphoid lineage is primarily composed of T-cells and B-cells (types of white blood cells). This is lymphopoiesis.

Myelocytes, which include granulocytes, megakaryocytes and macrophages and are derived from common myeloid progenitors, are involved in such diverse roles as innate immunity, adaptive immunity, and blood clotting. This is myelopoiesis.

The Leukocytes are live conscious cells, they exist in variable numbers and types but make up a very small part of blood's volume - normally only about 1%. Leukocytes are not limited to blood. They occur elsewhere in the body as well, most notably in the spleen, liver, and lymph glands. Most are produced in our bone marrow from the same kind of stem cells that produce red blood cells. Others are produced in the thymus gland, which is at the base of the neck. Some white cells i.e. lymphocytes are the first responders for our immune system. They seek out, identify, and bind to alien protein on bacteria, viruses and fungi so that they can be removed. The lymphocytes are mostly specialized on hunting cancer cells. Other white cells i.e. granulocytes and macrophages then arrive to surround and destroy the alien cells. They also have the function of getting rid of dead or dying blood cells as well as foreign matter such as dust and asbestos. The Macrophage has a huge absorptive capacity, it can consume the bacteria in 360 degrees around itself. The macrophage - is a cell-killer, it can kill up to 1000 bacteria at a time and it is continuously hunting for bacteria i.e. staphylococcus, streptococcus. Staphylococcus feeds with blood.

2

Thus every cell of another person, which is transported to the body will be destroyed. The same with blood transfusion. All blood erythrocytes that were poured will be destroyed, but later, when the body will find enough strength for that. 95% of people who have heart or kidney transplant die. And those who survive are taking hormones till the end of their life. Hormones are the substances that destroy the immunity. Destroy at the level of leukocytes-helpers. Red blood cells i.e. erythrocytes are highly specialized, conscious cells. They transport oxygen from the lungs to all of the living tissues of the body and carry away carbon dioxide. Red cells normally make up 40-50% of the total blood volume. The red cells are produced continuously in our bone marrow from stem cells at a rate of about 2-3 million cells per second. Hemoglobin is the gas transporting proteins molecule that makes up 95% of a red cell. Each red cell has about 270,000,000 iron-rich hemoglobin molecules. People who are anemic generally have a deficiency in red cells. The red color of blood is primarily due to oxygenated red cells. The normal rate of hemoglobin in the blood is 130 mg/liter. Hemoglobin itself is 514 amino acids folded into a circle and four molecules of iron. 7 of 514 amino acids are essential, which are not synthesized in our body naturally. If you do not have even one of these 7 essential amino acids - the synthesis of hemoglobin cell will not occur. With the help of vitamin B12 the Chlorophyll of the plant transforms in our body into human Hemoglobin, as it has the same structure. Accordingly, chlorophyll consists of 514 amino acid and four molecules of magnesium. And exactly the same 514 amino acids plus 4 atoms of cobalt forms vitamin B12.

An essential amino acid or indispensable amino acid is an amino acid that cannot be synthesized by the organism, and therefore must be supplied in the diet. So, it turns out that similarities between chlorophyll and hemoglobin are impressive. Hemoglobin is composed of four elements - carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen. All four are organized around iron. Chlorophyll is composed of the same elements, which are organized around magnesium. I do believe that the direct source of energy from the sun and the rich vitamins and minerals that chlorophyll contains make it valuable for human consumption. Chlorophyll’s similarity to hemoglobin probably makes it easy for the body to use. Scientists have found chlorophyll to have anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and wound healing potential. Many benefits have been found including:

The growth and repair of tissue. Increased distribution of oxygen throughout the body. Improving oxygen supply to red blood cells. Deodorizing bad breath, urine, fecal waste and body odor. Helping the body reduce toxins.

So, the next time you are out at your favorite juice bar, you may want to consider trying a shot of wheat or barley grass. The benefits are substantial. Where alse we can find a good amount of chlorophyll? Surely it is almost all greens: parsley, lettuce, spinach, green onion,

3

seaweed, garlic, green (wild garlic), celery, cilantro, sorrel, dill, cabbage (only when it is green) this all is pure chlorophyll. 1 tablet of spirulina contains 50 - 70 g of pure chlorophyll as well as iron, amino acids etc. Spirulina, which has 17 amino acids, seven of which are essential, should be taken by everyone who has hemoglobin rate less than 130, also it should be given to children 2-3 tablets per day. Alfalfa or Lucerne - an incredible herb full of chlorophyll and all the necessary minerals, vitamins, and most importantly – calcium. One should remember healthy red blood cell lives 127 days, the weak one - only 12 days. Selenium also prolongs the life of erythrocyte. Also it is essential to love our blood, as any liquid blood has very subtle energy-informational perception and memory. The most common disease of the blood – is anemia. Half of people in the world suffer from anemia. Blood can be condensed or liquid. All versions of liquid blood is called anemia. And if we talk about the causes of anemia, we should consider that: • Stress can be the cause of anemia. In such condition the development of the bone marrow is disrupted. • Poor food, presence of toxic drinks, and the destruction of the blood goes to the full. Bad habits worsen the situation. • Parasites may affect on 100%. Half of all parasites are blood-sucking. • Medications damage blood hugely. There are medications, which completely destroy the bone marrow – theses are analgin, diphenhydramine, aminopyrine, tetracyclines – these are very common chemical tablets. All these drugs have hemoclastic action. • Heredity also affects the quality of blood. • The lack of movement, as a violation of life style, it does not directly affects the blood, but it weakens the immunity. • Bioenergy can damage the blood. It can reprogram the structured water of the brain. • Environment can affect the blood structure also. Remember that everything that can be dissolved in the water can go straight into the blood. Vinegar is the most destructive blood product. Pickle has same bad effect on our blood. In hospitals with the help of chemicals or radiation exposure the cancer cells are weakened, this leads to a serious white blood cells damage and the entire body weakens as well, after such exposures the body needs a profound boost of the immunity. Also the less a person eats, the better the enzymes will work. The better the enzymes will work, the more amino acids will be assimilated. The more amino acids will be absorbed the less a person will want to eat. One should also remember that the human body is alkaline. There must be an acid-alkaline balance. If a person consume sour products (for example meat/ fish/ eggs etc.), he should consume same quantity of alkaline food, or at least, he should drink as much pure raw water as possible an hour after having meals. All diseases arise from the acidification of the body. We spoke on this matter profoundly in the previous articles.

4

Also it is a good habit to put the salt directly on the tongue in between meals, and not to use it much with the meals. It is understood if there is no sodium in the body, then the person will acidify and die. There is an axiom: the pH of blood is 7.43. If to put a piece of the liver into glass of Cola, then three hours later you will not find it, if to put a nail, you will not find it in three days, and if to put a tooth, then just a week later! Just remember if you want to nourish your brain cells or any cell of the body, if you want to provide them with such needed oxygen and to restore their functioning, then it is a must to drink pure raw water of 36.6 degrees C not less than 1.5-2 litres a day; it is very healthy to drink much warm water just after the night sleep – it will wash the vessels and make a good defecation. Do remember to drink water same temperature as your body – so it will go straight into the blood, into the cells.

The CARDIOVASCULAR system. & The Reasons of Hypertension.

The circulatory system is an organ system that passes nutrients (such as amino acids, electrolytes and lymph), gases, hormones, blood cells, etc. to and from cells in the body to help fight diseases, stabilize body temperature and pH, and to maintain homeostasis.

Cardiovascular disease (CVDs) is a class of diseases that involve the heart or blood vessels (arteries, capillaries and veins). CVDs refer to any disease that affects the cardiovascular system, principally cardiac disease, vascular diseases of the brain and kidney, and peripheral arterial disease. The causes of cardiovascular disease are diverse but atherosclerosis and/or hypertension are the most common.

Today the cardiovascular diseases are the leading causes of death on earth, and the health of blood vessels may not be the main factor. Vessels can be absolutely perfect, but the person dies of the heart attack. The autopsy finds that heart and blood vessels were healthy. So what has happened? A reason may be rather common: wrong fat diet, sleep in the wrong position (i.e. on the stomach) or too much stress at work. The same things can provoke the insult. Imagine, suddenly the vessel formed fatty plaque, fat stuck on vessel wall, the slightest injury or

6

wrong sleep position (incorrectly rotated neck during sleep), and the stroke can occur. So if the blood became thicker, pinched somewhere, clotted and resulted in oxygen deficiency, in such conditions the person dies. In the western countries the cardiovascular diseases became an epidemic. Today any person older than 60 years, and now even 40 years old, after having traditional fatty diet can gain cholesterol clot, which may be applied to any vessel. Also the blood thickens due to dehydration, which also occurs after age 40. We should remember that the condition of our blood results in condition of all cardiovascular system! The reasons of Hypertension: Everything in the body is strongly interconnected. A high blood pressure is a condition in which a person has such pressure as he deserves. The body will keep pressure, that would supply every last finger of the foot with oxygen. So the body will maintain the pressure needed for the vital functions. You shouldn’t grossly interfere with the work of the heart, lungs or heart rate. If a person has liquid blood i.e. anemia, the heart would have to chase it at twice the speed, because in such conditions there are not enough oxygen, red blood cells. Tachycardia occurs because of that. Heart itself selects a rhythm that will provide all the body's cells with oxygen. One should remember we can balance our pressure levels only with bland measures. And what is more essential is to detect the reason of wrong blood pressure. So, among main reasons of problems with pressure are: 1. No water supply - the blood thickens. Too much food consumtion and not enough water supply can cause the blood to be thick. In such case the tension of the vessels is high. There is no motor in the heart, the mechanism is passive, there is no pump, no attractive vacuum force. If the blood thickens because of no liquid supply, the heart cannot push the blood, it has to enter the heart, and heart in order to push the blood has to narrow the vessels. That is the reason why all who suffer from hypertension has the enlarged left ventricle (to increase the ejection power). When vessels are narrowed the pressure goes up, the heartbeat rate grows. In such conditions the blood can give 1 litre of water.

Eating at least five servings of fruit and vegetables a day, and limiting your salt intake helps to prevent heart attacks and strokes. There is one good habit to consume salt in between the meals.

2. Overweight - blood with cholesterol. Fatty and unbalanced diet leads to the same mechanism of disruption. For example, large molecules of cholesterol live in blood. In order to push them, the heart acts in two ways: pushes stronger to pass the cholesterol or

7

compress blood vessels, which leads to increased pressure. Cholesterol always clings. But in this case it has nothing to do with the density of blood. Blood can be liquid, still cholesterol may be large. In such case it gets worse. Because when blood is liquid and the pressure is low, cholesterol starts to stick, to oxidize. 3. Diabetes - sticky, sweet and sour blood. In this case the blood can be non-greasy, it contains no cholesterol, but it has a lot of protein. Protein and cholesterol - are two different things. Protein is what comes from the nose when we get cold. In the blood it is exactly the same. A person may have asthma, perhaps one reason may be two, or maybe all three. 4. High levels of adrenaline. If a person is nervous all the time, undergoes stresses or lives at a high adrenaline level due to his profession, for example, driver or artist on the stage. These people do not live long, and some even die on the stage. Adrenaline always narrows blood vessels. And it’s very hard for the heart, because the peripheral vessels are compressed, and it has to push the blood throuth the compressed vessels.

Engaging in physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day of the week will help to prevent heart attacks and strokes and will give the release from feeling tension.

5. Poor work of the excretory system - failure of the kidneys. There is no high blood pressure, which would not have been involved kidney problems. We will discuss the kidney and liver proper functioning in the next articles.

Tobacco use, an unhealthy diet, and physical inactivity increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

How to balance the pressure Sparing method to easy lower high blood pressure: 1. Drink as much of warm damp clean water as possible and have warm shower. 2. Using some Ayurvedic herbs that have the effect of lowering the pressure, among them are: Ashwagandha, Amalaki, Bibhitaki, Arjuna, Brahmi, Guggul, Hawthorn Neem, Gokshura. Better if according to the diagnosis the physician (vaidya) will suggest one or some of this plants in combination form. 3. Among the fruits that have hypotonic effect and include potassium and magnesium as natural elements for bringing the pressure to balance, are: avocado, guava, banana, pineapple, breadfruit, kiwi, pomegranate, grapes, beets (domestic beet juice).

Sparing methods how to easily boost low pressure: When we have reduced pressure, the blood does not flow into the brain, as there is bad oxygen and minerals supply. Therefore, we should tone up the vessels.

8

1. Take a cup of high-quality green tea or coffee. 2. Take natural lecithin, thus regain control of the nerve fibers. 3. Drink unheated acidulated water (lemon, as acid narrows blood vessels). In order water could go straight into the blood, it must be of body temperature (near 36 C). So we normalized the level of water in the body and supplied our brain with natural nutrients.

Global implications of the lack of vitamin P or The Health benefits of Bioflavonoids

"To see a world in a grain of sand. And a heaven in a wild flower, Hold infinity in the palm of your hand. And eternity in an hour… William Blake

What are the Bioflavonoids?

Scientists have found that bioflavonoids have specific capabilities to increase bodily health in many different ways. They support strong cell formations and, according to some medical services, even suppress poor cellular growth in order to deliver an anti-carcinogenic effect. Bioflavonoids contribute to good heart health, and combat atherosclerosis, as well as conditions like Alzheimer’s disease. Bioflavonoids are found in many of the same foods that contain vitamin C, an essential nutrient for the daily diet, and these super antioxidants complement vitamin C, enhancing its effect on the body.

They are the natural pigments in fruits and vegetables. Bioflavonoids are also referred to as “vitamin P”, are super-antioxidants found in many natural foods. New scientific researches found that bioflavonoids help maintain capillaries. Capillaries are microscopic blood vessels that allow the oxygen, hormones, nutrients, and antibodies to pass from the body's bloodstream to individual cells (body organs). If a capillary's walls are too fragile they will allow blood to drain out of the vessels and into the cells. The result of this is easy bruising, brain and retinal hemorrhages, bleeding gums and other abnormalities.

Bioflavonoids in recent studies also have been shown to help the blood clot, this alone can be helpful in treating phlebitis and other clotting disorders. Many bioflavonoids prevent the cellular damage caused by free radicals; these are unstable molecules that are formed when the body burns oxygen.

Today 40 % of people in the world suffer from anemia. The reason lies in the diet. Unbalanced food is a global problem of modern society. Nowadays, a person needs rather less than 3000 kcal /day to cover energy costs, whereas only 50-100 years ago energy consumption was 6000 kcal, so now it is sufficient 2 times less food to cover the energy. Modern food provides our energy consumption, but it does not provide our body with essential vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, other micronutrients that are of a very small amounts in today’s food. At the beginning of XX century an important vitamin C was discovered. A little later in plant foods bioflavonoids (plant polyphenols) were discovered. It was found that these substances enhance the action of vitamin C, and without them it is ineffective. But the main thing is that these substances reduce the permeability and capillary fragility. Thus, vitamin P got his name from the Latin. Permeability. It is said that: "The age of a man - it is the age of his capillaries". Of course, this statement is too categorical. Yet it is a a need of correct understanding of the importance of the capillary system to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

10

It is believed that the system of blood vessels is a set of arteries and veins in which the heart pumps blood. This view is generally correct, but at the same time deeply flawed. Figuratively speaking, the arteries and veins - are just pipes of different diameters by which the blood flows. With regard to the capillaries, which bind them into a single circulatory system. It is a hundred thousands of kilometers of health with the area of more than 6000 square meters This is the length of the capillaries in the human body, in fact it is a huge endocrine system. Near 30-50% of our blood flows in capillaries and if they narrow the blood goes to veins and arteries which leads to the raising of the arterial pressure. Violations in the capillary network is the main cause of almost any disease process. They are the basis of heart disease, metabolic disturbances, lead to stagnation processes, coronary artery disease, heart attacks, strokes, etc. Heart pumps blood, arteries and veins pass it in the right direction, but the capillaries provide the normal functioning of cells, including heart muscle. Capillaries are tiny blood vessels in it, permeates all of our tissues and organs. They supply the cells with oxygen and nutrients, remove waste products from them. It is on the border of the cell and the capillary the metabolism takes place. Capillaries consist of only one layer of cells that are "glued" by elastic fiber protein called collagen. For its reproduction sulphur and vitamin C is required, which also requires "helpers" in the form of bioflavonoids. A prominent Russian biologist, zoologist and protozoologist, best remembered for his pioneering research into the immune system Élie Metchnikoff, who received the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1908, shared with Paul Ehrlich, for his work on phagocytosis. He is also credited by some sources with coining the term gerontology in 1903, for the emerging study of aging and longevity. So, once Élie Metchnikoff was attracted by some of the products that are produced in the gut with the decay of proteins. It turned out that the failure of self-purification system leads to their accumulation and self-poisoning (toxicity) of the body, causing changes in respiratory system, heart rate changes, convulsive reaction etc. The environmental situation is deteriorating with each passing year. Chemical hazards has become an important factor in human ecology. We are not talking about acute poisoning, but a permanent chemical stimuli.. Each day with food, water and air our body consumes foreign substances (xenobiotics), which are not used in the normal processes of life. These are flavors or preservatives, synthetic drugs and dyes, exhaust fumes, tobacco smoke etc. Bioflavonoids help us by reducing the permeability of capillaries, so bioflavonoids impede these chemical substances distribution and access into our vital body organs. Increasing hazard on our body systems requires regular cleansing and increased intake of bioflavonoids, especially children, because they are most exposed to various unfavorable factors.

11

Giant Endocrine System According to scientific predictions, by 2025 year one third of the adult population of our planet will suffer from high blood pressure. Already, cardiovascular diseases cause about 30% of all deaths. Recent studies conducted in several countries, showed that the factors of modern life leads to intense formation in the capillaries the substance called endothelin-1, which causes narrowing of the capillaries, thus making high blood pressure. Capillaries are not just tubes to supply oxygen and nutrients, but a giant endocrine system of capillary network. It is proven that the red pigments of dark grapes, black currants, and other foetus, of so-called anthocyanins (from the Greek. "Antosii" - a flower, "cyan" - blue), has powerful capillary strenghtening action and also inhibits the formation of endothelin-1, preventing the narrowing of the capillaries and high blood pressure. Their lack in food is one of the main causes of hypertension. Hard mental and physical work, stresses, pregnancy and childbirth, excessive food consumption is accompanied by oxygen deficiency (hypoxia). It is a constant companion of anemia, atherosclerosis, hypertension, coronary heart disease and brain etc. Ability to perform a variety of loads depends on the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. For example, if your heart increases load, a sharp discrepancy between the demand of the heart for oxygen and its delivery may lead to coronary insufficiency, apnea, cardiac arrhythmias. Accumulated with age malfunctions of the capillary system, so even small loads cause a lack of oxygen. Therefore, physical activity objectively characterize the degree of tissue oxygen supply (hypoxic status of the organism). Experimentally proved the link between lifespan and resistance to oxygen starvation. Thus, the health of the capillaries is a key indicator of our health, which depends on the use of vitamin P. Over the last 15-20 years, consumption of bioflavonoids decreased significantly. We consume less natural plant foods which contain vitamin P, moreover in many foods the amount of these important substances is reduced to increase shelf life. As a result, we got a massive vitamin deficiencies and significant deficiency of vitamin P - the only vitamin that has capillary strenghtening action.

Foods Rich in Bioflavonoids:

The most recent scientific breakthroughs confirm that these powerful nutrients are an important part of a healthy diet. Studies from around the world support the fact that diets high in bioflavonoids are associated with lower incidences of most diseases. Along with other phytonutrients, the health benefits of bioflavonoids are one reason why the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Surgeon General’s office advocate the intake of several servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Powerful, health-promoting nutrients from nature – the virtues of plants will never cease to amaze us.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are generally the top choices for getting plenty of bioflavonoids in a diet. Here are some of the most popular ways to get the most of these helpful nutritional elements.

1. Red Bell Peppers or Sweet Peppers – Red peppers contain three times more vitamin C than orange juice, according to some medical sources. Scientists agree that raw bell peppers are an effective way to get bioflavonoids into the system.

2. Strawberries – these luscious red berries are a great source of bioflavonoids. Other berry types are similarly rich in these kinds of antioxidants. This leads to specific claims of health benefits for berry-made wines and derivative foods.

3. Citrus Fruits – Oranges are a significant source of bioflavonoids. Lemons and limes, as well as peaches, nectarines and other fruits all contain vitamin C and bioflavonoid superoxidants.

4. Grape seed extract - has beneficial effects on the circulatory system. Some of these include improvements to cardiovascular health, protective antioxidant effects, improved eye health, and anti-inflammatory action.

5. Black currants - have a very high content in antioxidants and vitamins. In particular, they're very rich in Vitamin C. Black currants also contain several rare nutrients, like GLA ( Gamma Linoleic Acid, a very rare Omega-6 essential fatty acid) and MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors), and may therefore be used in therapies against depression.

6. Lingonberry or Cowberry - contain plentiful organic acids, vitamin C, provitamin A (as beta carotene), B vitamins (B1, B2, B3), and the elements potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. In addition to these nutrients, they also contain phytochemicals that are thought to counteract urinary-tract infections, and the seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

7. Broccoli – this green vegetable has a lot of vitamin C, as well as some other essential vitamins for a healthy diet. As with other foods, use broccoli raw for best results.

8. Brussels Sprouts – for a hearty meal, include these cabbage type sprouts. Rich in antioxidants, they are also packed with their own unique taste for a delicious way to get bioflavonoids and vitamins.

13

9. Tropical Fruits: longans, granate, exotic fruits, like mangoes and papayas, have a lot of bioflavonoids and other nutritional elements packed under their skins. Don’t miss out on what they have to offer.

10. Garlic – by most accounts, garlic is a superfood. Our food culture has long been aware of its anti-inflammatory properties, but now scientists are counting it as among the natural foods rich in bioflavonoids, and therefore able to deliver the antioxidant values we associate with “healing foods.”

11. Spinach –this magic plant has all of the qualities you would associate with a green vegetable rich in antioxidants. Spinach is a good all-purpose nutrient – try it in place of lettuce for a salad that’s bursting with nutrition.

12. Teas – Green tea/ Rooibos - are known to have a lot of powerful elements that contribute to longevity and good health. Green tea extract plays a beneficial role in protecting against certain infections, improving cardiovascular health, promoting better dental hygiene, and offering protection from the development of some types of cancer.Traditional medicinal uses of rooibos tea in South Africa include alleviating infantile colic, allergies, asthma and dermatological problems

These are just some of the top producing fruits and vegetables that deliver bioflavonoids and vitamin C to the table. Vitamin rich foods are always more effective in their raw form, look for colorful, fresh fruits and vegetables to benefit from a diet that will contribute to your health in many ways.

The LYMPHATIC System & The cause of Dermatitis in children

Like the circulatory system that supplies blood, the network of lymph vessels serves almost every cell in your body. Deeper within the body the lymphatic vessels become progressively larger and are located near major veins. Like veins, lymphatic vessels, which are known as lymphangions have one-way valves to prevent any backward flow.

The lymph nodes serve as a series of cleaning filters. Lymphatic fluid percolates through the nodes, being purified and immunologically boosted at every stage. There are between 600-700 lymph nodes present in the average human body. It is the role of these nodes to filter the lymph before it can be returned to the circulatory system. Although these nodes can increase or decrease in size throughout life, any nodes that has been damaged or destroyed, does not regenerate.

The lymphatic system works in close cooperation with other body systems to perform these important functions:

15

The lymphatic system aids the immune system by filtering waste out of the lymph. This allows the lymph to safely returned to the circulatory system.

The lymphatic system removes pathogens, excesss fluids, waste products, and debris, dead blood cells, cancer cells, and toxins that are present in the interstitial fluid between the cells within the tissues. (Pathogens are microorganisms that cause diseases.)

The lymphatic system works in close cooperation with the circulatory system to deliver nutrients, oxygen, and hormones from the plasma (arterial blood without cells within the tissues.

When lymphedema develops it causes swelling it causes the affected tissues and the fluid is stagnant (unable to flow) and it does not drain properly.

When bacteria enter the lymph flow through a break in the skin, they thrive on this protein-rich fluid. It is for this reason that lymphedema affected tissues are prone to infections.

Lymphocytes, which are specialized white blood cells, kill any pathogens that may be present. This causes the swelling commonly known as swollen glands.

Lymph nodes also trap and destroy cancer cells to slow the spread of the cancer until they are overwhelmed by it.

Efferent lymphatic vessels carry the filtered lymph out of the node so that it can continue its return to the circulatory system.

The lymphatic system is a system of poisons withdrawal from the body (i.e. bacterias, parasites, fungi), moreover the state of our immunity directly depends on it. Lymph vessels are a deep network of vessels that are situated in muscles, so when a person kneads the muscles the lymph is washed and it is a great benefit, as it prevents the stagnation of lymph. Lymph flow comes from below, from the very tips of the fingers. Therefore, massage should be done, starting with the lower parts of the body, i.e. towards the flow of the lymph. And it is a rule. Lymph nodes shouldn’t be touched, kneaded or heated, because very vulnerable cells i.e. leukocytes, macrophages, and other defenders of our health live in them, also high temperatures i.e. above 40 degrees C is very dangerous for them. It is interesting to know that all fluids of our body are mostly lymph itself: The lymph with added acid forms gastric juices, the lymph with digestive juices forms saliva, the lymph with some adrenalin comes out like our tears, the lymph with toxins – it is our urine and the lymph with spermatozoids forms the sperm. The lymph node has 10 inputs and only one output. Used, waste lymph usually goes out through the mucous membranes (vagina, urethra), colon, sweat glands etc. If there is a pus, it cannot go through lymph, then it comes out through the skin (hence all skin diseases). What infects the lymph? It is fungi, worms, bacteria, viruses, they immediately go into the cell. In the lymphatic node there are colonies of lymphatic enzymes to cope with pus, and

16

withdraw it through the cough, mucus. So you shouldn’t never prevent cough symptom, if there is no secretion, the lymph is not cleared and all the wastes can go into the blood and it is much more serious. Also, there is a strict law in our body: always to egest the fungal infection through the skin. Therefore, all that appears on the skin i.e. cracks, itching on the palms, feet, on any body spaces, - this is fungal. Because the lymphatic system cannot cope with fungus, it simply suffocates from fungi. The lymphatic system – are the ducts, which take the intercellular fluid and clean it. For example, the skin is pricked with something and bacteria entered the wound. As the leukocytes do not live in the intercellular space, they live in the blood, thus they go through the wall of blood vessels to cope with this bacteria, together go other white blood cells i.e. macrophages, lymphocytes and begin to destroy the bacterial focus. As a result, there comes the pus (the dead bacteria). Why do we have a sore throat, runny nose? Runny nose is the removal of the purulent lymph.

Look where the child has the diathesis? It is observed in the area of large lymph nodes. The cheeks, flexor surfaces, on palms, in the wrists, inguinal folds, buttocks, tummy. Lymph is affected in the area of the large lymph nodes. Diathesis - is a fungal infection, mixed with immune disorders and disbacreriosis. When a child suffers from diathesis, the reason is always a fungus. We are wrong to call it an allergy.

Children, who have weak immune system and suffer from disbacreriosis can end up with fungal infection. Fungi may be different: from simple candida and up to Aspergillus. If the lymphatic system is affected then it can end up with bronchitis. The medical researchers call it “the triad”. First, adenoids, i.e. glands of the nose, then tonsils - the laryngeal lymph nodes, and as the result, a child can have chronic bronchitis, and the fourth stage - the asthma. And it all begins with a banal diathesis. As soon as the skin can no longer cope, the other excretory systems affiliate. It turns out that skin diseases are useless to treat through the skin. Everything connected with ointments, cosmetics - is not effective. What is really effective is an internal cleaning and antibacterial programs.

Everything the child has on the mucous membrane - a thrush or stomatitis - all is candida. The chemical antibiotics cannot be applied in any case. The fungi feed with antibiotics. If a person takes an antibiotic (except for the bark of the ants’ tree), it multiplies the fungus.

In order to get rid of this problem need to work on the whole complex: psychology, proper nutrition, suficient quantity of pure water, and of course to undergo 2 or 3 antiparasitic programs. Antiparasitic program consists of 3 parts: antifungal, antibacterial, antiparasitic.

Do remember about light physical exercises; avoid sitting leg on leg, wearing high heels, living in places with bad ecology, wrong food consumption.

17

I would like to mention one more widespread problem of the inflamed joints. Nowadays it is scientifically proven that almost all joint problems are connected with the contamination of lymph together with its stagnation. But the cleaning should include the absorption of dirty lympha, its withdrawal, and then nourishing the body with minerals and vitamins. For this reason it is a must to drink not less than 1.5 litres of pure water a day, and be sure it is simply warm water and not any other drinks. If to speak about herbs, I would suggest Licorice, Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia), wonderful herbs, which will help you to clean the lympha. Also Kanchnar (Bauhinia variegata) has the miracle properties of effectively flushing the lymphatic system of toxins, sluggishness and accumulated wastes. And don't forget that healthy balanced diet with sufficient quantity of vitamin C, folic acid will fully nourish the body, and a light massage. CENTRAL NERVOUS System & how to cope with Stress

Central Nervous System (CNS) is a system that provides control over all vital functions of the human body. Our brain is a place where absolutely conscious neurons (special brain nerve cells) live, they maintain all our vital functions. If we understand how this mechanism works and what is needed for its proper functioning we will never suffer from the imbalance of our Central Nervous System, and there will be no need to be treated by psychiatrists. In our body there are billions, trillions of living nerve cells, which exist on their own. In our body all is arranged in such a way that everything is interchangeable i.e. the old cells are replaced by the young ones, so that our organism can live for more than 100 years. Each two years, we have totally renewed heart, that is, in our heart there will be no old cells, after two years we will have new liver, i.e. all old liver cells will die, and new one will form our “new liver”. Blood is renewed each three months, so each three months there is no more old red blood cells. Thus, we are born and die with the same number of cells, the difference is only in their quality.

18

The case is somewhat different with the brain nerve cells - neurons – they do not proliferate, thus they are never replaced by the new one. They can get some information and energy from our Nature, but what they require the most is the oxygen, proper nutrition and absence of the negative psycho-emotional stress. We should be aware of the harmful effect on small children of different kinds of toxins and poisons, which can lead to a serious negative effect on brain for the rest of their life. If to use drugs that have neurotoxic action, such as paracetamol, in a little higher than normal doses, it can cause encephalopathy i.e. the destruction of the brain cells. The brain consists of water and cells. Blood goes along and into these cells. Blood carries oxygen, nutrients and carries away toxins. The cells can be cleaned - washed with water, they also can be fed – provided with nutrients. Still they can’t be calmed, if a person has a problem in his head and thinks about it all the time. How can we calm this person? Sure, with the help of specific knowledge, which includes the understanding of some at least important processes of material world maintenance (existence) and the role of people and their consciousness in this process, then the core reason of the evolution – the profound understanding of futility of any negative emotion a person generates within himself. And finally - the base of this knowledge is a deep faith, devotion and trust in God, which excludes any imaginary problems and discontent. The other way to help a person, who faces stressful or nervous state, is to provide his neurons with all needed nutrients. The behavior of a person - is the behavior of his neurons and if the brain cells require something, we have to give them what they need. If a person lives in the state of fear, the reason can be one - the neurons are lacking in oxygen. ALSO: 28 amino acids, 12 vitamins, 15 minerals, fatty acids, enzymes, water and oxygen is needed for the life of each cell. And the next reason of CNS imbalance is an artificial, pickled, over salted, over fried destroyed chemical food. In such conditions the brain does not receive any needed nutrients, thus he gets nervous, feels fear and depression. So fear - is the lack of oxygen and energy in the brain! The brain is 90% water. It is hard to imagine what would happen if brain wouldn’t be supplied with water. Any other drinks be it juice or tea won’t reach our brain. Only pure structured water will reach the brain and nourish it. Other liquids will reach the brain only after structuring and it takes 8 hours and lots of energy to structure them. So, now it is understood that first thing our cells need is water, second meal for nourishing the brain cells are aminoacids. Our brain needs all 28 aminoacids. Spirulina, Lucerne, Ginkgo Biloba, Gotu Kola etc. – are the best herbs for the proper work of the brain. Anyone who feels fatigue, weakness, irritated state, dizziness, poor sleep, it is necessary to establish good amino acid nutrition.

19

The third meal for the brain - are fatty acids – Omega-3. A person should consume products with high content of polyunsaturated omega-3, omega-6 acids (for example Avocado; Guava, Kivi and Frax seeds are rich in them). Then goes the B complex vitamins, among them are lecithin and folic acid or vitamin B9 - “the vitamin of a good mood”, which also restores corrupted or damaged sections of DNA and performs hematopoietic function. It is clear that the CNS - is a system of external contact, so the color, sound, energy directly impact on its condition. There can be three states of CNS: high CN activity, reduced CN activity and normal condition. So, stress is the increased activity of the central nervous system, which is characterized by the high adrenaline output, which is a terrible poison, it constricts blood vessels, raises blood pressure. The body becomes mobilized thus oxidized; vasoconstriction causes a spasm of cerebral vessels. As the adrenaline in our body can not be neutralized, the noradrenaline relieves the symptoms. And only the excretory fluids can withdraw this poison from the body i.e. tears, sweat, urine. First aid to cope with stress – is to drink as much hot water as possible (desirable alkaline one - with lemon juice – lemon creates an alkaline medium in our body) in order to sweat, and wash the body from inside. You can also take a sorbent, such as white clay to remove toxins from the intestines. Depression, neurosis, fear - is a reduced activity of the CNS. It is characterized by a lack of energy and oxygen supply to the brain cells. As we already mentioned to avoid such state one must provide energy i.e. nutrition for the neurons, which is 28 amino acids, 12 vitamins, including vitamins of B group, 15 minerals, including Zinc - the basis of the existence of cells’ enzymes, Selenium, which blocks the attack of free radicals and protects cells from damage; Spirulina, which has 17 amino acids, seven of which are essential, Alfalfa or Lucerne - an incredible herb, full of all the necessary minerals, vitamins, and most importantly – calcium. Do not forget about Fatty acids (Omega3) and, of course, the oxygen that is delivered directly into the cell through drinking a pure water in sufficient quantity. All these simple rules are easy to follow and not ever feel dependent on any medicine or doctors’ prescriptions.

The RESPIRATORY SYSTEM diseases

need sensible treating

The respiratory system (or ventilatory system) is the biological system of an organism that introduces respiratory gases to the interior and performs gas exchange. This system includes the lungs, pathways connecting them to the outside environment, and structures in the chest involved with moving air in and out of the lungs. Air enters the body through the nose, is warmed, filtered, and passed through the nasal cavity. Air passes the pharynx. The upper part of the trachea contains the larynx. The vocal cords are two bands of tissue that extend across the opening of the larynx. After passing the larynx, the air moves into the bronchi that carry air in and out of the lungs.

Bronchi are reinforced to prevent their collapse and are lined with ciliated epithelium and mucus-producing cells. Bronchi branch into smaller and smaller tubes known as bronchioles. Bronchioles terminate in grape-like sac clusters known as alveoli. Molecules of oxygen and carbon dioxide are passively exchanged, by diffusion, between the gaseous external environment and the blood. This exchange process occurs in the alveolar region of the lungs. Alveoli are surrounded by a network of thin-walled capillaries.

Ventilation is the mechanics of breathing in and out. When you inhale, muscles in the chest wall contract, lifting the ribs and pulling them, outward. The diaphragm at this time moves downward enlarging the chest cavity. Reduced air pressure in the lungs causes air to enter the lungs. Exhaling reverses theses steps. Normal resting respirations are 10 to 18 breaths per minute, with a time period of 2 seconds. Most of the respiratory system is lined with mucous membranes that contain mucosal-associated lymphoid tissue, which produces white blood cells such as lymphocytes.

The condition of the airways and the pressure difference between the lungs and atmosphere are important factors in the flow of air in and out of lungs. Many diseases affect the condition of the airways.

21

Asthma narrows the airways by causing an allergy-induced spasms of surrounding muscles or by clogging the airways with mucus.

Bronchitis is an inflammatory response that reduces airflow and is caused by long-term exposure to irritants such as cigarette smoke, air pollutants, or allergens.

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic defect that causes excessive mucus production that clogs the airways.

Mountain sickness: as altitude increases, atmospheric pressure decreases. Above 10,000 feet decreased oxygen pressures causes loading of oxygen into hemoglobin to drop off, leading to lowered oxygen levels in the blood. The result can be mountain sickness (nausea and loss of appetite). Mountain sickness does not result from oxygen starvation but rather from the loss of carbon dioxide due to increased breathing in order to obtain more oxygen.

So, the respiratory system consists of two parts: The upper respiratoryb airway, which is a nose, nasopharynx, oral pharynx and partially the mouth, because it can also be used for breathing. And the system of the lower respiratory airway, which consists of the larynx, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, alveoli.

Our nose is just a reservoir with the resonator of air for the warming. But what is important is that the lymphatic system is also situated in our nose, and there are groups of lymph nodes. Through these nodes viral, bacterial or fungal pus draws out when a person undergoes cold. So, when a person has runny nose it is the lymphatic system, which is cleaning itself from the dead pus. Therefore, the problems associated with sinusitis should be resolved properly. It is not enough to draw out this content. Staphylococcus, which causes sinusitis develops inside, it lives in the intestines, lymph, blood. And nose is the last link in this chain of evacuation.

The same is with lungs. Lung - is the membrane. After we described how the lymphatic system works, it became clear that lung inflammation is not a lung disease, but a disease of lymphatic system. And it should be cleaned. The bronchi have lymph nodes, and if they are clogged with bacteria, then the entire intercellular fluid will stay inside – then this will be called the pneumonia.

What warsens the situation is that many people don’t know how to cure pneumonia in the right way. If we use tablets which block the cough symptoms, we block the natural human reflex to egest the lymphatic secretion from the bronchi. So when we block this natural urge, and lungs are filled with mucus, the central nervous system do not have the signal as the irritation is absent, so the result is - a person or a child starts to suffocate. So it is a must to expectorate (to cough up) the sputum. To do this the sputum should be rather fluid. So when we get dry cough we should transform it into wet cough. In this case warm water can help, use alkaline water. Our grandmother’s best recipe was to take warm Borzhomi water without gas, add some honey and drink it or take warm milk, add some soda with honey.

Among traditional indian ayurvedic preparation which are beneficial in such cases are Sitopaladi churna (Sitopaladi Choorna), which draws out the mucus from the body, acts as

22

a potent expectorant and has a perfect influence on the whole respiratory system. Mixed with honey and ghee – this Ayurvedic herbal powder mix cures bronchial astma, chronical bronchitis and fever. Trikatu - one more herbal compound that provides a natural and safe support for respiratory deseases i.e. draws out the mucus and softens the breathing, cures astma, bronchitis allergetic rhinitis. Trikatu is also a safe digestive, carminative, anti-flatulent and is effective in dyspepsia.

Any respiratory desease should be treated in a sensible way. We should know how to make our treatment effective, thus to preserve our health from harmful chemical tablets and shorten the period of recovery. If we take for example the virus of flu, it enters into the nose mucous membrane first and as the nasal mucous is very sensitive to bacteria and viruses, the body responds immediately and a person begins to sneeze. Such reflect helps us to withdraw part of the mucous, throw it out with the virus. So when we start with this symptom we should be ready to beat off the attack.

The incubation period of influenza is 6 hours. After 6 hours, there will be a “space intervention”. The flu virus can not be considered as a living substance, because it does not have two important properties: it does not feed, does not breed. The virus can not reproduced as well - it is a space robot. Virus – is a program of accession to the cells and their reprogram. Cell begins to use all its reserves for virus reproduction. The virus uses the cell, as the mother-donor. And cell with altered genetic information begins to think that she is the “mother of the virus”, so the virus begins to multiply in large numbers. And our mission is to prevent this. Therefore the treating should take place from the first minutes as the symptoms arose. We have 3 hours to combat the virus while it is exploring the territory and is still weak.

The viruses of the respiratory group have the smallest incubation period In AIDS it is 5 years, hepatitis A - 40 days, the virus of chickenpox - 21 days, the virus of herpes zoster (the same chikenpox mutated virus) - 25 years. Those who have had chickenpox, have the second group program - shingles. Older people if they undergo stress, may have intercostal neuralgia, it is the affection of the 5th thoracic vertebra with a heart neirofibre. The initiator - is this virus, for 25 years waiting for his time. Viruses are the Space itself (as hologram). Epidemics flow under its own laws, the laws of our Planet and space. When the stars are arranged in a certain order, the viruses are active. Everything in life is interconnected.

We always have the chance to effectively cure the sickness. Let us see which natural healing methods are beneficial in cases of virus intervention.

23

There are some rules which we should stick to:

1. Block the virus from replicating. New proven scientific researches showed a very potent anti-bacterial qualities of Colloidal silver. So, if you have a chance, spray the colloidal silver into the nose and throat. The colloidal silver is a properly-prepared silver colloids that has incredible power to heal when taken appropriately. Colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic that in 8 minutes kills 800 species of bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites in vitro. You can spray the mouth, tonsils, nose, ears. In sore throat silver should be kept in the mouth to complete resorption. Drops of colloidal silver can be put into the eyes also. Wherever starts itching or sore, it is necessary to use colloidal silver, do it as often as possible (each hour about 4 sprayings), it has no side effects. 2. When you just started to feel weak there is a great need for the quick boost of the immune system – natural green foods and organic drinks with fruits containing lots of Vitamin C, bioflavonoids i.e. amla, cornel, hips etc. Echinacea - has a potent antiviral action. Use it as herb, in capsules or as a decoction. Chyavanprash - is a jam-like mixture of herbs, spices, and other ingredients, prepared as per the Ayurvedic traditions. It is widely consumed in India because of its health benefits. Indian Chyavanprash - enhances the body's resistance to all kinds of infectious diseases, this is achieved by increasing hemoglobin and white blood cells. Great for those, who suffer from frequent coughs and colds. 3. There is a must to drink not less than 2 litres of pure warm water a day. Sufficient quantities of water helps in flushing out toxins. Cold water weakens our immune system, it’s better to drink water of body temperature 37C or even warmer. When we speak about to chronic bronchial deseases: bronchial astma, chronic bronchitis, or any other infections which occur in the lungs. There is a need to undergo a complete anti-parasite program using the bark of an ant’s tree; the leaf of the black walnut tree.

24

Tuberculosis is treated for a rather long time. In this case the bark of the ant’s tree used up to half a year 4-6 capsules per day will be beneficial, plus natural oily remedies, like Shark liver oil, lecithin, omega 3/60. We need to use more fatty vitamin mixtures. It is advisable to take black walnut leaf for long time also. You can also add some more natural vitamins, like zinc and selenium in your daily natural diet.

If we use the bark of ant’s tree for long time, than there is a risk of gastritis development, which can be treated after all. If to compare gastritis and tuberculosis, nothing can be worse then tuberculosis. But if we treat tuberculosis with antibiotics, there is 100% chance of getting gastritis, hepatitis, pancreatitis, and something else.

There are some natural recipes of treating serious respiratory conditions:

In tuberculosis cook tablespoon fenugreek in ½ liter of wine, take 50 ml. This decoction is also good in chronic fatigue syndrome and acts as a tonic.

Licorice and DGL (Deglycyrrhizinised liquorice) have a demulcent action and have been used for coughs and other bronchial complaints. Glycyrrhiza is widely used in bronchial problems such as catarrh, bronchitis, cold, flu and coughs. It reduces irritation of the throat and yet has an expectorant action. It produces its demulcent and expectorant effects. It is also a potent healing agent for tuberculosis, where its effects have been compared to hydrocortisone.

In pulmonary tuberculosis (cancer, gastric ulcer, constipation) - extract of Aloe is beneficial, as aloe enhances epithelization and normal cell division. Grind 500 g of aloe leaves, add 500 grams of honey, 0.5 liter of red wine, lemon juice. Mix it well, pour into a dark glass bottle, close and store in cool place. After 5 days, the medicine is ready. Take first week - 1 teaspoon 3 times/day one hour before meal. Second week - a tablespoon one hour before meal. Course - 2-3 weeks.

In pulmonary abscess pieces of aloe with bread is useful. There are several benefits of drinking green tea. It is highly effective in protecting the

lungs against the development of cancer. Drinking herbal teas is always useful, use elecampane, plantain, ginger, propolis. These herbs help to cleanse the lungs.

Milk thistle (Silymarin extract) aids the lungs in battling against toxins detected in the environment.

Goat milk and mare (koumiss) - the universal remedies against diseases of the lungs.

Chewing dry Air root (Acorus calamus) in lung cancer leads to a reluctance to smoke.

Mumijo provides safe protection from influenza, acute respiratory and viral infections. It recreates the function of hepatic cells after acute and viral hepatitis and as a result excludes the possibility of complications. The period of tuberculosis treatment is reduced by one third.

25

Bamboo Manna (Banshlochan). An Ayurvedic remedy, Sitopaladi Churna, was used traditionally for tuberculosis and other wasting diseases and has been adopted as a popular remedy for common cold, sore throat, sinus congestion, and for cough with excess sputum. It is a powder (churna) made with tabasheer as the main ingredient, plus small amounts of long pepper, cardamom, and cinnamon in a base of sugar.

Here are some Aroma oils which are beneficial in pneumonia - eucalyptus, pine, sage, sandalwood, rosemary, myrtle, pine, kayaput, basil, juniper, niaouli, oregano.

26

THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

The human digestive system processes food that we eat. It is made up of a multiple organs and glands that digest the food, extract energy and nutrients, and later expel the waste byproducts. The digestive system has two major parts – upper and lower gastrointestinal (GI) tracts. The upper GI tract comprises of mouth, pharynx, esophagus, and stomach, while the lower GI tract consists of the small intestine, large intestine and the anus. Organs such as liver, gallbladder, and pancreas are also part of the digestive system.

Today almost 80% of people has the disrupted digestion.

It is very important to know the algorithm of work of the digestive system: the reception, the processing and the exctretion. Any disease of the digestive system subjects to a certain law.

All the major problems occur during the processing stage. At the stage of the reception the problems can be associated with teeth and the esophagus. The stage of processing is associated with the release of hydrochloric acid, the presence or absence of bacteria, enzymes, fiber, and peristalsis.

In the body, there should be no abnormal forms of bacteria, viruses, fungi, worms or any other parasites and there should be a presence of vitamins. Four main components are involved in the digestive process: it is natural food, enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and water. If these four components are present, no disease will occur. The water should be clean and of room temperature, without any harmful components – be it fluoride, chlorine or any kind of preservatives.

27

What we shouldn’t do when having meal?

1. You should not drink when having meal as it dissolves the enzymes. Moreover you shouldn’t drink alkaline water, the water should be acidic, it can be with lemon juice, cranberries, blueberries, i.e. any acidic herbs that support the acidity of gastric juice.

If a person feels that he cannot eat without drinking, the reason lies in dehydration. There are two ways to deal with this problem: to have a sufficient amout of water 2 hours before meal, or to eat thin (watery) food. Grinded food stimulates healing of the stomach. Sick stomach can not digest a big piece of fish or bread. He won’t even try to digest it, everything will go into the large intestine and there putrefactive bacteria will split it, so the body does not receive any nutrients needed.

2. It is also not favourable to drink water just after the meal. At least an hour should pass before drinking.

3. The process of digestion starts in our mouth. So dry food should be chewed thoroughly to make it watery. Huge energy is spent on food breakdown. Yogis say: “Tea should be chewed, solid food should be drunk”. Tea can not be swallowed, tea is necessary to drink in sips, in order to activate the gastric mucosa.

4. It is also very important to remember that the meal should be taken in silence. Gastric juice begins to produce in 15 minutes before a meal, when a person sees food, or starts to think about it.

Only in this case, the brain secretes the right enzymes. If a person is distracted from the food, the brain can not properly determine how to act while the conversation takes place. For every kind of food, for each molecule our stomach produce certain enzymes. Carbohydrates start to digest in oral cavity, proteins begin to be digested in stomach, fats are digested in duodenum.

Today near 50% of people suffer from gastritis with no acid secretion. No secretion, which means no digestion. The only reason for low pH level is a hot meal. In order to avoid a dangerous decrease of gastric acid, one must adhere to the following rules:

1. Do not drink alkaline water during meals and immediately after. 2. Be silent while eating. 3. To chew the food thoroughly, food should not be hot.

Eating hot food leads to the destruction of the cells. It is absolutely forbidden to take food with temperature 50 - 60 °C. Protein molecules die in such temperature.

If you drink water which is 60 °C, the cells of the esophagus and stomach that produce hydrochloric acid are quickly destroying. Gastrointestinal cell lives for three days. Then it is recovered. So it is important not to burn it once again, while drinking another hot cup of tea.

28

In Japan, women do not get cancer of the esophagus. And men are leading in stomach and esophagus cancer. And when the scientists began to figure out what causes that difference, they found out that women do not eat hot food. According to the Japanese tradition women are allowed to the table, when all food is already cold. In Uzbekistan, Mongolia there are a large number of cancer cases. Eating hot pilau provokes this tendency.

So, food we eat every day should have temperature in the range of 36,6 - 40 °C.

Eating cold foods is also not a healthy habit. There is nothing worse than ice cream for children. To warm such food, the body spends a huge amount of energy. If you drink cold water in cold weather, you spend an enormous amount of energy. The cold water does not enter into the cell, because the cell has a temperature of 36,6 °C. Water should be warmed to 40 °C. And our body will have to spend a lot of energy for this process.

Here are some advices to keep your GI tract healthy:

In hot weather the temperature of your drinking water should be around 22-24 °C and in cold - 35 °C. Also drinking hot beverages makes your body spend lots of energy.

Food you consume, should be warmer than room temperature. If you eat hot food, no pills to restore the stomach health will help. If you have a habit to eat in a hurry, moreover hot meal three times a day, in such conditions the cells simply do not have time to recover. The risk to acquire erosion, in bad cases even cancer is very high. If you suffer from erosive gastritis, you should adhere to a light veggy diet, but the main factor is the temperature.

Among remedies to recover the proper work of the GI tract are: enzymes, essential bacteria and the proper nutrition. It will be enough for the healthy stomach.

It is interesting to know that there are no pain receptors in the digestive tract, only the mesentery. Therefore, if the stomach aches, then there might be only gases. And the flatulence may hurt as it may press liver, pancreas or kidneys. So pains in the gut can happen due to gases. If a person has a sore gut, which means the discomfort in the intestine with gas producing, it means that the food is not digested properly.

There are three ways to get rid of this problem:

1. To optimize the stool (exctretion) in order to avoid constipation. 2. To stop eating food that rots and ferments inside. 3. To get rid of parasites. If a person has lamblias (Giardia intestinalis), he will have

increased flatulence and pains in stomach. The giardia organism inhabits the digestive tract of a wide variety of domestic and wild animal species, as well as humans. It is a common cause of gastroenteritis in humans, infecting approximately 200 million people worldwide.

29

There is one nature’s gift for our strong health – The Leaves of a Black Wallnut. It is increadibly strong remedy against many human ailments of present times. Made by our Mother Nature to prolong our lives and save from many ailments.

Black walnut leaf is a universal remedy. It is used for the treatment of central nervous system disorders. Against inflammation of the throat, lungs, sinusitis, bronchitis. It lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels, stop hemorrhoids, lowers blood pressure or balance it. Has tonic, blood-forming action due to beta-carotene. Also posseses antihelminthic, antiulcer, anti-parasitic effects, inhibits fungal flora. In any gastrointestinal pathologies you can use the leaf of black walnut. Eczema, psoriasis, diathesis, acne, allergic skin diseases – all is cured with its help. In Chinese medicine, it is used for the treatment of potency, it is effective in gynecological diseases, syphilis, strengthens the thyroid, contains a lot of iodine, is useful in hypothyroidism, strengthens teeth, gums, effective for tonsillitis, stimulates the immune system, antioxidant, enhances the antitumor protection, contains vitamin C, 50 times more than in citrus.

Simple rules of PROPER DIGESTION When a person understands that the mechanism of life maintenance on our planet, the biochemical reactions inside his organism is a holistic process, thus has a strict correlation, then all actions which he undertakes become fully conscious. The process of food consumption becomes the process of his full concentration on food taste, its beauty and a wonderful smell. And this has same importance for a proper digestion, as the quality and quantity of food which is consumed. Proper digestion has the direct bearing on life without illnesses. Ayurveda – a thousands of years medicinal system claims it is so, I also regard this is true. In order to make the digestion good, thus to stop suffering from different health inconveniences, proper diet is necessary, with this diet your stomach will have all needed enzymes, vitamins and useful microflora to make the best from your food and get the needed nutrition. With proper diet all needed vitamins will be fully absorbed, and you will not suffer from the lack of natural vitamins. Your body will not have to detoxify itself from the improper food combinations or chemical substances and saturated fats. It is known that 50 percent of the bioenergy the body receives expends on our sight, and another 50 - on the rest of life maintenance. So these 50 percent we have to use right. But if your body is not clean, 40 percent of this 50 percent will be spent on food digestion and neutralization of the toxins, for the so-called "inner ecology", while the remaining 10 percent - on the motion, mind work, abilities to combat the stress, and the triumphant march of billions of microbes. In order not to let all this happen, we only have to keep our organism clean; it is necessary to reduce the costs of digestion and eliminate possible food and drug intoxication. This is how a huge amount of bioenergy for any necessary human activity will be released. All the

30

purified systems of your organism will start to work with less load and much better to participate in the livelihood of the body. A prominent Ukrainian and Soviet mineralogist and geochemist who is considered one of the founders of geochemistry, biogeochemistry, and of radiogeology V. I. Vernadsky once said: "Not a single species can live in its generated waste". The meaning of these words can now be understood. Before starting to learn more about superfoods we need to consume everyday and their proper combinations, I would like to mention one more important thing about normal daily human physiological cycles: Cycle 1: 12 noon – 8 pm – the consuming of food (intake and digesting) Cycle 2: 8 pm – 4 am – digestion (the assimilation and utilization) Cycle 3: 4 am – 12 noon – excretion A well compatible food of natural character stays in a stomach for about 3 hours. On the other hand bad combinated food or not healthy one will be digesting for about 12 hours. The best time of having meal is from 12 in the morning till 2 in the afternoon and from 5 till 7 in the evening. The best time gap between food consumptions is about 5 hours. It is good if there is a chance not to have early breakfast but instead to have a glass of warm water with squeezed lime and some honey/dates or fresh fruits/homemade fruit juice. It is probable better to have starchy food in the afternoon, and protein food in the evening. Also, one shouldn’t forget that juices and fruits can’t be consumed with other food. Time gap between these meals should be at least 1 hour. Same about drinking water, which shouldn’t be cold, even in summer and should be consumed at least 1 hour before/after food, the main thing is not to drink when you eat. If you follow these simple rules and will have a good night rest, your organism could finish the cycle of digestion (assimilation) by 4 am.

Super foods with detoxifying properties Your health will benefit immensely from adding to your daily diet more superfoods. There are many great superfoods with detoxifying properties, which will bring your inner pH to norm and make you feel full of energy for all day long. And moreover, they’re delicious! Asparagus

This veggie is full of vitamins A, B6 and C, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron and an anti-oxidant bioflavonoid called rutin which helps to protect our body’s capillaries. In other words, it can help with our blood circulation. It also contains saponins which may have antibiotic properties, and folic acid which helps prevent birth defects, cervical, rectal and colon cancers as well as heart disease and is also good for the nervous system. Asparagus is useful as a diuretic and the water used to boil asparagus in can be drunk to help relieve cystitis, other inflammations of the urinary tract and it can also be used as a tonic and cleanser for the skin. It is supposed to be good to treat acne with. Eating cooked asparagus and its watery juices may help in dispersing stones that have formed in the body’s organs. Native Americans used it for kidney, bladder and heart problems. Almonds

Almonds are one of the most nutritious nuts, high in fiber, calcium, zinc, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium magnesium, and useable protein that helps stabilize blood sugar and remove impurities from the bowels. Almonds also contain the essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6, vitamin E, that is a very important antioxidant. While almonds do have fat in them, but it is monosaturated fat, which is the type that is great for your heart (also found in olive oil, salmon etc). Almonds can actually help you maintain lower cholesterol levels, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Usually, sweet almonds are edible and bitter almonds are used to make almond oil, which is used to add flavor to food. Almonds are usually eaten raw, but people also add them as ingredients in salads. Almond milk is a delicious drink. You can eat almonds on empty stomach to ensure absorption of their nutrients. You can soak them in water overnight and eat in the morning on empty stomach - it is very useful for the heart & helps against heart palpitations. Almond is a source of many nutrients which help in development of the brain. Almond induces high intellectual level and has been considered as an essential food item for growing children.

Avocados

Avocados contain a nutrient called glutathione, which blocks at least 30 different carcinogens while helping the liver detoxify synthetic chemicals. This magic fruit lowers cholesterol and dilate blood vessels while blocking artery-destroying toxicity. Researchers at the University of Michigan found that elderly people who had high levels of glutathione were healthier and less likely to suffer from arthritis. Women of child bearing age need to consume at least 400 micrograms of folate per day at least the month before and three months after conception. A diet rich in folate including avocado may reduce the risk of foetal neural tube defects. Folate helps cells divide and is necessary for blood formation. Half an avocado contains 144 micrograms of folate. On a 100 g basis, avocados have 35% more potassium (485 mg) than bananas (358 mg). They are rich in B vitamins, as well as vitamin E and vitamin K. Avocados are a rich source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is an amazing antioxidant contributing to cell protection from free radical damage. Avocados have a high fiber content of 75% insoluble and 25% soluble fiber, so it’s a superfood for people who suffer from diabetes. Also, high avocado intake was shown in one preliminary study to lower blood cholesterol levels. Specifically, after a seven-day diet rich in avocados. Due to a combination of specific aliphatic acetogenins, avocado is under preliminary research for potential anti-cancer activity. Beets

Beets contain a unique mixture of natural plant chemicals (phytochemicals) and minerals that make them superb fighters of infection, blood purifiers, and liver cleansers. They also help boost the body’s cellular intake of oxygen, making beets excellent overall body cleansers. Aphrodite, according to legend, ate beets to retain her beauty. She was definitely on to a good thing since beets, in addition to all the benefits listed above, also help stabilize the blood’s acid-alkaline balance (pH), which in turn supports healthy detoxification. Blueberries

These berries contain natural aspirin that helps lessen the tissue-damaging effects of chronic inflammation, while lessening pain. Blueberries also act as antibiotics by blocking bacteria in the urinary tract, thereby helping to prevent infections. They have antiviral properties and are loaded with super-detoxifying phytonutrients called proanthocyanidins.

33

Blue Berries have the highest antioxidant capacity of all fresh fruit, being very rich in anti oxidants like Anthocyanin, vitamin C, B complex, vitamin E, vitamin A, copper (a very effective immune builder and anti-bacterial), selenium, zinc, iron (promotes immunity by raising haemoglobin and oxygen concentration in blood) etc. boost up your immune system and prevent infections. Once your immunity is strong, you won’t catch colds, fever, pox and all such nasty viral and bacterial communicable diseases. Red Cabbage

Red cabbage is related to broccoli, Brussel sprouts, kale, and collard greens, and is packed with nutrients. It is probably the best of the cabbage family in terms of its protective benefits. Sinigrin is one of glucosinolates, has shown unique protective qualities against colon, bladder and prostate cancers. Red cabbage gets its color from anthocyanin pigments which have potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It contains vitamins A, C, E, K and many of the B-complex vitamins, choline and betaine, Omega-3 and -6 fatty acids, and the minerals calcium, iron, phosphorous, potassium, sodium, selenium, magnesium, manganese and zinc. It is rich in potassium and this combined with magnesium can lower blood pressure and ensure a smooth blood flow, and dilates the veins so that it can help men with erectile dysfunctions. Broccoli

Broccoli is in the same family as Brussel sprouts and cabbage, and is as good for your health as the Brussel sprout. It is full of healthy nutrients and can inhibit the growth of some cancers including of the colon, breast, stomach, and prostate. It is a good source of vitamin K which inhibits the growth of cancerous tumors in the stomach and colon and is necessary for blood cells formation. It is also good for the heart’s normal functioning and contain beta-carotene which the body converts to Vitamin A, a powerful antioxidant, that combats the free radicals in the body which weaken cell defenses. Broccoli helps lower the risk of Alzheimer’s disease, aids in the treatment and prevention of diabetes, calcium deficiencies (the vitamin C content is high and this aids the body’s absorption of calcium and iron), arthritis and also helps in combating the ageing process. The potassium it contains helps to lower blood pressure and the folic acid is useful in pregnancy as it helps a normal delivery and promotes bone formation. It also lowers cholesterol levels and is best eaten steamed so that the nutrients are preserved. You can also eat it raw or blanched. Different kinds of Cabbages also cleanse the digestive tract and soothe the stomach, which could in part be due to its antibacterial and antiviral properties. Cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, kale etc. demonstrate powerful detoxification activity, including neutralizing some

34

contain a compound that helps the liver produce adequate amounts of enzymes for detoxification. Kale

Kale contains powerful anti-cancer and antioxidant compounds that help cleanse the body of harmful substances. It is also high in fiber, which helps cleanse the intestinal tract. Like cabbage, kale helps neutralize compounds found in cigarette smoke and contains a substance that jump-starts the liver’s production of cleansing enzymes. Kale, also known as borecole, is considered as the most nutritious vegetable. A cup of cooked, boiled and drained without salt contains a massive 1062 mcg of vitamin K and vitamin A – almost double the daily value. It is an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and a very good source of fiber, copper, calcium and potassium. Kale is filled with antioxidants such as carotenoids and flavonoids. Antioxidants protect our body from free radicals that bring oxidative stress. Specific flavonoids called kaempferol and quercitin specifically fight against tumor cells. Spinach

Spinach has a high nutritional value and is extremely rich in antioxidants, especially when fresh, steamed, or quickly boiled. It is a rich source of vitamin A (and especially high in lutein), vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, vitamin B2, calcium, potassium, vitamin B6, folic acid, copper, protein, phosphorus, zinc, niacin, selenium and omega-3 fatty acids. Recently, opioid peptides called rubiscolins have also been found in spinach. More than a dozen flavonoids has also been identified with this leafy green. Spinach is a treasure-trove of nutrients as it boasts more than 35 essential vitamins and minerals. Polyglutamyl folate (vitamin B9 or folic acid) is a vital constituent of cells, and spinach is a good source of folic acid. Spinach, along with other green leafy vegetables, is considered to be a rich source of iron. Spinach also has a high calcium content. However, the oxalate content in spinach binds with calcium and iron, decreasing their absorption (this needs to be proven). Also it is said that, by way of comparison, the body can absorb about half of the calcium present in broccoli, yet only around 5% of the calcium in spinach.

Cranberries

Cranberries have powerful antibiotic and antiviral substances to help the body cleanse harmful bacteria and viruses from the urinary tract. Reducing LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides and increasing HDL (good) cholesterol are important steps in managing risk of heart disease. So, cranberries, as part of a heart healthy diet, may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Cranberries, as part of heart healthy diet, may also help maintain healthy blood pressure levels. Cranberries are not only naturally low in sodium, but they contain potassium. Choosing foods like cranberries that contain more potassium than sodium is one way to help maintain healthy blood pressure levels. Maintaining healthy blood pressure levels can help reduce risk of stroke, one form of heart disease. Sodium and potassium are two minerals related to blood pressure control. A high sodium diet may increase blood pressure while a high potassium diet may reduce blood pressure. Celery

The calcium, magnesium, and potassium in celery also helps regulate blood pressure. One celery stalk contains approximately 32 milligrams of sodium and 104 milligrams of potassium and only 20 calories as carbohydrate. Celery contains pthalides, which have been shown to lower blood pressure by relaxing the muscles around the arteries and allowing vessels to dilate. The pthalides in celery may also lower cholesterol by increasing bile acid secretion. Celery contains coumarins which have been shown to be effective in the prevention of cancer. Also celery is an excellent source of vitamin C and fibre. Celery seeds are said to improve the quantity and quality of urine and are a useful diuretic for urinary tract infections. Dates

Medical and laboratory tests proved that dates contain many of the vitamins, minerals, antibiotics, fibers, fluids and enzymes that are effective in curing many diseases and helps to maintain body health. Eating about 100 g of dates per day will provide your body with 11% more than your daily requirement of iron, in other words, it is the cure for people who are suffering from anemia. It has been proven that dates keep your heart healthy and a source of nutrition for people with high blood pressure in terms dates are low in sodium and rich in potassium. Potassium in dates also helps in controlling diarrhea problem, on the other hand, dates cure constipation as it considered a laxative food. Dates

are rich in vitamin A, which is well known in keeping your eyes, skin and mucous membranes moist in addition it protects from the night blind problem. Flaxseeds and Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseeds/Oil is loaded with essential fatty acids, particularly the omega-3s. They are essential for many cleansing functions and maintaining a healthy immune system. They are also critical to maintaining a healthy brain. The health of every cell in your body is dependent on getting adequate amounts of essential fatty acids.

And don’t forget to add to your healthy diet some Olive oil/Avocado oil; oil itself helps to assimilate liposoluble vitamins (A, E, K). Garlic

Garlic helps cleanse harmful bacteria, intestinal parasites, and viruses from the body, especially from the blood and intestines. It also helps cleanse buildup from the arteries and lowers blood pressure. Garlic has anti-cancer and antioxidant properties that help detoxify the body of harmful substances. It also helps cleanse the respiratory tract by expelling mucous buildup in the lungs and sinuses. I am referring to fresh garlic, not garlic powder, which has virtually none of the above properties. Ginger

Ginger has been used for its health benefits for over 5000 years. One of ginger's most popular properties is that it can help digest fatty foods and break down proteins. It is excellent for reducing gas. Ginger can also help reduce inflammation. So it can be used to treat any disease that is caused by inflammations such as arthritis or ulcerative colitis. Some studies show that it can even help inhibit the replication of the herpes simplex virus. The warming property of this herb makes it effective in stimulating circulation of the blood. It can also help relax muscles around the blood vessels and is said to help prevent blood clots from forming. The warming effects make it a natural decongestant as well as an antihistamine, making it the perfect remedy for colds. Recent studies show that ginger might also have a role in lowering LDL cholesterol because the

animal trials to help slow or even prevent cancerous tumor growth. Ginger also may be powerful weapon in the treatment of ovarian cancer. A study conducted at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center found that ginger powder induces cell death in all ovarian cancer cells to which it was applied. And a study at the University of Minnesota found that ginger may slow the growth of colorectal cancer cells. Curcuma

Curcumin, аn ingredient οf turmeric, іѕ responsible fοr increadible healing actions аnd hаѕ proved tο bе more powerful thаn vitamin E. Turmeric has antibiotic properties, but, unlike pharmaceutical antibiotics, it improves thе digestive system (good for Pitta dosha), help to gеt rid οf stomach problems and restore normal intestinal flora. Studies also show that it lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels and have even reported to reduce angina.

Turmeric perfectly cleanses the blood, warms it and promotes the formation of new blood cells. It prevents blood clotting tο a large extent, thereby improving blood circulation. Thіѕ helps іn thе prevention οf heart attacks аnd heart problems. You can make a heart tonic- a decoction of myrrh with turmeric.Researches conducted bу various scientists hаvе established thаt turmeric іѕ very useful іn thinning blood. Thick blood - is the reason of many diseases. Turmeric has positive action in the treatment of arteriosclerosis. In its pure form for this purpose, turmeric can be used for people of Vata and Kapha constitution. People of Pitta-type should apply aloe juice with turmeric.Turmeric is used as the treatment of hypotension and bleeding. When pulmonary hemorrhage milk with turmeric can be used. Turmeric is effective in treating anemia. You can add turmeric to the Ghee, or prepare Ghee with the addition of turmeric.

Legumes

Legumes are loaded with fiber that helps lower cholesterol, cleanse the intestines, and regulate blood sugar levels. Legumes also help protect the body against cancer. Legumes are a great way to add protein, fiber and folate to your diet. The major health benefit of common beans is their rich source of cholesterol-lowering fiber. In addition to lowering cholesterol, the high fiber content of beans prevents blood sugar levels from rising too rapidly after a meal, making these beans an especially good choice for individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance, or hypoglycemia. Legumes are often considered an 'incomplete' protein, because they don't contain all the essential amino acids that we need in our diet, as opposed to 'complete' protein found in

38

foods of animal origin, such as meat, fish, dairy products and eggs, which contain ample amounts of the essential amino acids. Although it's important to get all the amino acids, both essential and non-essential, it's not necessary to get them from meat. In fact, because of its high fat content - as well as the use of antibiotics and other chemicals in the raising of poultry and cattle - most of the animal protein should be eaten only in moderation. The best way to go about it is to combine partial-protein foods to make complementary protein. For instance, although beans and brown rice are both rich in protein, each lack one or more of the necessary amino acids. So if you combine them together, you form a complete protein that is a high quality substitute for meat. To make a complete protein combine beans with one of the following: brown rice, corn, nuts, seeds, wheat. Lemons

The sour-bitter taste of lemon gives these fruit the ability to increase peristalsis – a pumping-motion in the bowels – which helps to eliminate waste from the bowels and improve regularity. Add the juice of one lemon to warm water and drink first thing in the morning. Also fresh lemon juice added to a large glass of water in the morning is a great liver detoxifier. In addition, they contain high amounts of vitamin C, a vitamin needed by the body to make a substance called glutathione. Glutathione helps ensure that phase 2 liver detoxification keeps pace with phase 1, thereby reducing the likelihood of negative effects from environmental chemicals. Lemons contain vitamin C, citric acid, flavonoids, B-complex vitamins, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, fiber and antioxidants found in lemons are integral to ward off cancer, fight the effects of pollution and cell damage. Fresh lemon juice contains more than 20 anti-cancer compounds. While lemons are acidic they interact with the body’s metabolism to have an alkalizing effect on the bodily fluids helping to restore balance to the body’s pH, which is essential for the immune system to work properly. Rutin, found in lemons, has been shown in research to improve the symptoms of eye disorders, including diabetic retinopathy. Seaweed

Seaweed could be the most underrated vegetable in the Western world. Studies at McGill University in Montreal showed that seaweeds bind to radioactive waste in the body so it can be removed. Radioactive waste can find its way into the body through some medical tests or through food that has been grown where water or soil is contaminated. Seaweed also binds to heavy metals to help eliminate them from the body. In addition, it is a powerhouse of minerals and trace minerals.

Spirulina – the future superfood

Spirulina is one of the most concentrated natural sources of nutrition known. In total, spirulina has about 2.000 vitamins, minerals, amino acids including essential (which cannot be produced by our organism), polyunsaturated fatty acids, enzymes and rhamnose sugars (complex natural plant sugars). Spirulina acts as a functional food, feeding beneficial intestinal flora, especially Lactobacillus and Bifidus. And what makes this plant a super-future plant is that it is a pure Chlorophyll (green blood!), it is important to know that, Chlorophyll which can be considered as blood of the green plants has the same structure as our red blood cells (hemoglobin), the difference is only in 4 molecules of Fe (iron, which is red), and chlorophyll has 4 molecules of Mg (magnesium, which is green). So, it should be a rule to eat all greens and spirulina as much as possible. The use of spirulina has a positive effect on children suffering from anemia. 40 % of people on Earth suffer from anemia. For pregnant women it helps in breastfeeding and women with uterine bleeding. As a result, regular intake of spirulina significantly increases hemoglobin. Moreover, this is an incredibly energetic product! Of course, there are many more healthy natural food, that our Mother Nature provides, if you will find it is difficult to buy exactly these products, don’t forget there are much more different greens and vegs, which are, in any way, a great substitute for fatty semi-products. But before finishing this article, I would like to share with you some info about right food combinations, according to its constituent.
