On 8th of August 2018, a one day workshop on “SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

(Level-01)” was organized by Civil Department in association with ULTRATECH CEMENT

for V Sem students. The chief guest is Er. Avdhesh Upadhyay, Regional Technical Head,

Ultratech Cement, Nagpur and the chief speaker is Er. Prakash Kale, Technical Services

Manager, Ultratech Cement. The total students present were 62.

On 20th of August 2018, a guest lecture on “ENERGY FROM WASTE” was organized by

Civil Department for VII Sem students. The chief speaker is Dr. A.R. Tembhurkar, Professor,

Department of Civil Engineering, VNIT. The total students present were 47.

On 7th of September 2018, a guest lecture on “GENERAL CONCEPT OF CONCRETE” was

organized by Civil Department for III Sem students under the student chapter ICI. The chief

speaker is Dr. A.D. Pofale, Retired Professor & Head, Department of Civil Engineering,

VNIT. The total students present were 56.

Department for V Sem students. The chief speaker is Prof. Vaishali Rajurkar, Assistant

Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, RCOEM. The total students present were 51.

organized by Civil Department for III & VII Sem students. The chief speaker is Mr. Abhishek

Civil Department for VI & VIII Sem students. The chief speaker is Ms. Bhumika Shrivastav,

SECTOR” was organized by Civil Department for VI & VIII Sem students. The chief speaker

organized by Civil Department for VIII Sem students. The chief speaker is Mr. Swapnil

Udapurkar, Centre Head, CADD Centre. The total students present were 49.
