Wilh reference to the above, permission is hereby granted for Maximum 50 of yourstudents along with 2 Faculties from your institution to come forllndustrial visit" to thisworkshop for Two days on 06.07.2017 and o7.o7.2o17 in two batches consists of 25
students in each batch per day. The above lndustrial visit for this workshop timings from12.30 hrs. to 14.30 hrs for first batch and l4.30hrs. to 16.30hrs for second batch withfollowing conditions. However if you are interesled to visit on s&T Training centre,Podanur you may make it convenient to visit from 09'00 to 12.00 hrs on the same day.
1. Collection of Gate pass: One staff member has to come early lo this S&TWorkshop to collect "Gate pass" for the visit before {2.00 hrs on 06.07.2017 &07.07.2017. The full Nominal Roll of above permitted staff, marked with "Present or absent"during the visit, signed by visiting faculty is to be handed over to this office positively,while reporting for the visit.
2. All Students & the staff accompanying with the students must ensure that, they donot wear loose cloths or go closer to running machines, (or) to places where restrictedoperations are being carried out, as this may cause safety risks.
3.The Railway Administration is not responsible for any accidents which may ocrurduring above visit, and is not liable to pay any kind of compensation.
4. All staff and GETs must carry lheir respective Photo ldentity cards.5. GETs are to be divided into small groups under a staff (or) a leader, and, each
group can visit all shops by fanning out in different directions, but, it must be ensured that NoCrowding takes place in any single place / shop. Students have to maintain StrictDiscipline & Observe Safety Norms of S&T Workshop.
6. Please note: Photography Not Permitted. "Guides" will not be provided bythe Rly Administration for the "lndustrial Visit".
7. Prior to commencement of lndustriai Visit to this Workshop, above instructionsshall be read out to the students and staff at vour institution premises itself and beclearly understood. All above conditions are to be strictly3g!@!..1p and thus permission isgranted.

operations are being canied out, as this may cause safety risks.3.The Railway Administration is not responsible for any accidents which may occur
during above visit, and is not liable to pay any kind of compensation'4. All staff and GETs must carry their respective Photo ldentity cards.5. GETs are to be divided into small groups under a staff (or) a leader, and, each
group can visit all shops by fanning out in different directions, but, it must be ensured that No
