additional ones, with different offers from a lavish ceremony

to a charming celebration just for two, one for every need.

Choosing the ideal package for you can be very simple

with the assistance from our Wedding Specialists that will

help you achieve this goal. All packages have a specific

number of guests and you may go above that number with

an additional cost that varies with each package. Please

refer to the end of the brochure where we have all the

wonderful details of each package, on a chart that will

ease your way to choosing the perfect one for you.

The Perfect Package

Our Caribbean Romance Wedding Package offers the chance to create a magical and elegant wedding in paradise capturing a delightfully Caribbean feel. Flowers for the Bride and Groom, a Gazebo with lovely white drapes for your ceremony and a Private Space for your wedding reception, that along with the rest of the amenities makes this package something special.

This package includes 10 guests and up to 9 extras.

Free wedding

The perfect balance between elegance and extravagance, Caribbean Forever Idyll Wedding Package brings the colors of the Caribbean to your ceremony celebration, with vibrant colored drapes for the gazebo and chair bows, evoking a romantic feel of tropical opulence. This package includes a Cocktail Reception with a Chef’s selection of delicious appetizers that will enhance your event and be second to none! The private dinner at one of our elegant and exclusive Hotel areas with a Set Menu will

undoubtedly be a delight for your guests.


It is your special day, your moment. With our Caribbean Dream Deluxe Package, we will create a magical moment where every touch and every single detail combine to create an occasion like no other. • CARIBBEAN ROMANCE is available as a FREE WEDDING PACKAGE when booking a

minimum of 5 rooms on a 3 night stay each. If your wedding party does not meet these

requirements, you can still enjoy this Wedding Package at an additional cost of USD$1,200.00

(taxes included).

• CARIBBEAN ROMANCE WEDDING PACKAGE is available for a maximum of 19 guests.

If your wedding party consists on 20 or more guests, please choose from our Caribbean

Forever Idyll or Caribbean Dream Deluxe Wedding Packages.

• CARIBBEAN ROMANCE WEDDING PACKAGE is set free of charge for wedding parties that

are up to ten guests. As in the rest of our Wedding Packages, you may include additional

guests (up to 19 total in this package) by applying the individual supplement detailed in the

package’s item list.

• Rooms are not included in any of the packages prices. Minimum stay conditions apply.

• All of our Wedding Packages require that at least 80% of the guests plus bride and groom

are staying at the hotel where the event is going to be celebrated. Those guests who are not

staying at the hotel and will be attending the event, may do so by acquiring a Day or Night

Wedding Pass.

• CIVIL and RELIGIOUS weddings are available upon request in each of our hotels (additional

costs and fees may be involved).

• Prices of our Wedding Packages do not include costs of the Judge or Minister. All related

fees and taxes around the before mentioned services will have to be paid on site by the client.

• The PRIVATE dinner offered at any of our Wedding Packages includes a “Set Menu”

specially designed for the occasion. In case you’d like to give an extra touch of elegance and

exclusivity to your event, we invite you to discover what we have defined as our “CARIBBEAN DESTINATION WEDDING EXPERIENCE”. Here, you will be able to find a unique selection

of WEDDING MENUS that have been carefully crafted to add an extra touch of distinction

to your event. Please ask your Wedding Coordinator on the additional costs of these special

menus.

• Prices, inclusions, extra services and general conditions may vary. Should there be any

changes on these, you will be notified prior to the celebration of your event and contract

signature.

• The images of decoration and presentation of wedding package services appearing on this

brochure may vary depending on the destination and some elements may have an additional

CARIBBEAN EVERLASTING LOVE - Caribbean Elopment & Vow Renewal

• This package is complimentary when booking a minimum stay of 5 nights or more in a Junior Suite or higher

room category or 5 double rooms for 3 nights.

• BE LIVE COLLECTION MARIEN: This package is complimentary when booking a minimum stay of 5 nights or

more in a Superior Deluxe Ocean View Adults Club or Family Junior Suite or higher room category.

• Please contact the Wedding Coordinator at the Hotel at least 30 days in advance to confirm the availability of

your selected date. Reservations must be made with the Caribbean Wedding Department. Dinner location will

be confirmed upon arrival.

• Package inclusions have no cash value, there are no refunds for unused elements/events and items are not

interchangeable for other inclusions or à-la-carte amenities.

• Subject to availability and double occupancy only.

• This package is for two people and cannot be combined with other complimentary packages or be deducted

when purchasing other packages.

• Additional costs may apply for additional guests and other optional services requested.

• Please note all prices and conditions listed within this Package are subject to change at any time and will be

confirmed during your planning meeting.

CARIBBEAN ETERNAL LOVE - Honeymoon Package

• Please request your honeymoon package at time of booking.

• Reservations must be made with the Caribbean Wedding Department at the Hotel at least 30 days in advance

the availability of your selected date. Dinner location will be confirmed upon arrival.



• Restrictions/exclusions: Not available during Christmas and New Years Eve.


• This package cannot be combined with the Caribbean Romance Package for both to be received

complimentary.

• A copy of the marriage certificate, within one year of the wedding date, is required at the moment of

reservation and upon arrival for validation.






CARIBBEAN ENDLESS LOVE - Anniversary Package

• Please contact the wedding coordinator at the hotel at least 30 days in advance to confirm the availability of

your selected date. Reservations must be made with the Caribbean Wedding Department. Dinner location will

be confirmed upon arrival.






• A copy of the marriage certificate is required at the moment of reservation. The reservation of this package

must be made with a minimum of a year after the wedding.
