NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II for Highways purpose for Widening of SH-222, Omalur - Mecheri Road at KM (1/150 to 14/320) . Chinnasathappadi village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (TNRSP II), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notify that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 5731 sq.mts. of Dry lands are acquired in Chinnasathappadi village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, for Widening of SH-222, Omalur - Mecheri Road at KM (1/150 to 14/320).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, in Salem may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Tamilnadu Road Sector project –II, for Highways purpose for Widening of SH-15, Chithode - Erode Road at KM ((153/600 to 153/600 to 161/815161/815) ) Periyasemur village in Erode Taluk, Erode, District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tiruppur (TNRSP-II), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation Amendment and Validation) Act ,2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that the Dry, Manai and Natham lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 3690 sq.mts. of Dry, Manai and Natham lands are acquired in Periyasemur village in Erode Taluk, Erode, District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Tamilnadu Road Sector project –II, for State Highways purpose, for Widening of SH-15, Chithode - Erode Road at KM (153/600 to 161/815).KM (153/600 to 161/815).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-222, Omalur - Mecheri Road at KM (1/150 to 14/320) Aranganur village in Mettur Taluk, Salem District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (TNRSP II), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notify that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 22 sq.mts. of Dry lands are acquired in Aranganur village in Mettur Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai – Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening of SH-222, Omalur - Mecheri Road at KM (1/150 to 14/320).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, in Salem may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
