MODERNIZING TRADITIONAL WISDOM:
GROWING A LOCAL REGENERATIVE MULTI BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY
WITH THE MANY GIFTS OF ULU AND A THERMAL CONVERSION OF
ORGANIC MATERIALS (TCOM) TECHNOLOGY THAT TRANSFORMS WASTE
INTO VALUE ADDED PRODUCTS
FEATURING NATIONAL FIRST PLACE WINNING INITIATIVES FOR
ULU R&D, INNOVATION, DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND
REGENERATIVE DEVELOPMENT.
ULUONE OF TWO OF THE MOST RESILIENT FRUIT TREE’S ON EARTH:
THE COCONUT TREE BEING THE OTHER
RESILIENT BREADFRUIT TREE GROWS IN A

GENERATING NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AWARENESS OF
BREADFRUIT & BREADFRUIT BY-PRODUCTS
Ulu distilled into a vodka called Mutiny in St.Croix of the US Virgin Islands led by Breadfruitculinary extraordinaire & breadfruit productdevelopment entrepreneur Chef Todd hasshaken up the vodka category penetrating theUS consumer market awareness for breadfruitproducts in general with a demand for 70,000bottles standing. Few have heard in the USconsumer market of breadfruit. All know ofvodka. The natural titillation led to furtherinquiries, exposure and delight fuelingconsumer interest and already has limiteddemand reeling.
Breadfruit is both gluten free, low glycemicand properly distilled makes for an excellentvodka. The global gluten-free products marketsize is projected to reach USD 32.39 Billion by2025 (GRAND VIEW RESEARCH).
Gluten Free Market
USA Market Size
• 70% of Gluten Free Purchases Take Place at a Retail Grocery Store
• Bread and Baked Goods the #1 Product Family
• Gluten Free is the largest segment of the “ Free From Food Category” – Dairy Free ($700 million market)
– Nut Free
– Egg Free

PLANT PROTEIN FIELD (i.e., oat, rice, wheat, potato, wheat, soybean and peas.)
Plant based protein market is projected to reach a value of USD 40.6 Billion by 2025.
Poor diets consisting of imported processedfoods and drinks that are high glycemic andhigh gluten contribute to the underlyinghealth issues that increase the vulnerabilityto diseases and are often fatal when COVID-19 is contracted. Breadfruit contributes tobuilding a strong immune system and goodhealth, and can also mitigate and stop theconcurrent scourge of diabetes, heartdisease, renal disease and obesity that arethe leading causes of death in the regionthat also leads such fatalities in the world.Local planting is more than just for foodsecurity, it is for good health and life.

SQUALENE FROM BREADFRUIT FLOWERS HAS ONCOLOGICAL
BENEFITSScientific research has shown that squalene (SQ) has antitumor
and anticancer effects against ovarian, breast, lung and colon
cancer. The squalene market size is projected to reach USD 204million by 2024. Increasing R&D in the oncology segment along
with increased spending on oncological medicines is expected to
drive the market for squalene significantly in the very near
future. [TRANSPARENC-MARKET RESEARCH In-depth Analysis. Accurate Results].
Kenna Whitnell founder of Altilis Beauty Cosmetics is the first
cosmetics business to use squalene extracted from breadfruit
leaves and inflorescence. Altilis Beauty Cosmetics’ rapidly
expanding popularity can stop the slaughter of millions of sharks.
Squalene is a high demand moisturizer for the cosmetics
industry. It is extracted from shark livers its primary source. One
ton of squalene a year equals the slaughter of 1,3000 sharks.
Two tons per year equals the slaughter of over 2 million sharks.
The discovery of squalene in breadfruit can save the slaughter of
millions of sharks and stimulates another breadfruit related
industry building on local capacity and resources for greater self
reliance.

TCOM (THERMAL CONVERSION OF ORGANIC MATERIAL) WAS DESIGNED TO REDUCE AND COVERT ORGANIC WASTE INTO VALUE
ADDED PRODUCTS.
IT IS A HYBRID FLASH CARBONIZTION/GASIFICATION PYROLYSIS PRESSURIZED SYSTEM.
REDUCES AND CONVERTS ORGANIC BASED WASTE TO ELEMENTAL SOLID CARBON, GASEOUS HYDROCARBONS SOME OF WHICH CAN BE REFINED INTO
FUELS AND OR CHEMICALS
TCOM GENERATES GREEN FUEL FOR TRANSPORTATION, COOKING, AND ELECTRICAL POWER PRODUCTION.
SOLID CARBONS FOR AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURAL AMENDMENTS TO INCREASE PLANT GROWTH.
MANUFACTURING, METALLURGY, CHEMICAL PRODUCTION AND FILTRATION.
THE TCOM IS MOST EFFECTIVELY USED AS A DISTRIBUTIVE SYSTEM IN PLACE OF A CENTRALIZED ONE. WHEN A CENTRALIZED SYSTEM GOES DOWN,
EVERYTHING LINKED TO IT GOES DOWN WITH IT. DISTRIBUTIVE SYSTEMS SURVIVE DISASTERS DUE TO ITS MULTIPLE NATURE. IF ONE OR MORE GOES
DOWN THE OTHERS CONTINUE TO FUNCTION.

eRevenue Assumptions
Carbon: Prices range from $.50 per pound for Charcoal; $1.29 per pound of Biochar; may go as highas $10.00 for activated carbon
Synfuels: Fuel prices range from $2.50 per gallon to $7.63 per gallon
Syngas: These are non condensable gases (propane) which range from $2.00 to $4.00 per gallon
All of these prices and quantities are subject to change as they are rough estimates.
Quantities and prices will be defined in the feasibility study as well as actual conditions of the siteincluding infrastructure, conditions of area, building sites, labor forces and equipment needed. Also, defined will be regulatory and administrative agencies, financial institutions and the like.
Green Wastes: These include such things as Agricultural residue, Forestry residue, Landscapecuttings, MSW, Food wastes, etc.
Hydrocarbons: These include tires, single use plastics and packaging plastics
Yield Assumptions
Depending on the type of feedstock used and the desired end product yields can vary from 20%solid Carbons to 60%. Gaseous yields can range from 30% to 75% from which condensable liquidscan be extracted at a rate of up to 85%.
