A follow-up to the October 2, 2015 workshop on the publication of a distribution interconnection equipment unit Cost Guide that would give insight into the component costs of typical distribution upgrades and utility facilities required to interconnect generation and storage to the utility grid.

3. A review of a refined IOU Straw Proposal on how energy storage charging-related load can be incorporated or reflected in various aspects of the Rule 21 application and study process.

4. A follow-up to the October 1, 2015 workshop on various proposals to streamline the Rule 21 application and study process for non-exporting energy storage devices.

5. A review of an Energy Division proposal for revising the format of quarterly IOU interconnection data reports.6. A discussion to solidify consensus proposals for Rule 21 tariff revisions and related process improvements,

procedural next steps, and the creation of a successional roadmap to inform the Commission of outstanding items in the proceeding and possible pathways for resolution.
