WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WHEN APPLYING

FOR SNAP BENEFITS

  Proof of identity - driver’s license/proof of citizenship 

  Proof of residency – rental agreement or mortgage

statement, utility bills (i.e. electric and gas), taxes, and

insurance

  Proof of income – earned (4 recent paystubs) or unearned

(social security, pension etc.)

  60 years or older or disabled, proof of medical expenses –  

prescriptions, co-pays, or supplemental insurance
