DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument is executed by and between ABUBAKAR SALIK, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Lutayan Proper, Sultan Kudarat, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and the MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LUTAYAN, SULTAN KUDARAT, hereinafter referred to as the DONEE, represented by DATU RADEN C. SAKALURAN, married and a resident of Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat, in his capacity as Municipal Mayor.Witnesseth:

That the DONOR is a registered owner of real property which is more particularly described as follows:

Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-18792Lot No. 9, Css-12-000201-D containing an area of THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE (31,655) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Lutayan Proper, Tacurong City, Province of Sultan Kudarat.

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the DONEE, said DONOR, by these presents, transfers and conveys, by way of DONATION, unto said DONEE the above-described real property;

That the DONOR do hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this donation, that he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property to support him in a manner appropriate to his needs;

That the DONEE do hereby accept the donation of the above-described real property, and do hereby expresses its gratitude, thru the Municipal Mayor, for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.

Dormitorio, do hereby accept the donation of the 1,000 square meters of real properties, and do hereby express the gratitude of the officials of the Commission for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.

That the parcel of land under TCT No. T-55075 was subdivided into different lots and was approved by the DENR Land Management Services in Koronadal City on September 28, 2004 by Romualdo G. Villanueva, MPA, Chief, Regional Surveys Division, to wit:

Lot 20-A with an area of 800 sq.m.,

Lot 20-B with an area of 398 sq.m., and

Lot 20-D with an area of 1,204 sq.m.

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the DONEE, said DONOR, by these presents, transfer and convey, by way of DONATION, unto said DONEE the above described properties covered by TCT NO. T-55074 and TCT NO. T-55075;

That the DONOR do hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this donation, that he has reserved for himself, in full ownership, sufficient property to support him in a manner appropriate to his needs;

That DONEE do hereby accept the donation of the above-described real properties, and do hereby express her gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.
