Diversity Peer Learning
• Diversity Peer Learning leaders were able to explore the needs of the department around the topics of diversity and inclusion and design customized, informal sessions that responded to those local needs.
• Diversity Peer Learning is a development opportunity for front-line staff members that would like to engage their peers in discussions around diversity and inclusion.

Implementation
1. Focus Group conducted with potential DPL supervisors2. Learning Leaders recommended by supervisors3. Learning Leaders requested to complete 3 sessions, 30 minutes in
length over 6 months4. Learning Leaders provided with: Opportunities to facilitate
Diversity Meet and Greet, Support from EOD, web based support group
5. Learning Leaders facilitated sessions customized for unique workplace issues. Sessions were voluntary and easily accessible for staff to attend
6. Interviews conducted to learn more about Learning Leader experience in the program.
7. Diversity Meet and Greet dedicated to program and DPL experience.
