Structure Proposal

Page 21: District Leadership Council Meeting Tuesday, July 15, 2014 10:00-Noon Tuesday, July 15, 2014 10:00-Noon

Rational Streamlining lessens the burden on classroom

teachers and eases the task of having to fill so many positions

Positions reflect the changes in NC FCCLA policies and procedures, especially since we no long conduct district-level competitive events

Allows for flexibility and local variation, regarding the “Staff Development Coordinator” role

Treasurer ensures consistency and allows other DLC members to focus on programmatic responsibilities
