Artistic Statement

What is real.

Real is what we see and what we are,

Everyday life is real to us and our existence is real to us.

Every action on every occasion has been real.

In my body of work I take what is real,

And make it surreal.

Taking the realistic and molding it into any shape or location,

Making real images into surreal.

A collection of distortions

BIO:

I was born in 1990 in a small town named Perth located in Western Australia. Since I was young I have always been interested in the arts, in first grade a would do nothing but draw things which gave me the nickname paper-waster because of the amount of paper I would go thru in one day purely from drawing. As far as academically I’m not too bright. such as math or history. So I have focused my last 6 years on editing and last 3 years on photography. I never want to give it up and as long as there is movement in my index finger I wont.
