• Scope o UTB Faculty must obtain online certification o Development of online pedagogy for staff • Feasibility o Data indicate that online courses are escalating at UTB. o Faculties who can teach online are needed to teach these courses o Roles and responsibilities of faculty at UTB are changing o UTB is in dire need of developing faculty who understands online pedagogy and who can effectively teach online. o Online learning can be greatly enhanced if the technology and pedagogy to teach these courses is used effectively. o This proposal advocates addressing the needs of developing online faculty at UTB.
