After discussion, upon a motion made by
Alison Gibson and duly seconded by Dorothy

with modification. Respondent timely
responded to the POD and has substantially
complied with the Board’s investigation.

her initial failure to cooperate resulted in
formal disciplinary action and the
expenditure of Board resources. Motion
passed.
239. W.L. Faulk Julliette Collins,
CHHA
After discussion, upon a motion made by
Alison Gibson and duly seconded by
Dorothy Kozlowski, it was moved to finalize
the POD with modification. Respondent
substantially complied with the Board’s
investigation – she provided a lengthy
narrative, employer information and the
charge disposition. The single charge for
possession of drug paraphernalia was
dismissed so there is insufficient evidence to
require a substance evaluation. Respondent
appears genuinely remorseful and the arrest
was an isolated incident. The $250 penalty
should be imposed for failing to respond to
the Board’s inquiry because Respondent‘s
delay resulted in the expenditure of Board
resources to initiate formal disciplinary
action. Motion passed.
