For most men, the love he has for his family has no borders. Intrinsically, it is how he identifies

Thus, when all is working in order, the brain issues a series of messages that follow along the

spinal cord and are delivered to the nerve endings in the male reproductive organ. Chemical

messengers, or neurotransmitters, are released into the blood and are responsible for all the

changes that take place. First, the vessels bringing oxygen-rich blood to the corpora

cavernosa receive the order to relax. This relaxation enables the free flow of blood into the

penis. The blood entering the penis then cause it to enlarge and stiffen, leading to an erection.

As you can see, the medical process of achieving an erection is a fairly straightforward

process. This leads many to ponder a commonly held question, why do some men face

challenges when trying to gain an erection and others don‟t? It has been documented that

problems can start to arise when a man‟s blood vessels are blocked or damaged. Nerve

If you found any of Pliny‟s recommendations less than pleasant, then I am afraid that you

would have not enjoyed living during the Greek and Roman times, or at least disliked their

During the turn of the nineteenth century, the search for a cure continued and doctors were

now involved, making promises with special syrups and mixes. Dr. Brodum was celebrated for

his Nervous Cordial & Botanical Syrup and so was Samuel-AugusteTissot who had created his

own set of medicine called the Cordial Balm of Gilead. These doctors were at the forefront of

Physicists, not wanting to be left out, also took interest in creating their own concoctions that

left much to be desired. In order to cure flaccidity, scientists tried everything from using

magnetism to electrical beds. Some physicists even went as far as to use the mechanics of

healing methods. One such maverick was John J. Caldwell. None however, were as eccentric

as the French physicist Vincent Marie Mondat, who developed a vacuum pump that drew

no longer be required. Some scientists began attempting transplant surgeries, with the

eccentric Dr. G Frank Lydston operating on himself in 1914, grafting the entire testicle of a

Erectile dysfunction, or impotence as it was formally called, has generated quite some interest

The downside to these two solutions is that they cause terribly painful erections and in rare

Pomegranate Juice: This one is a long shot, but some herbalists believe that drinking

Meal Preparation:

1. Boil enough water to soak the mushrooms in. In a small bowl, soak the

mushrooms until they have softened then strain them in a sieve (keep the liquid

tablespoon of the soaking liquid into some corn starch until you get a smooth

the oil has heated, fry the shallots until they are soft. Proceed to add the

mushrooms and allow them to cook until they are done. Put in the wine and cook,

making sure you are mixing well, you want the mixture to reduce by as much as

1/2.

4. Take the left over soaking liquid and add it to the skillet and allow everything to just

simmer and cook through together. The sauce will reduce and that is okay.

5. Take the corn-starch consistency that was in reserve and add it into the cooking

sauce, stirring continuously until the sauce starts to thicken. Once thickened, turn

the heat off and add lemon juice and butter, and season with salt and pepper.

6. Take another skillet and place some oil and allow it to heat up. While the oil is

heating up, take the salmon and sprinkle salt and pepper on it and rub it in well.

Cook the salmon in the skillet until it is well done.

2. Take the leeks and cut off the dark green part. Having done so, slice the leeks in

half and wash them well. After washing, take the leeks and layer them on top of

each other into the casserole dish. Cover the leeks with broth and add thyme.

3. Whilst the leeks are baking, take the chicken and season it well with the pepper

and salt.

4. Prepare to fry the chicken, by heating oil in a large pan. Add the chicken and fry

1. In a big bowl place enough cold water to cover the wheat germ, set it aside for ten

minutes. After the time has passed, drain the wheat germ and dry it with paper

towels.

2. In another large bowl take the wheat germ once again and combine it with the egg,

mince and onion, then add the parsley and pine nuts. Once it is all combined, using

a tablespoon, scoop out amounts that are enough to be rolled into the size of a

ping pong ball. Roll and put onto a baking tray. Once you have rolled as many balls

as can fit on your tray (or finished the mixture) take cling film and cover the

baking tray then place it into the fridge for thirty minutes.

2 pounds 93%-lean ground beef

1 large egg, beaten

Meal Preparation:

1. Prepare the rice as usual, boil the water then add the rice and cook until done.

2. Remove the rice from the stove and uncover the pot and allow to cool.

3. Take a large pan and heat the olive oil. While the oil is heating take the zucchinis

and prepare them by squeezing out excess water. Once the oil is hot, fry the garlic

and ginger together for thirty seconds, then add the celery, onion and zucchini and

sauté until all the vegetables have gone soft. Take some curry and add some to the

vegetables and stir. Add salt and Worcestershire sauce and let the mixture be

smoothly combined. Remove this mixture from the pan and place into another bowl

and leave to cool down.

4. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray cooking spray over a rimmed baking sheet.

Coat a rimmed baking sheet or broiler pan with cooking spray.

5. You want the rice grains to be as small as possible, so transfer the cooked rice to a

cutting board and as carefully as you can, cut the grains of rice into tiny pieces

(requires a bit of patience) with a big knife. Once cut, place the rice into the bowl

where the vegetables are and add the egg and beef. Mix and knead until everything

is homogenously mixed, then shape the mixture into a loaf (10 inches by 5 inches)

and place it onto the baking sheet. Take the chutney and spread it generously on top

of the loaf, place in the oven and bake for an hour until the meatloaf has thoroughly

cooked and a toothpick comes out clean when poked into it.

6. Allow the meatloaf to cool for a quarter of an hour before serving.

Meal Preparation:

1. Prepare a 7 x 11 inch baking tray by spraying it with cooking spray before you start

making this meal and set it aside.

2. Take a skillet and add 2 teaspoons of oil and allow it to heat up. Once hot, fry

onions until soft then remove them from the pan and place them into a bowl. Add

some more oil to the pan and turn the heat up from medium to high. This time you

are going to fry the mushrooms until they are soft. Once they are done move them

to the bowl with the onions. In that bowl season the mushrooms with salt and

pepper as you toss the mushrooms and onion to combine them.

3. Take another bowl and put the nutmeg, spinach and ricotta in it and some pepper

and mix thoroughly.

4. Pour a cup of marinara sauce into the baking tray and then cut up each slice of

bread into four uniform parts. Place the bread on sauce then add the ricotta onto

the bread. Take the leftover bread and put it over the ricotta. When that is done,

take the mushrooms and sprinkle them over the bread, cover with mozzarella and

remaining marinara sauce. It‟s okay if the tray is filled to the brim. Set this dish

aside.

5. Before putting into the oven, take a small bowl and combine the milk and eggs

together, then take this mixture and pour it bit by bit over the baking tray with its

contents --- remember to use a fork to poke holes into the top of the casserole to

allow the milk/egg mixture to seep its way into the bread. Then spray one side of

cooking foil with cooking spray (or smear oil) and cover the baking tray with the

oiled side facing the filling in the tray. Place in the fridge for a minimum of two

hours (for best results leave overnight).

6. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake without a covering for 40 minutes. With ten

minutes to go until done, sprinkle some cheese (Parmesan) and bake again until

the cheese has puffed and browned. Take out from the oven and allow to cool for

at least 15 minutes. Serve with a parsley garnish.
