All of the meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight and overlook the beautiful gardens and grounds.

Within the estate, there is a dedicated field for motorised activities as well as large, flat grassed areas and lawns for alltypes of team building exercises, outdoor activities and corporate fun days.

Our on-site eureka! challenge and activity high & low ropescourse is nestled amongst the trees and is ideal for team buildingand enhancing leadership development programmes. There isalso a small lake for rafting activities and a zip wire traverse.

The Manor House offers a choice of traditional period rooms on the ground floor and dedicated meeting, trainingand syndicate rooms on the first and second floors.

Mawson’s Marquee, located within its own secluded gardens, is a permanent facility, fully heated and self contained and can accommodate up to 400 guests for a dinner and 450 theatre style or reception style.

Parallel to Mawson’s Marquee is the self contained Garden Rooms Suite, situated in the Victorian walled gardensand can accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre style.

The grounds offer a variety of areas for team building activities and corporate fun day events, including a dedicated field for quad biking and rage buggy driving.

On-site, there is eureka!, Dunchurch Park’s own challenge and activity site to include a high & low ropes courseand rafting events on the small lake.

Ground Floor...the Manor HouseA selection of traditional rooms with many original features to include Walnut & Oak panelling, with optional access via the original front door of the Manor House from the Carriage Ring.

Choose from the Walnut panelled Billiard Room, the elegant Drawing Room and the light & airy Lounge – all ofthese rooms are ideal for meetings, training courses and private lunches by day and private dining in the evening.

The Oak panelled Boardroom has a dedicated boardroomtable and executive chairs, ideal for senior meetings.

The Hall & Foyer area, with original carved wood featuresand fireplace is ideal for a drinks reception or working lunch.

Also located on the ground floor is the Draycote Suite withina modern extension – this is an ideal training room for upto 26 U-shape with 4 workshop break out areas.

A delegate refreshment area is located within Mawson’s Bar.

All rooms on this floor are accessible for wheelchair users.

The terrace overlooking the gardens and lake is accessiblefrom the Manor House, and is an ideal space for receptiondrinks or barbecues.

The Great Hall...the Manor HouseLocated on ground floor, this charming room overlooksthe beautiful gardens and has a parquet wooden floor,chandeliers and a 20 foot high ceiling. A stunning areafor private lunches, dinners and weddings.

There is direct access from the grounds and CarriageRing and Mawson’s Bar is adjacent, serving as a private bar for the Great Hall.

This room can accommodate up to 120 for a private dining event and 160 for a buffet.

The Carriage Ring...front entrance of the Manor HouseOriginally the turning circle for the arrival of carriages indays gone by, The Carriage Ring offers a country housestyle arrival to the Manor House. This area can also bereserved for private parking and is an excellent space forcar launches and external exhibitions. Opposite theCarriage Ring is a large flat lawn that can accommodate amarquee, outdoor event, or team building exercise.

Hidden away in one of the wooded areas within the grounds is apurpose built, high and low ropes course, designed to develop winningteams and cultivate leadership through challenge and adventure.

Dunchurch Park Hotel has created eureka!, a unique collection of indoorand outdoor challenges that can be used either collectively orindividually for team building, leadership development, energisers,conference breaks... or just fun!

Each eureka! activity has specific learning outcomes and is supplied witha comprehensive tutor/facilitator brief.

1st Floor...the Manor HouseChoose from a range of 6 meeting and training rooms supportedby 5 syndicate rooms – all with natural daylight.

These rooms have been designed with meetings and trainingcourses in mind and have LCD screens or LCD projectors withscreens in all the main rooms.

The versatile Lake & Terrace Rooms can be opened into one largerroom and combined with the Cayzer Room, can be supplied as acomplete suite of rooms with 2 syndicates.

A delegate refreshment area is located on the large landing area.

2nd Floor...the Manor HouseLocated on the top floor of the house, there is a choice of 3 meeting rooms and 4 syndicate rooms.

These rooms have been created for smaller meetings and trainingcourses or can be utilised as larger syndicate rooms.

Meeting Room 1 has a dedicated boardroom table, executivechairs, Smart LCD TV and wipeboard.

Meeting Room 3 has an LCD screen and wipeboard. MeetingRoom 2 has two wipeboards.

The Garden Rooms...adaptable spacesThe Garden Rooms at Dunchurch Park Hotel & Conference Centre is a purpose built, self-contained suiteof rooms, located within the privacy of the tranquilVictorian walled gardens.

This facility has its own entrance from the car park,reception area and registration desk, cloakroom, foyerarea for refreshment breaks and a syndicate room. Themain conference room can be subdivided into 2 or 3rooms with individual access from the foyer.

Accommodating up to 300 delegates theatre style, theplenary room is fully supported by AV equipment,designed to create a seamless and professionalpresentation forum. This comprises a ceiling mountedLCD projector; a 3.04m x 1.52m screen; staging which is 6.09m wide, 2.43m deep & 0.30m high; lectern withcontrols for the 2 lapel microphones, 1 handheld microphone, 1 stationary microphone; surround sound; DVDplayer with remote control. The suite benefits from natural daylight and doors opening onto a private patio.

This is also an ideal suite for private dining, award ceremonies, dinner dances, celebrations and receptions and can accommodate up to 180 for a seated meal and 320 for a reception. It has its own barfacilities, a stage for a band or DJ and a portable dance floor. The patio is also an ideal area for barbecues.

The Garden Rooms is situated parallel to Mawson’s Marquee and there is access via a doorway in the walledgardens. These two facilities work extremely well together when additional space is required for an exhibition,fashion show, trade show or product launch.

Mawson’s Marquee...elegant and spacious

Located in its own secluded gardens within the 72acre estate of Dunchurch Park, Mawson’s Marquee isthe ideal venue to accommodate a dinner for up to400 guests and a reception or theatre style presentation for up to 450 guests.

The Marquee is a permanent facility and is fullyequipped with a heating system, dance floor withstar cloth ceiling and backdrop, bar, seating and fullwashroom facilities.

It is a superb facility to accommodate weddings, awarddinners, product launches, fashion shows, PR eventsand car launches benefitting from access for up to amedium size vehicle via the lower car park.

Mawson’s Marquee is sited adjacent to the Garden Rooms and there is a doorway through the walled gardensthat can connect both facilities. When additional space is required, for exhibitions, product launches and tradeshows, these venues work well in conjunction with one another.

As there is large, open space within the Marquee, this is a very versatile facility. It can be used for indoor teambuilding events and corporate activities – which is a great benefit to be able to offer with our unpredictableBritish weather! This adaptable space is ideal and can provide a combined solution that can easily be divided to accommodate a group of up to 100 delegates cabaret style for a training course or presentation, leaving the re-maining half to accommodate indoor team building activities.
