PROGRAM DELIVERY METHODOLOGY

ASSESSMENTS

Rhodes has built assessments of the program(s) to be user-friendly and relevant to working in business.Assessments include a variety of means, which will help enhance skills and capability, including:

• Case studies• Multiple choice• Short answer questions• Workplace scenarios• Assignment

If you do not have immediate workplace experience or policies to refer to, Rhodes will provide access to simulated organisational workplace scenarios for you to select from. The scenarios will provide company structures, budgets, plans, policies and other documents to support your assessments.

• A face-to-face (or live video conference) tutorial per unit of study on a one on one basis• 24-hour response time from the online tutor/facilitator (email and mobile)• E-text book to align and support online learning materials• Individual student learning plan (coaching and mentoring, support/guidance) • Online learning materials (available on laptop and mobile devices)

Project management is relevant across most industries, big or small. Whenever a business seeks to change, modify or improve a process, it requires undertaking a project that needs to be implemented correctly and to precise standards.

The Rhodes Diploma of Project Management is designed for people working in projects, leading projects or looking to understand project management in terms of how effective projects are scoped, developed, implemented and reviewed.

These skills include, but are not limited to, the ability to identify, engage, and manage the resources (including staff) required to complete a project to the highest standards within time/budgetary expectations set. BSB51915 – Diploma of Leadership and Management

The Rhodes Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed for people who may have strong technical skills and some experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager, but who may lack the knowledge, management tools, practical skills, and confidence required to be a highly effective Manager (or to secure a senior management position).

The program enables participants to meet challenges ‘head on’ and positively impact on the performance of the organisation. It provides a knowledge base to significantly increase ability to evaluate the work of your team, communicate effectively, and provide the guidance and support needed for the team to excel.

Unlike most other Diplomas of Leadership and Management, the Rhodes Business School program has been contextualised to meet the specific requirements of people working in the modern workplace with content delivered by facilitators with in-depth experience of delivering business and leadership programs.

BSB51915 & BSB50215 – Dual Diploma of Leadership and Management and BusinessThe Rhodes Dual Diploma is a combination of the key elements of business and management/ leadership. This program is for people interested in running a business to acquire the skills in order to lead people through a start-up phase into a fully functioning operation.

People selecting this course have the opportunity to gain two Australian qualifications while only undertaking the structured 12 units. This is exceptional value for people looking for extra qualifications, skills and knowledge with minimal additional study required.

Who will Benefit?

This dual offering is targeted at people looking for a combination of essential leadership and management skills and knowledge, but with an interest in running/operating a business or business unit. Diploma Program Fee – $3,500

Dual Diploma Program Fee – $4,000

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Weekly, fortnightly or monthly flexible payment

plans of $100 per week via direct debit, credit card or EFT

• Pay per unit - $292 for the Diploma’s and $343 for the Dual Diploma

• If sponsored by a company, Rhodes can invoice the company directly

plans, which can put repayments below $20 per week

Rhodes also has a seven (7) day cooling off period. If a student withdraws within seven (7) days of enrolment, a full refund of monies paid to date applies.
