EMPLOYMENT

IDEA Group Inc. (Southfield, MI) 2014 – PresentDesigner Created a design concept for a heated and cooled cup holder with an off-center iris

diaphragm design. Designed dunnage for various components from multiple vendors

New Dimension Inc. (Troy MI) 2001 – 2008

Senior Designer Managed powertrains and drivetrains for various GM car platforms. Modified and

supplied pertinent data for engines, transmissions and transfer cases to partner design centers.

For the FX3 project, developed the underbody structure systems and components to support and mount various vehicle sub systems, such as vehicle cooling system, electric drivetrain, fuel cell power generation system, Hydrogen storage system and rechargeable battery backup system.

Westminster Data Systems (UK) 1998 – 2001

Senior Designer Developed various components for upper body structures of SAAB 9-3 convertible.

Conducted front window glass roll studies at Magna Steyer Fahrzeugtechnik in Graz, Austria

Designed and developed various interior components including door trim, seating surfaces, head rest, center consoles, grab handles, etc. Developed Class A surfaces at Lear Corporation in Gustavsburg, Germany

Designed, developed and managed fuel storage (Blow Molded plastic tank) and delivery system, coordinated with design centers in Germany, USA and China, for Epsilon platform at SAAB motors in Trollhattan, Sweden

New Dimension Inc. (Troy MI) 1994 – 1998

Senior Designer Worked on GMT 360 (Envoy) project, conducting feasibility and packaging studies for

the design and development of different systems and sub systems. Performed powertrain and drivetrain packaging studies. Performed kinematic studies on steering system and suspension system including articulation and tire flops.
