diaphragm design. Designed dunnage for various components from multiple vendors
New Dimension Inc. (Troy MI) 2001 – 2008
Senior Designer Managed powertrains and drivetrains for various GM car platforms. Modified and
supplied pertinent data for engines, transmissions and transfer cases to partner design centers.
For the FX3 project, developed the underbody structure systems and components to support and mount various vehicle sub systems, such as vehicle cooling system, electric drivetrain, fuel cell power generation system, Hydrogen storage system and rechargeable battery backup system.
Westminster Data Systems (UK) 1998 – 2001
Senior Designer Developed various components for upper body structures of SAAB 9-3 convertible.
Conducted front window glass roll studies at Magna Steyer Fahrzeugtechnik in Graz, Austria
Designed and developed various interior components including door trim, seating surfaces, head rest, center consoles, grab handles, etc. Developed Class A surfaces at Lear Corporation in Gustavsburg, Germany
