Dimovodni programA

Jednostjeni dimovodni elementi proizvode se do promjera 400 mm s proširenjem S1 (spoj s gumicom i spojnicom S1), te elementi promjera od 450 do 1000 mm i više s proširenjem S4 (spoj bez gumice sa spojnicom S4). Za promjer 60 mm raspoloživi su svi elementi osim cijevi duljine 1.0 m.

Toplinu potrebnu za zagrijavanje dobivamo izgaranjem krutog, tekućeg ili plinovitog goriva. Kod izgaranja bilo koje vrste goriva, javljaju se različiti neželjeni produkti izgaranja, koji su smjesa različitih plinovitih i krutih tvari. Uvriježeni naziv za produkte izgaranja je dim, koji na adekvatan način mora biti odveden.

Za proces odvodnje dima koriste se različiti dimovodni elementi, koji spojeni u svrsishodnu cjelinu čine dimnjak. Prema načinu upotrebe dimovodni program u LIM-MONT-u podijeljen je u tri zasebne skupine i to; jednostjeni dimovodni elementi (za sanaciju dimnjaka), izolirani (troslojni) dimovodni elementi (za gradnju novih dimnjaka) i priključni elementi (za povezivanje peći s dimnjakom).

Zajednička odlika našeg dimovodnog programa je; jednostavna i brza montaža, otpornost na vlagu i kiseline, vatrootpornost, relativno mala masa, visoka kvaliteta i povoljne cijene.

DIMOVODNI PROGRAM

Single wall flue elements from diameter 80 mm to diameter 400 mm are producing with extension S1 (connection with rubber and clamp type S1).Single wall flue elements from diameter 450 mm to diameter 1000 mm and more are producing with extension S4 (connection with rubber and clamp type S4). Diameter 60 mm are available in all other elements except 1,0 m linear element.

Flue production line

Temperature necessary for heating can be obtained by combustion of solid, liquid or gaseous combustibles. As a result of combustion of any kind of combustible, different undesirable combustion products composed of gaseous and solid substances can be produced. The usual designation for combustion products is fume, which should be adequately vented.

For the process of venting different flue components can be used, which, if connected in appropriate entirety, compose a chimney. LIM-MONT has divided its flue products into three separate groups, according to their use: single wall flue components (for relining of chimneys), insulated (three-layer) flue components (for construction of new chimneys) and fittings (for connecting of stoves to chimneys).

The common distinctive feature of our flue production line is as follows: simple and quick assembly, moisture and acid resistance, fire resistance, relatively small weight, high quality and convenient prices.

Koriste se za sanaciju postojećih dimnjaka.Sanacija dimnjaka je potrebna u slučaju promjene

ložišta (pojava kondenzacije), pogrešnog presjeka i oblika te oštećenja postojećeg dimnjaka.

Jednostjeni dim. elementi su izrađeni iz nehrđajučeg čeličnog lima i kao takvi otporni su na kiseline koje nastaju pri kondenzaciji.

Kod spajanja dim. elemenata koriste se gumene brtve i spojnice. Tako spojeni dim. elementi nepropusni su za vodu i dimne plinove. Kod nemogućnosti spajanja dim. elemenata sa spojnicom, koriste se drugi spojevi (spojevi s navojem).

Elementi su relativno male mase, što im omogućava brzo zagrijavanje i postizanje radne temperature.

Montaža dim. elemenata kod sanacije je vrlo jednostavna i vrši se sa krova, spuštajući elemente u otvor postojećeg dimnjaka pri čemu je potreba za građevinskim radovima unutar objekta svedena na minimum.

Sve navedene karakteristike ukazuju da su jednostjeni dimovodni elementi najekonomičnija rješenja pri sanaciji postojećih dimnjaka.

Single wall flue components

Used for relining of existing chimneys.Relining is necessary in case of furnace replacement

(occurrence of condensation), wrong chimney section and form, as well as in case of a damaged chimney.

Single wall flue components are made up of stainless steel, and are resistant to acids produced during condensation.

Rubber seals and couplings are used when joining flue components, so that flue components are water- and fume gasses-tight. If couplings cannot be used, other types of joining components are used (threaded joints).

Components are of relatively small weight, which allows their quick heating and reaching of desired work temperature.

The assembly of flue components for the purpose of relining of chimneys is very simple. It is performed from the roof by lowering down the components into the cavity of the existing chimney. That reduces the necessary masonry works inside the facility to the minimum.

All the aforementioned characteristics underline the fact that the single wall flue components are the most economic solution for relining of existing chimneys.

29Single wall flue elements from diameter 80 mm to diameter 400 mm are producing with extension S1 (connection with rubber and clamp type S1).Single wall flue elements from diameter 450 mm to diameter 1000 mm and more are producing with extension S4 (connection with rubber and clamp type S4). Diameter 60 mm are available in all other elements except 1,0 m linear element.


Tvrtka “LIM-MONT” izrasla je iz skromne limarske radionice osnovane 1975. godine, koja kasnije prerasta u zajedničku obiteljsku zanatsku radnju. Dobro vođenje poslovne politike, vrhunska kvaliteta proizvoda i povoljne cijene bili su garancija uspjeha i razvoja.

1989. godine radionica je prerasla u poduzeće sa 12 zaposlenih. Danas je “LIM-MONT” moderna obiteljska tvrtka sa 180 zaposlenih djelatnika i raspolaže sa cca 135.000 m2 proizvodno-skladišnog prostora na lokacijama u Vrbanovcu i Ludbregu.

Kvaliteta proizvoda tvrtke “LIM-MONT” prepoznata je i van granica Hrvatske, tako da su naši proizvodi našli svoje mjesto u zemljama bivše Jugoslavije, Švicarske, Rusije, te u zemljama članicama EU.

Od samog početka pa do danas, tvrtka se neprestano širi i nadopunjuje svoj proizvodni program, a poseban naglasak stavljen je na potpunu automatizaciju proizvodnje.

The “LIM-MONT” company has grown from small tin workshop established in 1975 into a family trade and crafts business. A guarantee of our success has always been a well-managed business policy, quality of products and low prices.

In 1989 the small workshop grew into a 12-employee company. Today “LIM-MONT” is a modern family company with 180 employees and has approximately 135.000 m2 of production and storage space at its disposal at two locations: in Vrbanovec and Ludbreg.

The quality or our products has been recognized outside Croatia as well, so that our products are present in the former countries of Yu-goslavia, Switzerland, Russia, and the EU member states.

From the very beginning, the company has constantly been expanding and developing its range of products with a special emphasis given to the full production automation.
